Worst Car wash i ever had in my life. They didn't wash properly, they dont want to use a bit extra water to get rid of the dirt by the door and handles, external mirror and by the plates. i have dirt water marks still on car, especially by front door handle, mirror, and by rear plate. Window glass still have dirty watermark. Worst service ever. I had weather tech floor liners it was never washed properly, they just pour some soap water and dry off with the air pump. i have a single piece floor mat for second and third row which was put back in the opposite direction, I will never go back ever again there. This place is ok for a wash but don't get a detail. My wife took her 2008 cobalt here to get the detail because of cigarette smoke smell from her son. First off they loaded the electric locks with water. Had to Have them replaced. Second the bezel around the moon roof switch got vacuumed off. All they said is they are not responsible. 300.00 to fix her car. And it still smelled of smoke. The owner sucks. Will not accept any responsibility. I have been coming to this place for a while now it was always poor quality but I'm not surprised since the price was low and it was close to my house with short wait time. I've done so again yesterday. Everything was cleaned poorly but overall was ok. This morning there has been a mist due to the weather on my windshield. So i turned on my wipers and one of them came off an scratched my windshield.... I am pissed off because they did not mention anything. I would have replace them sooner or later and it wouldn't be a big deal if they told me. But now my windshield is scratched and cost to repair a windshield is much greater than buying new wipers!! Fortunately for me I haven't had the negative experiences that the other reviewers have stated they had. Nor have I witnessed any of the staff being discourteous to anyone. That being said, it takes a staff of 5 or so to wash and vacuum your car and be out the door within 15 minutes. They do a great job. read more

I was pretty disappointed. It took about less than 10 minutes to clean my car. I thought the price was expensive too. My floor mats were still wet. The exterior was still damp. It wasn't carefully wiped dry. My rims were still dirty and my rear view mirrors were dripping wet. I chose this place because I read a couple of good reviews and thought I should give it a try. They are very good and very quick. I got there on a Saturday and was in and out in under ten min my car was thoroughly cleaned inside and out and sparkling. I was surprised that they were able to clean the outside, polish the rims and tires, clean the dash in between the seats and the floor mats. I will be coming back. read more

This place isn't fancy and it isn't super expensive. True, they don't speak English very well but unless you have serious issues with that it shouldn't stop you from coming. I paid $67 for a complete shampoo of the inside and a wash. My car was cleaned out very well and while they didn't spray any freshener, I actually prefer that because I dislike the fake smell of cherry. They even cleaned my coin holder and took it out to dry. I'll be back. They have 4$ off Specials for teachers, students, military and Seniors. read more

We have a 2010 Chrysler town and country. We have used a shop vac and baby wipes to clean it before. It got acceptably clean, but there was still debris in the cracks and crevices. On Monday March 9th I brought my SUV to be detailed. I prepaid on March 6th where I was told to have it there by 8am or I would lose my money, no refunds. On Monday I got there at 8am and was told they would call me when it was finished. Never heard from them all day. I started to worry, so at 4 30 pm I went there and was told my car was in Skokie. I was never told the car would be taken off the lot and never gave permission. I was told to return at 7pm. I never signed anything for them to take my car off their lot. The Manager/owner just kept giving excuses why my car was taken to Skokie, "lots of cars to wash", "detail man called in sick". He also said he "had to wash cars". Isn't this what a owner has to do? He explained he was the one who drove my car to Skokie. He told me I was being very "emotional" Now, would he have said that to a man? Never asked me how he could make this better, just to quit being "emotional". What has happened to customer service? They also never answered their phone because he says they can't hear it ring. I was told by others that my car could have been reported as stolen. My identity could have been stolen since my car registration was in car, and I could have been responsible for any accident. Will never return there again maybe you should consider that too. Especially if your "emotional". (Female)! read more

Gotten the car washed here a few times and they don't do that great of a job. I only went back hoping I caught them on a off day the first time but the car is far from perfect when it's finished. Still dirty on the inside from vacuuming and the inside windows are always still smeared. Look around, there's car washes everywhere. read more

Great Prices, they clean your car inside and out for only $7 if you bring it in before noon. They do a good job getting under the carpet and cleaning the interior windows as well. Great car wash HOWEVER the cashier is a jerk. I had a bad experience the first time and decided to try again - same bad service. The person was sarcastic with me and I learned by asking the people who actually wash the car, that if you put a tip on the credit card, they won't get it. I am a small business owner myself and believe that customer service is paramount - it's a shame that they do such a great job with the wash, but the cashier ruins it.
