I took my Mitsubishi Lancer to Final touch in April. We were going to sell it and it needed a deep clean (we have 2 dogs that went for lots of rides). They told me up front there would be a price difference for dog hair and I was totally ok with that. They also told me that because there was so much dog hair (there definitely was....probably close to another full grown dog in the back seat) they probably wouldn't be able to get it all and I understood that, I wasn't expecting a miracle. When I picked up the Lancer at the end of the day though, a miracle is what I got! The car was AMAZING!!! We bought it brand new and it looked exactly like it did when we bought it. Not a trace of dog hair! I think they were worried about all that dog hair (I was too), but they did it! After that I decided to take my new car 2 years old), a convertible Camaro to get that detailed. I decided to do the paint chip repair done (upon their recommendation) and I couldn't be happier!! We dropped off our 2005 Saleen Mustang to get detailed, Ari answered all our questions prior to the appointment and took his time with us once we arrived. Ari went over all our options for detailing and asked what we are looking for (expectation). He went over the pros & cons for the condition of the Saleen, he was very honest and upfront of what he can offer and the final product for detailing. Very very accommodating with our schedule. We picked up the Saleen and was extremely pleased, it looked "AWESOME" ! They may be a bit more expensive then other detail shops but well worth every penny. They're also very conscious of our environment and go the extra distances to not put chemicals down the drain & thoroughly train their staff. My vehicle was in on sort of an emergency cleaning after a large spill happened over the weekend. Final Touch got my car in right away on Monday and they did an excellent job. Everything was very clear before any work was done as far as the pricing and the timeline that I could expect to have the car back. They took care of the spill in my vehicle as well as detailed the entire interior, washed the outside, and fixed a chip in the windshield (they are affiliated with Louis Auto Glass, a trusted local provider of glass repair) .Obviously the pricing for this level of detail is quite high but it is worth it for the quality of work. Ari did a fantastic job on my F350. The clay bar treatment brought my 18 year old paint back to showroom quality. Diesel soot stained the chrome bumper and years of brake dust had covered the wheels. Thanks to Ari, the bumper and the wheels look like new. While it was there, Final Touch also tinted the front windows to perfectly match the rest of the truck and repaired a small leather tear that I had in the front seat. I picked up my car today and was stunned, shocked at the fantastic job they did! WOW! I would post a before/after photo, but it's too embarrassing to admit how bad it had gotten. My new 2012 Altima was dented in a parking lot, and the other driver didn't leave any contact information. The dent in the front fender was right on the crease, and I knew that it would be difficult and costly to repair.. I took it to Final Touch, and they did a terrific job for about half of what an autobody would have charged. The result is spot on, and you cannot tell there was any damage. The service I experienced here was incredible. The work done to my car was as good as it could of been. I have a 2014 Subaru outback and did not want to take my car to any detailer. I had a full wax and detail and after the service my car looked like it had just came off the lot from a dealership. I brought my 2005 Sequoia in to Final Touch Auto Spa to have the headlights restored. They were so hazy and clouded we could barely see driving at night. The end result was that they looked brand new! The difference is amazing! While we were in, we opted also to have the outside of the car detailed - which also turned out great. Great experience. Dropped into town from Bethel,AK and brought them my car that had been in storage. They looked it over and gave me an estimate - drove me to and from my hotel so they could have it overnight. It looked gorgeous when I picked it up. Everyone was super courteous and helpful.
