Bad place to go,dont do business with this lady sherri.Find another place to go.they dont deserve 1 star I recently lost my mother about 2 weeks ago. This is my first time planning a funeral with my family. We are not happy with the obituaries sherri was rude, dis respectful, inconsiderate.i would never refer any to her run while you can.She misspelled my mother grand kid name,my mother's decease father name she misspelled ,nor did she put the year of when my mother died it just says march 10 no year at all.when I told her about her typos/mistakes she made she started her to get very defensive, disrespectful, agrumemtive and started lyin on people to try & make her mistakes go away by blaming others when i clearly sent her the correct info dates names etc..i was very unhappy with her work & professionalism.. she was very empathetic towards me my family & my decease mother..

In one of the hardest moments of our lives, they took so much weight off our shoulders with genuine care, patience, and compassion. Kevin went above and beyond every step of the way. He explained everything clearly, never rushed us, and made sure our family felt supported throughout the entire process. Nothing felt transactional. Everything felt personal, respectful, and deeply family oriented. You can truly tell this mortuary is built on love, integrity, and service. They handled everything with professionalism while still making us feel seen and cared for as people. That balance is rare, and it meant everything to our family. If you are looking for a place that will take care of you during an unimaginably difficult time, this is it. We are beyond grateful for Santos Robinson Mortuary and for Kevin. Highly recommend.

Our father's hands were fixed up in the air. His color was mottled and gray. We attempted to hide the error with a flower. The hurst left all the family behind without us being able to catch up going to the cemetery. Save yourself the heartache and chose another mortuary that cares about how they present your loved one.

Losing a parent is incredibly hard, but they handled everything with such a high level of dignity and grace that it truly eased some of the burden for us. Communication: From the very first call, I felt heard and supported. They were incredibly patient with all of my questions and kept me updated every step of the way, which gave me so much peace of mind. The Process: I found their approach to be very modern, transparent, and straightforward. There was never any pressure or "salesy" feeling, just genuine empathy and a focus on what my mother and our family needed. The Memorial: They helped us navigate the details for her memorial with so much respect. Everything was handled professionally, allowing us to focus on honoring her memory rather than worrying about the logistics. I am so grateful to have had their guidance during this time. If you are looking for a team that treats your loved ones with true honor and provides a seamless, compassionate experience, I cannot recommend them highly enough. I also really appreciated the honesty in their business model. I know it could technically be cheaper if they did every single thing in-house, but they intentionally use outside sources for certain steps to ensure everything is handled by specialists. I actually felt like I got more value this way because I knew I was getting the best possible care at every stage. It's also worth noting for other families that they don't have an embalming service; they focus purely on a dignified, natural process which was exactly what we wanted for my mom. I am so grateful to have had their guidance during this time. If you are looking for a team that treats your loved ones with true honor and provides a seamless, compassionate experience, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you, Honor Cremation, for taking such wonderful care of my mom.

Customer service: 5/5 Value: 3.5/5 Execution: 5/5 From a service standpoint, they excellent. The team is available 24 hours via phone and text. For the majority of my work with them, they were extremely responsive, had good pass downs between shifts and team members, and worked to meet all our needs and timelines. They never pressured us into anything or upsold us. They just wanted to support whatever we needed. My family needed an expedited cremation and memorial all within a week of my family member passing and Honor Cremations was able to make that happen and get the paperwork done with the county in that timeframe. Honor's paid casket option was cheaper than other crematories and was a very nice, presentable casket. Honor does not embalm in house but has embalming providers they can work with. The only reason I would hesitate to select Honor again is because other crematories were more cost effective (up to $1000 cheaper for our package selections), but Honor did what they could to reduce costs and provide flexible options and offerings. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others if service and empathy is a top priority.

From the very first conversation, Ed guided us through every step with compassion and professionalism, making a difficult process feel manageable and dignified. Ed, Sarah, and Sam truly listened to our wishes and honored my father in a beautiful, meaningful way. Every detail was handled thoughtfully, and nothing ever felt rushed or impersonal. They are truly kind, attentive, and genuinely supportive people, which meant more to our family than words can express. Because of them, we were able to focus on remembering and celebrating my father's life instead of worrying about logistics. We will always be grateful for the grace and humanity they showed our family, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of funeral services. During the contract preparation phase there were multiple errors, misstatements, and rewritten contracts by Denise. Mark, the supervisor intervened so we trusted them, hoped for the best, and continued through the process. We wrote them a check 10/2/25 (that was cashed 10/3/25), as full payment for our preneed selection. We were advised the "Deed" would be sent to us within 30-60 days. There was a 3-day cancellation clause that was signed during the preparation phase. After that period had subsided I started receiving a multitude of emails and phones calls advising I needed to (re)sign the cancellation clause. After comparing the new document to the prior one (signed) I realized Denise forgot to enter the effective date. So I signed it again, and sent it to her. Then I received additional emails about the same issue - blaming Adobe Acrobat Sign for not having me sign in the right place. That was finally resolved - and a moot point since the 3-day cancellation period had passed. It's now 4 months later, and I had to reach out to them to see where the Deed is since we haven't received ANY communication from them. Mark was apologetic, stated the office manager just completed it today, and they would be mailing it today. They emailed me a .pdf copy and the document is postdated to 1/31/26. I don't understand why when they have been earning interest and/or paying bills with over $7k of our money for 4 months. I would think it would be backdated to 10/2/25 or at least dated for today. Thank God we didn't need it between times. The repeated errors and lack of follow through is unacceptable. I can't blame the office staff because I had no direct dealings with them. But Denise and/or Mark should have followed through to assure a sale made through their area was successful and had been completed long before 1/22/26. The property is well tended to but they clearly need additional oversight in how to provide quality preneed customer service (from the signing of contracts to the mailing of crucial documents). Terribly disappointed. Can't recommend at this time.
