I was satisfied with the timeline, from the time I first called to inquire about services, to the time I needed an obituary made. I rarely do business with someone I don't know or wasn't referred to. But I took a leap of faith. Ashely was able to design exactly what I wanted, which was customized. Every time she sent a proof, I'd send back what I wanted changed, and for the most part, she made the revisions based upon my request. God bless her patience, because I think I made about 50+ requests, revisions, changes, etc. in a weeks' time. The only thing that I'd say is in agreeance to the other reviews, communication could be better especially during a difficult time of a loved one's passing and the urgency in planning a funeral service. They started off promising but the communication began lacking, I had to follow up with them multiple times. Ultimately their editor totally omitted a whole paragraph which printed incompletely. They sent me the final proof at almost midnight the night before the 10am deadline they gave me next morning for everything to be finalized. The only recourse they offered was re- printing the memorial programs for one dollar less than what I originally paid per program. I told them that wasn't sufficient but I never heard back from anyone after multiple messages were sent. After a $950 order, all I asked for was a few copies to be re-printed But was completely ignored. read more

Even though we had a few bumps along the way we found Ashley to be quite determined to satisfy our needs. Right from the start she demonstrated compassion and as a referred customer she offered us a very fair price. She offered to meet us wherever it was most convenient for us, and she brought plenty of samples to help give us several ideas. We utilized her unique ten page design and since we had two people to honor in one program our design process took a fair amount of time. Despite the extensive challenge of memorializing two loved ones we didn't feel hurried or neglected in any way. We actually met in person twice with a hard copy preview/draft of our program offered to us upon the second meeting. After making several updates to meet our very particular requests she sent us an electronic version in a PDF format. We were able to make immediate and last minute corrections via email. That essential correspondence guaranteed that every detail was to our specifications. Despite having a few incidental glitches along the way we were very pleased with both the overall service and the programs she hand delivered to the memorial service. Also, we had a last minute request to have some pictures printed and she generously came through with the two enlargements we needed at the service.
