Six of us on a Sunday. Waited about five minutes before being seated. Restaurant is old school charming. Dark woods and dim lighting. They sat us at a long table/booth combo in the back of the dining room. Waitress was great. Complimentary bread and their famous peppers brought out when drink order was taken. I ordered French onion soup and the white mussels appetizer. After about 10 minutes I was informed they didn't have enough mussels to fill my order, could they give half clams and half mussels. Of course I said yes. For me it was a win win. Now digging into that bread. I could have been very, very happy with that warm bread and roasted peppers. Oh my gosh. Peppers are outstanding. Dinner and soups brought out. My French onion broth was good but the cheese needed to be broiled a bit longer. The gooey cheese sunk to the bottom of the broth and made a glop in the turbine. Broiling a little longer so it's caramelized will prevent that. Fried onions a nice touch to presentation. Mussels and clams. First, white, garlic butter broth was flavorful. Both types of shellfish were extremely small. And the mussels were hard to get out of their shells. There was nothing wrong with my food. I guess I expected more. Soup broth, peppers and service above average. Will I return? Probably. For the peppers.

Filomena is a classic Italian restaurant with an ample parking lot for all diners. My family has been going here for ages and it's always good. We went for dinner a few days before Christmas. Our server Bella was so sweet and attentive. They had a bunch of Christmas festive specials. We had the fried green tomatoes covered in crab meat and vodka sauce (best bite of the night) and the stuffed mushrooms with crabmeat (8.5/10). We ordered the lobster ravioli (9/10) the chicken parm (9/10) and the stuffed calamari pasta special (5/10- bland). Overall, I will definitely be back!

The French onion soup was delicious, hot and cheesy with crispy onions on top and not overly salty. The Burrata was good but the prosciutto wrapped artichoke with salad and cheese was so much better. The combination of flavors and textures made for a delicious bite. We sat outside and with the ceiling fans it was actually a little chilly. Our server was friendly, checked in just the right amount of times. Overall a good lunch and would definitely return.

In town for business and Fillmena looked appealing on Yelp. There is nothing wrong with Spaghetti and meatballs or chicken parmigiana, but I enjoy trying new Italian dishes. The chicken with prosciutto and mushrooms was terrific! I sat at the bar and the bar keep took care of me. I enjoyed reading about the building restoration, which turned out very well.

Out of all of my visits, my favorite is the weekend brunch menu. There are so many yummy things to choose from like the breakfast burrito, the banana Forester French toast, the various of Benedict's including crab, and there were a bunch of various breakfast sandwiches, but the most menu appealing one that I liked is the pork roll. On my last trip I wound getting a chicken brie apples bacon on brioche bread. It was a special of the day. From the moment I bid into it, I knew I would love it for the savoriness, the crisp and sweet tasting bread. There was a side of potatoes... Very nicely seasoned and the perfect crunch to them. On my last visit, it was a total of 10 people in our group and the customer service was great. We were all able to pay with separate checks... Always a perk. The waiter was super super friendly and kept our coffee refills going. Inside it is busy which could lead away from the quiet ambience, but I didn't mind it at all.

Former home vibe, i was one of the earliest weekday diners. Since it a solo dinner, I opted for a few sides: Kimchi rice Cucumber salad Brussel sprouts (no meat or butter) The cucumber salad was so good, I ordered a second portion!! The tofu burnt ends and bbq jack fruit sounded so intriguing that I almost begged the kind server to ask the chef if they could serve a side portion. Otherwise the bbq is served in pound increments. For my lucky tummy, they obliged and wow those are both delicious vegan options! Maybe next time, i will visit here earlier during my trip to be able to take home leftovers. Booth was cozy and love that water bottle to refill my glass is on my table which sounds weird but I drink alot of water! Small place , would recommend reservations for weekend dining. Parking lot was limited too. Enjoy!

The music was nice and the people were having so much fun. The crowd was older and it was nothing but fun. Chatted with a few good people and had an overall great time. I spent the nice drinking O'Doules and redbulls and the bartender was very kind. She smiled when I said "its a party too ill have a third" (O'Doules) im don't drink much anymore. There was only one of us who had never been here before and the three of us that were here before wanted her to experience the nice time we had previously but instead she said she would never come back again The manager did offer us dessert for our troubles Now today 3/27/26 I just looked at my bank account and the horrible hostess (Jackie) overcharged my card Now I have to contact my bank

The windows were open for a great breeze, though turning the fans on would've helped with the sudden heat. Our waitress was kind ,on top of everything, and our drinks were poured very well. The seasonal strawberry crush cocktail looked especially nice with the light shining through its red color. The chicken quesadillas were grilled crisp on the outside with fillings that blended together nicely. The southwest chicken salad was plated beautifully and, once mixed, had a crispy backyard BBQ kind of flavor. And, I was and I am but I really appreciated the attention. She asked my name and an hour or so later as I left she called me by name. My server was SUPERB... always smiling and carefully checking up on me. The restaurant was bright, noisy with a fun "sports bar" atmosphere and filled with customers of all ages. The multiple TV's created a colorful upbeat feeling that was perfect for a Friday night. My French Onion soup was good and cheesy! Now my chicken cheesesteak had more empty roll that should have been filled with chicken (I left two sizable empty roll corners for the trashman.). And the fries were ok with too many overdone not worthy of consuming. But thanks to the service I left FIVE STAR happy!! I joined their club and I will be back ...
