This outlet actually has improved in my opinion and has really good stores with great deals. It is somewhat smaller than other outlets, but they do have all the popular stores that everyone knows about. I went into Nike, Adidas, Lululemon, and under Armour. They had really good prices and really nice things that actually I couldn't believe were on sale now. I do like that. It's easy to find the stores and you don't get lost like other outlets it's easy to park and they have a nice food court with variety. I do recommend here if you want to shop or grab a bite to eat or if you're in the area, they do have decent prices and good quality clothing with good name brand stores. When I found out, I said I am going to go and see her. I am glad that I did, and we were happy to see each other. So today practically all day, we spent some time together at this lovely, clean mall that is surrounded by so many great stores and eateries. There are probably over 130 stores and places to eat inside and outside the mall. Let me not forget to tell you, some of the restrooms that we used were SPOTLESS CLEAN!!! They have different stores such as Disney, Nike Factory Store, Coach, Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store, Michael Kors, Guess, BOSS Outlet, Beauty and Specialty Stores, Tommy Hilfiger (one of my favorite designers & brands). Converse Factory Outlet, & Gap. Just to name a few. They have vending machines available with snacks and drinks. Also, a lot of nice restaurants nearby. Free parking and close to the I-5 freeway. We went to Gap and Converse, and I bought me 2 pairs of tennis shoes. Get one, and the other one was 50% off. Fantastic deal. From Gap, I got a nice, long, black jacket. Thin material and very comfortable. They also had clean dressing rooms at Gap. Every item has its own value and price. Both stores that we went to had great employees who were eager to help us. Customer service was above and beyond our expectations. We even had lunch at Panda Express. The list can go on and on and on. It has been like 7 years I haven't seen my friend. She used to live here, we used to work together, and then she relocated back to Florida to help her parents. It was a great outing, the only thing was that there was construction going on around the mall. Maybe they are building more businesses? Thank you all for everything. Always be & stay consistent!!

They tend to huddle together and gossip instead of helping customers. The cashiers are great, and there's security at the entrance, which is a plus. There's free parking in the back, or you can park on the street in front. Overall, I prefer shopping at this location because it's much more relaxed and less chaotic than the Citadel.

The store is big and two stories, which was nice since it gave us plenty to look at--even though it was a bit busy. We skimmed both levels, and despite the crowds, everything was well organized, simply displayed, and very clean. The employees were super helpful, answered all our questions, and made the quick visit feel easy and stress-free. Although we didn't stay long, I saw lots of pieces I genuinely liked, and I'll definitely be back when I'm ready to shop more seriously.

My son had a really scary incident here today when his Crocs got caught in the escalator. The…read moreescalator started pulling/eating up the front of his shoes, causing him to fall forward. Thankfully, he was able to get his feet out, but looking at the damage to BOTH of his shoes, this could have been so much worse. What bothered me the most was how the situation was handled afterward. The manager, Hilda, immediately put the blame on him by saying he wasn't paying attention. Look I was already embarrassed and Im sure my son was also embarrassed having to walk around afterward with both of his shoes completely chewed up in the front. He's a kid. He had just fallen, his shoes were ruined, and he was embarrassed and then to have an adult tell him it was because he wasn't paying attention just didn't sit right with me. I understand accidents happen, and I'm not claiming to know exactly why his shoes got caught. But I don't think immediately placing blame on a child before even reviewing what happened was appropriate or compassionate. They also didn't file an incident report. I'm extremely thankful my son is okay because looking at what happened to his shoes, I keep thinking about how differently this could have ended. I really hope management takes this seriously and uses it as an opportunity to review both escalator safety and how situations involving children and customer safety are handled.

The staff is usually well attentive while you're shopping and explains all the current sales. Typically the selections of New Balance sneakers are extensive. Their shoes are very comfortable and offer regular and wide options. The deals here are consistently great. Some weekends 50% off or sometimes they offer buy 1 get 1 one 50% off. Each time we visit I find new stylist sneakers and apparel on display and available for purchase. It gets pretty crowded in here on busy weekends, but it's expected. Overall, this location is a must visit for me since I enjoy New Balance's catalog of selection. There's deals just in time for the holidays. ( ^_^)b

She was incredibly helpful and had an infectious positive attitude. She even noticed I was a Lakers fan don't know how struck up a great conversation -- that kind of natural small talk is a true gift. While I was waiting in line, she proactively recommended a buy-one-get-one promotion on a workout bra to another customer -- going above and beyond without being asked.
