After a car accident, I needed a wheelchair…read moretemporarily and so I rented one from them and they were so careful to fit it properly and to give me the proper cushions and advice on what to get so that my neck, injuries and back injuries wouldn't get worse with every bump that I would go over with the wheelchair. I think with any other company, they would've just rushed and put me in a wheelchair and tried to sell me the highest price cushion. Even though they were very busy that day, the person helping me took the time to explain all of the different options I had and show me the different types of cushions, and which one would be best specifically for my injuries. The person took so much time to make sure that my wheelchair was fitted properly to me And I ended up being able to go to a concert festival because of that wheelchair. I had already bought tickets and I had assumed that there was no way that I was going to be able to realistically go through a crowded festival and I was really quite sad about it since it was one of the few things that I was looking forward to, despite being very injured and in pain. The person fitting the wheelchair accounted for the fact that I would be using it in a crowd on uneven terrain and that I would likely be using it for longer than one ordinarily would since it's not so easy to get in and out of a festival. I receive tips on how to take breaks from the wheelchair how to get in and out how to navigate through crowds, Pico Medical really went above and beyond what they needed to do to provide a wheelchair rental. What they provided was comfort and happiness, and the way they spoke to me respectfully and focused on preserving my autonomy, despite being hit-and-run by a drunk driver and being very injured, that meant the world to me. They're always my first call if I need anything for my family or friends. Their prices are reasonable, the associates helping the general public are always polite and kind and patient. And I like the fact that the businesses woman owned. I highly recommend them!

I have been here several years ago because I was looking for a wrist brace and they didn't have it at that time. Got it from somewhere else and that took care of the problem. I was there few days ago and needed a back Foam Bed Wedge and Knee Elevated Wedge that would have a soft cushion, good back support and comfort. Got both the knee wedge, and the back support wedge which makes my knees & back somewhat pain free. Will get used to it eventually. They have so many different varieties of Medical Supplies in their store that your head will start spinning. They have: Recliner Chairs, Scooters, Walkers, Bed pan, Wheelchairs, home healthcare supplies; such as hospital beds all the way to other types of medical supplies/products for all ages, genders; and, also if something needs to be repaired, they will do that for you too. I believe there is a different location for that. Knee Elevator Wedge cost me $28.95 w/out tax and the bed wedge was $39.95 w/out tax. So the prices for both items were not that expensive. I come by once or twice a years to get my wheelchair fixed from little things to big fixes. They are alway very quick and inexpensive. I really do relay on them when Insurance fails me. Most times I don't even bother to go through medical because these guys are so much faster. This place is right across from target, a little hidden and easy parking.

Trying to take a few steps was excruciatingly painful to him. I was lucky enough to find that Medical Supply Depot opens on weekends. They took their time fitting my son to make sure the boot was a perfect fit. The boot allowed my son to walk with less pain and he also needs it for school.
