I rented a wheelchair and it was a super easy process. They have great inventory and many options. I called first to make sure they had what I needed for a weekend trip. When I arrived, I was in and out within 10 minutes. Drop-off was super simple too-- they have a garage that makes it easier to unload the cargo. Gary from Everything medical was absolutely fantastic. Even though I had to eventually use another company due to my dad's insurance dictations. He went the extra mile to set up next day delivery & arrange a special bed for my 6'4" dad all on short notice. They were more than accommodating & carry any and all equipment from hoyer lifts to over bed tables and will set up everything. I was very disappointed when palliative care company insisted that we use their vendor & cancel our arrangement. If ever needed I would use Everything Medical again. I searched Yelp for a medical supply store in the SGV and there were only a few options. I found it difficult to choose a power chair online for my uncle without seeing it in person. EM had a particular make/model that my uncle saw in an advertisement called the "Zoomer" by Journey (made in the USA). Other reviews spoke about "Gary" being very helpful, and sure enough, everything people have written about him turned out to be true! He is very knowledgable about his products and patient as I examined the features of the chair. He also fixes wheelchairs and probably any other problem you may have with medical equipment. The joy stick on the floor model I bought was slightly loose even after tightening the screw to the max, but he managed to figure out a way to fix it. I randomly discovered this business when my wheelchair was having problems and I gave them a call the next day and they told me they could fix it while I waited. I was so impressed how quickly they took care of my chair as well as how hospitable they were. My wife and I ended up buying a new cushion there while we were there and may get my scooter there in the near future. I really recommend this place if you like that personal service and want to support small business. I needed a walker with a seat. I went to purchase from Everything Medical. The kind voice of Janice relieved my fears. Her knowledge of the different walkers was great. I was able to go get it today, already assembled, ready to use. Reasonable price included a 1 year warranty. She demonstrated exactly how to use it, fold it, lock wheels so that I had the necessary knowledge to safely use it. While I was there I asked about scooters and the power wheelchairs. After waiting 2 months for a no touch head thermometer and an oxymeter ordered thru the internet and still no acceptable response from the vendor, I could wait no more. I went to this local medical supply company after calling to assure they had these items in stock. I was happy to be able to compare 2 very different thermometers as well as read the instructions and warranty AND walk out with my much needed items in hand. I am a quadriplegic and I used this place to be able to help me with my disability and fix my wheelchairs for over 10 years and Gary and Cliff both refused to help me fix my brakes because they said I was giving them too much attitude. They literally left my wheelchair unsafe completely two different times because they said I was giving them too much attitude and they were not gonna be able to help me make sure that my wheelchair was safe so I wouldn't hurt myself they allowed it to be unsafe and still were OK with me hurting myself and didn't care that I would hurt myself further with my disability. And part of the reason why I was giving them attitude is because Cliff even though he had known me for multiple years didn't remember anything about my disability and was trying to force me to do things that I couldn't physically do. In order to be able to make my brakes safe I don't have finger movement so I'd have to be a certain way and he refused to accommodate my disability. They both walked away while needing to help me. read more

I had an issue with my Drive mobility scooter and took it in for service. I was praying it was not a blown motor because I had gone over a speed bump on a very steep incline. I had got off the scooter and pushed it because I thought I had blown the motor somehow. Gary, the business owner, gave it the once-over and quickly diagnosed the issue. It was the breaker that had gone off. I couldn't believe my luck. When I came by to pick up my scooter, he wouldn't charge me anything for his trouble. I felt like such a fool after he explained to me what to do if it should happen again. I told him I had no idea where I had left my owner's manual once the scooter was delivered to my address 4-5 years ago. I'm just glad he is an honest person and helped me out once again. Last week, I had a washer and bolt come loose and he attached it right on the spot. I've taken my scooter here before when the Flyaway bus people broke my platform on the scooter and they replaced it without any issues. I appreciate this business for caring about their customers. Janice, the receptionist, is very kind as well. I will continue to come here because it's hard to find a genuinely compassionate business that cares about its customers and remains honest. This guy hung up on me when I questioned his $80 delivery charge for a bedside table to Monterey Park and less than 7 mikes away. My mom is 97-years old and was just released from hospice so they'll be taking their table. Very unprofessional. I have never been treated so rudely! In response to tell sellers reply: $80 delivery of a bedside table is ridiculous to me. You might want to rethink your standards. I found another business that had what I needed for $49 less and free delivery. And their about 5 miles farther than you. I didn't overreact. You caught me off guard with that ridiculous fee! That's why I said "really? $80?!!" I thought for sure I heard it wrong and that you meant $18. In closing, you should think about your reply. You appear defensive and not good for being in retail business. I'm sorry if this Coronavirus is causing a strain on your finances, too. read more

Just got back from Everything Medical because my mom's scooter batteries were dying. Gary was able to test them and determined they had lost their ability to hold a charge. So, he replaced them. No charge for labor since we brought the scooter to him and bought the batteries from him. It was a quick and easy repair and everything went smoothly. I didn't go through Medicare b/c it's such a chore and they take forever and require you to use one of their providers. My mom has a doctor's appointment and other stuff scheduled for next week, so we needed the batteries asap. Thanks to Gary and Everything Medical we can now keep those appointments. read more

The clerk is very nice! She's really friendly & helpful :) Unfortunately, the showroom is not very big, meaning very limited inventory. Wish they have more medical supplies. This is one of four medical supplies store I visited in the Rosemead/Alhambra/San Gabriel area. "Everything" has the best customer service, follow by "Wilbur" & " 99". Great place. Like finding a contractor, handyman, or an auto mechanic. Many places are extremely dishonest. This is a company that does things by the book. What you own and purchase is yours, nothing less. Other places talk a good game, but you have to watch them like a hawk and most of the time, they will not give you the parts that was part of your order if it wasn't for repair and give you used or old parts. I injured my knee and before surgery and the Doctor required me to be in a wheelchair. I found Everything Medical through a family friend. You realize quickly it's a family owned business because their customer service is so personal. Another customer was there getting supplies and the staff new him by name. Jessica who helped me was great! She helped me with the right wheelchair and was very knowledgeable and patient with me. She helped show us how to get it in and out of the car and travel with it. Their pricing was very affordable and even gave me a AAA discount! Though hopefully I will not need medical supplies anytime soon, they will be my future go-to! read more
