With no unit number, wrong phone number and no last name, how was she expected to contact me. Luckily, the care person was resilient. Also, it turned out that the care person scheduled for my second 3-day week care was notified at the very last minute from this agency! In my opinion, this agency does not appear to be professionally administered. For "me," I do not expect the office staff to communicate effectively and efficiently in the future, or apply HIPPA safe practices. I will not use again. Pros: Both care persons, however, were awesome; they were very personable, clean, and performed their duties exceptionally well.
