I called around to local…read moretire shops in the area and Estes was the only shop that had the tires needed on hand without a wait. The staff was friendly. The tire and services pricing were fair - the alignment was a little high compared to nearby competition. My issue with the service was that when I started my car upon paying - I had a service indicator light and the noticed the tire pressure sensors were not reading any current values. I know for a fact that these sensors were reading when the car was dropped off. The technician came out and told me that the sensor in the left rear was damaged and preventing the car from completing the calibrate sequence. I am not even that upset that a sensor was damaged. What did bother me was the fact that the technician knew of the issue and nothing was noted or mentioned when picking up my car. It was upon start up and me bringing this issue up to Estes that the matter was even verbalized to me. I find this unprofessional for a paid maintenance service.
