I am so upset because I literally took off work because online I scheduled for my A/C to be looked at for 12pm today. my appointment was scheduled and confirmed. I even got a text reminder to remember my appointment for today. however something told me to call just to confirm as well. When I called the Gardendale location, I was Immediately told "We don't do A/C services here at this location at all. I asked how that was possible considering it let me schedule online for this specific thing specifically for this location. They then said "Well yea they do that for all the locations but this location is the only one that does not do it." I told them that they could have at least called to let me know as I am sure they get some type of notification that an appointment was scheduled in their system. He then asked me when my appointment was and I told him the time. He confirmed my name which shows it was in their system. However he said he JUST opened it today, and it does not "Clarify" on their end exactly what the appointment was for. Which I do not believe, considering how detailed and organized the website itself is as it relates to picking a reason/issue you are having with your car. I then told him thanks, and I will just find somewhere else to go. He then stated, "Well no I can.... well wait, our A/C machine checker is down too so I wont be able to do it." It took him not even 2 seconds to say their A/C machine was down as well, which either tells me that he knew this from the beginning and could have stated that from the beginning, or he was just simply lying to soften the blow so that one could assume "Well he tried." I then asked DJ (That was the guys name) could he at least assist me with contacting another location close by that does do it, since this was not my fault and from a customer experience this was not a great one. DJ then said "Well I could, but they are gonna tell me yes all day and when you call they are gonna tell you something different." Which for one, does not shine a good light on you all's business at all, and it shows that YOUR employees are not honest ones. So just know that you all's business have an employee that is saying that about other employees and it makes you all look bad when it comes to company values. I told DJ I was willing to take my chances and if he could please at least help with that. (This is the kicker) he told me I am just going to have to call them myself. Because he does not have the time to do all of that. While DJ did not have an attitude and he was not per say rude. He also had a lack of empathy or care for my situation. This just seems to be an everyday norm for him. He did not feel as though my situation was important enough to fix considering I again scheduled like I should have, and there was a lack of communication on top of it not being my fault at all. He could have easily had someone else in that building to help him make that happen. As I am certain he was not the ONLY one working in that building that day. A phone call like that would not have taken long. I am just disappointed with this experience and if I could give this place zero stars I would. I will NEVER recommend anyone go to this location. This place needs restructuring, and maybe even some training on how to deal with customers.

It was brought to my attention that my tires were worn beyond safe use. I called around to local…read moretire shops in the area and Estes was the only shop that had the tires needed on hand without a wait. The staff was friendly. The tire and services pricing were fair - the alignment was a little high compared to nearby competition. My issue with the service was that when I started my car upon paying - I had a service indicator light and the noticed the tire pressure sensors were not reading any current values. I know for a fact that these sensors were reading when the car was dropped off. The technician came out and told me that the sensor in the left rear was damaged and preventing the car from completing the calibrate sequence. I am not even that upset that a sensor was damaged. What did bother me was the fact that the technician knew of the issue and nothing was noted or mentioned when picking up my car. It was upon start up and me bringing this issue up to Estes that the matter was even verbalized to me. I find this unprofessional for a paid maintenance service.
