I ordered a Sprite Zero with Sf coconut today. I went about my day and had my first sip of the drink. The soda had no flavor, it was clearly out of the syrup and just tasted like bitter fizzy water. I don't have time to go take it back, so I'm stuck with a nasty drink that was a waste of my money. I wish they would check for the syrup being out as it is literally only selling soda. I don't have time to go tell them it doesn't taste right and have them remake it, hence why I went through a drive through for the drink. Do better Fiiz:) read more

Never a negative experience really. Just your average Utah drink shop! I did notice this location simplified their menu. It used to have a long list of drinks and now it's about 6-7 per soda base. I've had their cookies. It's okay. Not something to get really excited about. Their festive holiday drinks are fun. Today I ordered the miami ice freeze. Last time I got it it was mixed perfectly and pink. This time they separated the flavors. Kind of gross. The drive thru can be tight. There isn't a lot of parking because they share with the rest of the strip of businesses. If you get to the line at a bad time, it can get a little dangerous on that busy strip to Walmart. If it does get bad, they send the employees to the line to make it go faster. Overall, the drinks are good. Treats are fun. Nothing to get excited about but a nice place to stop if you need a quick treat. read more

I love Fiiz but this location is horrible. I have gone multiple times and they either are out of stock on food items or mess up the size of drinks. I just went over the weekend and they were out of stock for pretzels. I just went now (Tuesday) and the drink size was incorrect and then when I asked if I was charged for 24 or 32 ounce she didn't know. I probably will stop coming to this location and drive a little farther for better service. read more

We were on vacation from the La Quinta California. And my son, who is stationed here in the Air Force, wanted us to get a taste of Utah. As we walked in. No interaction, no acknowledgment, nothing. We were waiting approximately 3-5 minutes without anything. Then another person walked in for a door dash order and was promptly acknowledged, got their drinks and left. Still nothing with us so we waited approximately another 3-5 minutes and left. Bad customer service is an understatement. I guess next time IF I DECIDE to try it I will have to go through the drive thru, so they can't see that I am of Mexican heritage. Although I am an American veteran. Thought I would treat myself after a dental appointment (ha!). This place is a little overwhelming if you haven't experienced it before, however the staff are very friendly and helpful to determine what type of drink to try. Fun place. Lots of great drink combinations, and lots of it is stuff you wouldn't have thought to combine. Prices are reasonable. As others have noted, they are sometimes a little slow and seem a little disorganized. They are always busy, and don't seem to have come up with a great flow for getting everything out. Worth the wait though. This place is my wife's favorite new indulgence. A couple of suggestions I might offer would be to have a complete listing of all the flavors and add-ins they have available up somewhere. There are a ton of flavor shots on the counter that I wouldn't have known about if I hadn't been sitting there looking at them. (One upside to the slower service, I suppose.) I also suggest printing up some paper menus people can take with them. All in all, I'm a big fan, and will certainly be back. (But not as often as my wife.) And since I'm writing this in the holiday season, I'm suggesting coke zero, cream, with egg nog flavor. Let's call it Feliz Coladad. (Fiiz Coladad?) read more

I really don't know how their drinks are because I have been trying to use a gift card at ANY of their stores for over a week. I've been told that their system cannot accept their own gift cars but it should be fixed in a couple of days. That's an excuse I've been given for a whole week and the last person I talked with said that it'll actually be another week or longer. The product here is pretty good but the service is lacking. The app system is ok but none of the workers look at it. You have to their door and call them before anyone brings out. It's is also to hear them over the phone due to all the background chatter from all the other employees. Overall a frustrating experience. read more

The drinks are okay, and sometimes even refreshing. However the drinks are WAY too pricey for a few pumps of syrup in a soda. But that's not even my biggest problem with Fizz. I don't know if this is at all Fizz's, or just the Syracuse one, but there is WAY too much LDS related stuff in the store. I'm not LDS, so seeing Mormon stuff everywhere I turn gets old. I love the drinks and variety they have but they need to improve on there drive thru. It is probably the slowest line I've had to wait in in a long time. Also being a new customer to fiiz I was a little frustrated not having a menu to order off. Unfortunately I feel this is an operation ran by young adults new to the work force without any adult supervisor to guide them in work ethics. My 18 yr old son introduced me to FIIZ. It was something we enjoyed for any excuse we could come up with. They have a great variety to choose from. It's fun to try different ones. I keep finding new favorites. My son passed away in February, but our FIIZ habit lives strong. When I want to spend time chatting with someone, I take them for a FIIZ. I like this location, the staff is always friendly and helpful. I don't understand some people complaint so much about the time. If you go when they are busy, it will take a little time wherever you go. People need to learn to be patient. I have never thought them to be unreasonably slow. read more

Drinks are good. But there are a couple things they Really really need! One is a posted menu! I think the lack thereof holds up the line way to long! They want you to look up the menu on your phone, and for me that is fine, but there are a lot of people who are technology challenged. When they get up to the window they basically need everything explained to them. I have been to other specialty drink places that staff half the amount of people and move customers through twice as fast! Love this place! We never had a place like this where we moved from. I would suggest if you're going for the first time, go inside.
