Their initial visit was extremely thorough - checked the attics, crawl space, exterior and roof. Photo documented the evidence, activity and prepped a treatment plan. Basically locked down all entrance points from the roof to the crawl space, cleaned and sanitized the activity points. This place is now a rodent fortress. Unfortunately a few must have been hunkering down in the walls because we had telltale signs of traps working within 2 days. They have their own in-house fumigation team, rather than sub-contracting it out. Also, they originally did our subterranean treatment in 2024.
