AVOID. Horrible, unprofessional company that almost ruined our wedding. The bar opened an hour late. The bartender had an attitude, when he could be found at all. They sent only miniature wine glasses. He ignored our requests to remove his tip jar. He left the bar area a mess. The waitstaff seemed to have been sourced from outside Home Depot. They were clueless, and had no experience whatsoever. They passed their own horrible stale sandwiches, to the exclusion of our own hot hors d'oeuvres. They had to be told repeatedly to serve water and wine with dinner. It was a buffet-- that was their only job then. One was outside eating dinner in her car while my guests fended for themselves. They failed to serve the wedding cake at all. The worst was at the end of our wedding night, when we realized they were gone, but all of our food and dirty dishes were still outside. read more

Do not use this company I just celebrated my sons 2nd birthday and they arrived an hour and a half later when my party started at 12 the food arrived at around 2 p.m. When it was supposed to come at 1. The food: I asked for Imperial rice and they had the nerve to send a rice with cheese right out of the package without baking it. It was a complete disaster there tables were ancient used looking furniture possibly found in the street or donated somewhere. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. STAY AWAY!!!!!! I ordered chairs for my baby shower & was told they would be delivered, after telling the lady the address, she explained the driver is missing a foot and couldn't deliver to my location since it was a second floor hall.. I explained the chairs could be left down stairs and I'd have someone take it up for me. She kept refusing and insisting they couldn't deliver. I made arrangements to rent a van so I can pick up the chairs. My event was on Saturday and I could not return them until Monday. When I went to return them, the same lady who kept going back and forth about the delivery had a nasty attitude and just stood there doing nothing as we were unloading the chairs. Not even an offer of help from anyone in their warehouse. If I had known how unprofessional and rude she'd be, I would've never rented from here and taken my business elsewhere. If I could give less that 1 star I really would. I hired this company for my March 7th wedding and they got it all wrong. I'm a pretty laid back person and I even thought about letting this go and not posting a negative review, but then I thought about the next bride out there who might use them and I have to warn everyone how terrible this place is!! 1st let's start with the people who brought the linens, they were 1 hour late, no biggie we had plenty of time to set up. We told them that the wedding would be ending at 8:30 pm and they could come then to start picking up their things. At 7:45 pm the company showed up with very inappropriately dressed teenagers and started tearing the linens off the tables that my guests were still sitting at, 45 minutes before my wedding was even supposed to end! And the cherry on top was when they started raiding the candy buffet! At that point everyone stared to leave because they thought it was over! Now let's get to the catering part. The caterers showed up 2 hours late! Not only had I hired them for food service but they were also handling the bar. That means that no one got to eat or drink a single thing until 2 hours into the wedding! I was so embarrassed!! We actually opened the candy buffet so people could start picking at that because they were so hungry! So now we are two hours in with hot beer, soda, and wine they start setting up the food. We decided that because everyone was so hungry that we would go ahead and do it buffet style instead of having it served to speed up the process. (by the way our contract was for 3 servers and a bar tender and we only had 2 people show up) The food was okay except I was supposed to get fried plantains and instead they ripped open a bag of plantain chips and were throwing a handful on everyone's plate (I'm embarrassed) to top it off the veggies were FROZEN, not a little chilly, but total frozen! (I'm Mortified). They didn't know to turn on the sturno cans to warm the food, and may I add that the venue we were in had a fully equipped kitchen where they could have thrown the veggies in the oven to heat them up! Now let's get to the wedding cake... oh how this part makes me so sad. All I wanted was a simple vanilla cake with chocolate mousse filling and buttercream frosting, that's all, nothing fancy, what I got was a cake with meringue frosting (which I hate) and custard filling (which I strongly dislike). I didn't have a piece of my own wedding cake I hated it so much, and forget about saving the top for our 1 year anniversary, I hated my cake so much that I'm missing out on that tradition! At the end of the night they took their stuff and just left the venue a total wreck (clean-up was also part of the contract) my husband, bridal party and I were stuck cleaning up after the wedding which was a real downer and because of this we were hours late getting home to pack for our honeymoon (we were leaving the next morning!). I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and hopefully this review will help you realize that sometimes it's better to pay a little more and actually get something good, I wish I would have done that. If I could do it over again I would never have hired fiesta paradise! Learn from my misfortune and stay away from this company! read more

If you don't have a reliable form of transportation for 20+ chairs and 2 tables then do not rent from them because they see this as a small order and will make you pick it up. And that's fine, someone can lend you a hand to pick it up from the store but they will not pick it up from your house. They are closed on Sundays so you can't take them back then. And on weekdays are open until 6 so if you work, you have to leave work early to take back your rental items because their drivers don't work. You take them late and they charge you a fee. Very disorganized and not helpful company. First and last time I will be taking my business to them. read more

The WORST company ever! I have a friend who paid for the FULL SERVICE to have her baby shower planned and FULLY decorated. She was promised that someone would be at the event place 2 hours earlier to decorate and get everything ready. The party started at 1pm and she got there at 11am and NO ONE ever went to decorate. The stuff was all over the tables and floor. When the owner was asked what happened, he stated that he is not handling that aspect. Yes, you're not handling such in particular, but YOUR team handles it and YOU PROMISED they would be there to set up. No one got there, no call and no one accountable. When the owner got there, he started setting up to make the famous meat "paella". I was thinking about using them for my wedding because they are VERY reasonable on price, but I rather pay more than stress over the unprofessionalism and regret it later. Oh and also, when he was asked about him being unprofessional, he stated that it's not his fault "as stated in the contract". The only reason why I have them ONE star is because the paella was very good! read more

Hired them to cater my son's wedding. The company they used for the chairs/tables/linen rentals was awesome. They arrived on time and the chiavari chairs and cushions were in excellent condition. However, the buffet, servers and bartender were nowhere to be found. They finally called 1 1/2 hours late to let me know they were lost and they did not have a GPS or a smartphone. My husband was on the phone with them for about 15 minutes giving them directions. At this time, we had to try to entertain our guests with music, toast, etc. because we had no food to serve them. When they finally arrived, they were going to start serving dinner and salad all at once in the same plate. What a disaster. The bartender did not have a bottle opener either. When they finally served dinner, the serving size was snack size. Everyone was served a slither of London Broil (the size of a finger). The next day when I called the owner to explain my dissatisfaction, he was anxious to get me off the phone. No apology, nothing. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM. They should be ashamed to offer these types of services to consumers. read more
