Ordered food from here on the recommendation of the nice lady working on the train. Unfortunately I should have listened to the reviews instead. First off my order was wrong. I ordered cheese enchiladas not beef because I was going to share with my young son. Well not only did I get beef, but they were super dry. I also got a hard shell taco. Ended up with a taco that looked like it was supposed to be hard shell taco, but instead was more like a soft shell that was fried for a little color. Nothing hard shell about it. Needless to say this was not great. The rice tasted like it was from a box. I had been told this was an authentic place, but authentic to what I don't know. I wish I could leave ZERO star. Horrible place and service! Ordered simple asada ( beef) burrito with no rice no beens no any sauce, only with pico. Simple, right? How possibly can make mistake? Waited for almost 40 mins for order. They brought me burrito with rice and beans and wet ( with sauce and cheese) and cold with no pico .... YACK. Waitress ( assuming owner) older lady , didn't even want to stop by and check on us. I had to wait for ANYONE of servers to come and ask to replace my order. After may be 3 minutes they brought me a burrito with sauce and cheese.... Cold... cheese didn't even melt on top. I cut burrito in the middle- there was ground RAW meat with cheese (not melted) because it was uncooked and damn cold !!!! SERIOUSLY??? I told server to take it back and I did not want to order anything! How it is possible to be wrong with simple Mexican dish? I do not eat raw uncooked burritos ! Be AWARE!!! The restaurant was hot inside no air and they had one waitress for entire restaurant so service was extremely slow. When we got our food I noticed mine had gotten cold so I ate what I could. The food tasted so so. The worst part was at 2:30 am when my husband has bad diarrhea and then when I got up to go to work I start throwing up and I have a horrible headache. I realize we are in the midst of COVID and most places are struggling to survive. We were the only patrons in here for our first 15 minutes then a few more patrons came in. The service was ok, pretty prompt. The chips and salsa was good. We ordered a side of guacamole, it was ok but $11.50 it was not worth! The food was a little less than average. I'd have to say the worst Mexican food I've ever tasted. The people were great! They gave us bottled soda when we told them the fountain soda was extremely flat. There are several other Mexican restaurants in Williams so I'll try another one next time! read more

This place is horrible. All 3 menus were dirty with dried food on them. I ordered a shredded beef burrito which the menu said would be shredded beef, onion, tomatoes and peppers and served with rice and beans. The burrito came with rice and beans inside and on the side, when I told a worker that I think I got the wrong order because there was another menu item which said the rice and beans where in the burrito she told me no that's how they all come. Then when I asked where the tomatoes, onions and peppers where she said it's cooked in there, which it wasn't not one sign of peppers or onions. My husbands enchilada sauce tasted sour. Then when my mother in-law ordered two hard shell tacos to go they gave her soft shell tacos. She told them the order was wrong and they said we gave you soft shell because your hard shells would get soggy by the time you got home. We said "well that's what we ordered and we just live up the street". Easy to say we're never coming back here again. The restaurant could use a deep clean as well. read more

But basically my girl and I were starving after doing trails all day. Got there late around 8:30pm mind you we didn't eat all day... so it was safe to say at that point we could have ate anything. Literally frozen shrimp!! Bruuhhhhhh I was mind blown!! I send it back in to get "re-heated." While I watch my girl eat a spoiled steak. I could tell the food was spoiled because it had those orange streaks on the meat. Now we are just sitting there in complete shock. I ate one fajita out of my plate and my girl two bites from her steak. It safe to say we stopped eating the food at this point after taking two bites.... An hour later we are both with stomach aches, nauseous, and wanting to puke. This is my first ever review. In 32 years that I've been alive this has to be the most awful nastiest food I've ever had. We eat out a lot and it's safe to say we know what good food taste like. And this is NOT IT! I asked for to go containers but by mere habit... snapped two pictures before this food goes in the trash where it belongs!! The pictures don't do justice to it's grotesque. We went in as a group of 6 from Wyoming and PA on a Friday night 2 weeks ago and were promptly greeted by multiple employees. The staff was funny and friendly and when asked what they had to drink for kids the server said "Whiskey, beer, tequila..." and we all laughed. The food was hot and good at a great price. This may be one of the best restaurants in William's . It is very underrated. Everything I have eaten here has been excellent. The salsa is pretty good too. They have a variety of bottled beers. They were mostly beers from the big 3 with some Mexican imports. I didn't notice any craft beers. Staff is really friendly . I wish I would have tried it sooner! read more

The place has no cooling or fans it's soo hot inside we had to sit outside even though it was hot outside it was cooler than inside. The chips and salsa were nothing to get excited about. Noticed this restaurant during in-town event earlier in the day, so planned on having dinner here. It was about 85 degrees here, and they do not have a/c, only swamp cooler, which was okay. A few people entered, but turned around and left once they realized no a/c. The decor can use some updating, and the whole place could also use a good deep cleaning too. The food was so-so. No offer of "corn or flour tortillas?" with our meal, just FYI. The chili relleno was good, although their batter is either very light or none at all, but the chili itself was pretty darn good. The server lady is not very friendly, and the young busser guy pretty much the same. There is no welcoming/feeling one gets that they'd like or care for you to return, ever. read more

We had two dining experiences while in Williams Arizona on July 3. One at the Pine Country restaurant which was spectacular please see our review there. Sadly Fiesta Grill was the opposite and I feel compelled to share this so other travelers do not make the same mistake we made at dinner this evening. The staff at fiesta was friendly and nice. The soft drinks and cold beers came out quickly a chilled glass for our beers was nice touch, but that's where it ended. The chips were stale. Our dinners were quite simply terrible. I had the taco and enchilada combination - there was literally nothing good on the plate. The taco shell was stale the chicken was tough and tasteless, the enchilada used the same chicken it was quite simply terrible. They even managed to mess up the rice which tasted like it had been outside for hours. The beans were NOT edible. It's very sad the restaurant looks authentic and is cute, but be aware - one comes to a restaurant for food and this place is quite simply not even a D it is an F and fails miserably. If someone from the health department is reading this review I would suggest an inspection of the kitchen. read more

Did the whole downtown shopping thing, now its time to eat. I must have walked by the restaurant 5 times before entering, I was not sure.. we were greeted at the door and seated right away, we were served chips and salsa as soon as we sat. The salsa was excellent, so I knew at that point the food was going to be as good. Ordered chicken enchiladas verde, my favorite, what can I say it was excellent, the chicken was moist the verde sauce had the perfect amount of kick, the rice was made from scratch ( no box rice ) you can tell they make their beans daily, as the beans were just as good. My suggestion for this restaurant would be add a little air-conditioning, as this restaurant can be very warm. If I am ever in Williams again I will stop and eat. read more

Took a chance on this place after a day trip up to the GC. We were all starving/hangry and this place totally delivered.
