Recently went to Fieldwork China Basin to watch a World Cup game with my visiting family from SoCal. We had just finished lunch and so we didn't have any beer but what a nice outdoor space. It's literally across the street from Oracle Park with gorgeous views. Whoever created this beautiful space did a wonderful job of creating beautiful baseball statues and seating areas all with gorgeous water views. I can't wait to come back here on a sunny day to try their beer as I've seen their beer popping up at lots of local restaurants throughout the Bay Area. Great place for people with pets.

This spot can get pretty busy after work and on weekends. It's perfectly situated next to China Basin Park, making it an ideal place to relax with a drink while enjoying views of Oracle Park. Seating is entirely outdoors, but the heat lamps make it comfortable even on cooler days. There's also a public restroom conveniently located right next door with a water fountain. Their drink selection is solid, with a wide variety of both canned and draft beers to choose from. If you are feeling a bit peckish, they also sell hummus.

Amazing views of the bay and stadium. They have a tv screen set up for the game as well. Great service. They have employees walking around selling canned beers to speed up the process. Small bites available as well. The sour beers are the best imo especially the calmansi lemonade beer!!!!!!

    Yuck!

OMG If you have a non- beer drinker with you RUN! I can not understand how in 2026 these breweries still assume only beer is ok to serve. Groups come too and want other things.

I'm so glad we did, it instantly lived up to the curiosity. The vibe here is exactly what you want from a brewery. It's unique, cool, and laid-back, with plenty of character and a strong sense of community. It feels welcoming whether you're popping in for one drink or planning to hang out for a while. The beer selection is great, with a nice variety of styles to choose from. Everything we tried was well crafted and enjoyable, making it easy to find something that fits your taste whether you like lighter beers or something a bit bolder. The space itself really adds to the experience. There's a relaxed energy that makes it a great place to meet friends, take a break while exploring the neighborhood, or just enjoy a good beer in a comfortable setting. Great atmosphere, good beer, and an all-around enjoyable experience. We'll definitely be back and are glad we finally stopped in.

It's a great space to unwind with nice beers (and the beers are truly nice, haven't had one I didn't enjoy from this brewery yet) or to hop on your laptop for some work while sipping a brew. Dogs welcome, which is nice too. I made a friend.

Their beer is excellent, and I've heard nothing but great things about the place and people. We visited on a Sunday and met friends, who said it took a while to get a big table for us; it was surprisingly packed! It's a large industrial brewery, with the equipment chained off at the back. They make great use of the rest of the building with large tables, small tables, bar seating/standing room, plus an arcade area, outside seating area, and a few cozy living room style areas with stuffed furniture at the back. To the right on entry is the canned beer for takeout, to the left is their large bar and impressive tap list. We mostly get IPAs, so it was fun to try their other styles like rice lagers and a barleywine, everything was excellent. Their flights are huge, basically half size goblet pours in a six rack. Prices are reasonable for the well developed beer. They also had a food vendor outside, which we loved (see separate review). It's great to see a place equally rock great beer and a fun experience, I definitely look forward to returning sometime soon.

I stopped by here again last week with a friend who came up from San Jose, grabbed a few beers as the service is usually super quick even on busy days, got my usual IPA, and grabbed a seat outside as it was pretty hot. Great place to hangout, they have a mini-arcade for kids if you've got little ones, and of course a to go fridge if you want to grab some cans to go! This is definitely a fun place to be, and if you're watching sports, they've got Tv's as well!

Here's what we noticed: - Great vibe when we arrived...Busy with lots of people, but still some seating at the large number of picnic tables. There's also some outside patio seating in the front. - My wife and I split a flight of beer, which they provide in three 6 ounce pours. We especially liked their Hazy IPA, but the Oktoberfest was very good too. The bartender said their Kolsch is a bit of a classic, and we liked it too, but it wasn't a stand out to us. I later got a 10 ounce pour of their IPA and felt like that was the best of all. The best part is that you couldn't go wrong with any of the beers. - We got chips and guacamole from the taco truck guy located inside next to the bar...You pay by cash, and we got a big container of chips and a humongous couple of scoops of guac for $9. It was just what we needed to go with our beers! Bottom line: if we lived in the area, we'd go back to Standard Deviant for sure!
