Some parts of the purchase of our new Brinkley rv from RV Country were absolutely fantastic but…read morethere were parts that were an absolute horrible experience. We were at an RV Show in March (28 & 29) and that is where we decided to purchase this rig. We pointed out a number of things that needed attention to the rv. We were assured by a number of representatives (& the owner) that all would be good upon us taking possession on April 25. We arrived on Saturday, April 25 at 11:23 and were greeted by a man named Ted... a less than stellar interaction began. First of all, he was the person who did the entire PDI - Pre Delivery Inspection - & unfortunately it seemed that he had never looked at the rv... None of the issues on the outside of the Brinkley were repaired. He was shocked that we pointed these problems out to him. He didn't know how some of the exterior systems even operated. When we moved to the inside and we pointed out several issues, he rudely said "look, we don't fix things ahead of time, you gotta acquire the right, bring it back, and then we'll order parts and fix it"... are you sh!tt!ng me? So the sofa that was broken at the show in March is still broken over 30 days later. The microwave oven that has a blood curdling screech when you open the door is still there, and Ted laughed and said "oh, that's not that bad". So many other things he didn't that day was nonsense. When we went inside to finalize paperwork, Tucker was the man! Very easygoing and knowledgeable. He answered every question, helped with a number of items that had issues. He cares about customer service! Unfortunately, we could go on, but that email will be sent to the owner. He requested that we send him a detailed synopsis of our experiences.

Chad, Ian, Don, Cheblis were all helpful thorough and professional from the moment we stepped on the lot last week through the delivery process yesterday. We were initially looking for a used trailer, but after listening to what was important to us, Chad had us look at a new one which checked all the boxes for what was around the same price but had many improved features. We had checked out other dealerships last weekend, but didn't encounter the same tactics at Michael Hohl. Similar to when we bought our Subaru from Michael Hohl a few years ago. Straight shooters without lots of games. No extra fees for delivery training and inspections and lower sales tax were also big pluses. If you're shopping through dealers, I'd definitely put them on the list.

All the staff was very pleasant and helpful even though parts was closed they found me the correct ball and hitch free of charge to get me on my way. Rudy did an excellent job showing me all the components, their locations with how they work. This helped tremendously on maiden voyage having heat, hot water for shower, all amenities of home in a very remote location. I do recommend Hohl RV Center for anyone looking to purchase one of their RV's and they do have allot of them. Kind Regards to all the staff from, Gary Vargo A122s Purchase

Tim the service manager was great, he had us in one day and out the next. Friendly courteous interaction and unbelievable fas around. Michael the Assistant GM dropped by to check in to make sure everything was going as it should, he also seems like a great asset to this organization. If I need service on my airstream, there's no doubt in my mind this is where I'm gonna be going.

We own a 2020 Globetrotter Airstream which started to have brake problems in 2024. I brought my…read moretrailer into the Reno, NV, Airstream for service and the brakes were replaced for $4996. Less than a year later my brakes failed and it cost me $5967 to replace them. Despite a one year warranty, this replacement was denied by the brake vendor company. When I had new tires installed, I noted that one front wheel brake was too tightly set. We brought the trailer back to fix it. I took my trailer in for body work in August, 2025, which took until November, 2025. In December, we had to bring our trailer back to address an interior water leak at a seam in a bedroom panel. Part of the body work involved pulling out the water heater. On March 31, 2026, we started out on a trip to Palm Springs, CA. We stayed overnight at Lone Pine, CA. I decided to turn the water heater on, using propane, and heard a loud bang coming from outside the trailer. I got out and saw fire coming out of the water heater cover. With my wife's help we managed to extinguish the fire but the water heater was no longer operational. My wife called the dealership the next day and explained to the service adviser what happened, also saying we knew the water heater was pulled out when body work was done and was poorly reinstalled. The service adviser amazingly stated that he didn't think it had been pulled out. We cut our time short in Palm Springs as we did not have use of the water heater. We brought the trailer to the shop to fix the water heater and the Airstream company paid for replacing the damaged water heater. When returning from our last camping trip in May, we found out that the service manager and two service advisers were gone and a new service manager came in with RV experience. Additional body work, unrelated to the above, was finished on in June 2026. As we were picking up the trailer, I found out that the trailer batteries were dead. I notified the service front desk person of this issue who then called in a technician. He connected the trailer cable to my truck and thus we could hitch the trailer to my truck. We wanted to share our experiences with store manager. We asked for an appointment and he did not want to talk to us in person. He referred us to the new service manager. I guess it was not important for him to address customer feedback.

I recently purchased a camper for traveling. I was looking around Facebook market place and…read moreeverything I found was not worth the price or very damaged. So I found this place on Yelp, looked at the reviews and said I'll give it a try. I did the text option online, got Jeff. I gave him some options from their site I was interested in. He took down my needs and found me one that I fell in love with. It brand new, with solar panels, and the perfect size for my needs. From start to finish they showed they really cared they walked me through everything! They offered if I had any questions after purchase day I can call and ask. Which I've had to do, but nothing major, human error on my end. Doug who helped me setup and walked me through the whole rig was amazing he was patient with me and made sure I understood everything. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! Everyone there was super nice. They even were able to mount my own TV inside for me. (At an additional cost) but I love it!

We originally responded to a trailer one of their salesman had posted to FB Marketplace and when we went in were told they had none at that price point. (The post was still up, so I'm suspicious that they try to lure people in with trailer tour posts of inventory they have already sold) There seemed to only be one employee on the whole lot and he was very rude. It felt like we had to do all the work for him and he wasn't trying to sell us anything. He showed us one single trailer that fit most closely to the description of what we thought we wanted. Being first time buyers we had a general idea but weren't really sure what all the options were. After showing us the one single option he said we could afford, he tried to rush us into financing and I had to pump the brakes due to my wife not loving the option. He had the audacity to ask if it was too expensive for us with an irritating little smirk. Anyway, we went right next door to Michael Hohl where we were immediately given tours of multiple trailer models. Having a good salesman made all the difference: we ended up buying something bigger, nicer, and almost twice the budget we walked in with due to their help in financing. Anyway, save some time and just go to Michael Hohl next door.
