Savannah and John set us with a great Nexus Class C Rental. As novices, they showed us how to operate everything. We only has one glitch, the refrigerator door lock didn't work and we had some food fly out while driving. Thank God for Duct tape! It was clean and well equipped - came with toaster, coffee maker, sheets, dishes, pots and pans, etc. We had a fantastic time in Yosemite and loved the comforts of home. I rented a Class C RV from this company and had the worst rental experience of my life. The RV it self had been ridden hard and put away wet a few times too many. As we left the parking lot, I notice the ABS warning light was on meaning we had no anti-lock brakes. Then, just two hours into the trip, the check engine light came on and a few minutes later the RV died on the side of the freeway. The owner of the RV was of little to no help. We limped along in the dangerous RV until we had to abandon it in Battle Mountain. I had to rent a U-Haul just to get us back to Reno. I do not recommend renting with this company. read more

This place was a delight to rent from. Our RV was clean and ready on time. It was refreshing, smelled nice and felt homey and comfortable. The beds were amazing. Everything was awesome! I was able to bring our bicycles, we had everything we needed was provided even down to utensils. It was so fun to get away with covid leaving us feeling cooped up. We actually booked this for a professional photo shoot, but it ended up being such a pleasurable experience and we can't wait to book again! If you rent from nvrv you will have to do your homework first...you need to ask them if there is play in the steering, how are the headlights, will the mirrors stay in place once you adjust them, is there any windshield solution or even just water to clean the dirt and bugs off....if they offer to help you out after a terrible experience, do not take the words of these people, please just don't. read more
