    Avocado toast with lox
    Jaime R.

Had a delicious meal with family! It's a cute spot with seating upstairs and downstairs. I started with the lychee fizz which had a punch! I had the avocado toast and added house made lox. The bread is made in house and it shows! Very high quality with a great texture and taste. The lox were so buttery and almost had a melt-in-your-mouth consistency and were not overly salty. The poached eggs were a great touch. My family member ordered the French toast and said it was the best they have ever had! I had a few bites and agree, it was amazing! We also tried the pancakes which were huge and very dense in the best way. Not too sweet either. The service was great and we loved our meal! Will definitely be back!

As Larry David would Say, " pretty, pretty, pretty good!" Actually it was super good. The food was fresh and the service was excellent. I had their Smashburger which like all their food was sourced locally and so fresh and delicious. We also had their pancakes which were huge and hot & fluffy. They have an extensive menu with so many fresh drinks, juices and smoothies. If you are in Sheboygan don't miss eating here!

Review for Field to Fork Field to Fork delivers on its farm-to-table promise with fresh, flavorful dishes that make breakfast feel special. I had the Fork Benedict, and it was absolutely on point--perfectly poached eggs, a rich hollandaise, and a well-balanced plate overall. My companion opted for the blueberry pancakes, which were just as impressive--fluffy, generously filled with blueberries, and delicious. The ambience was fine, though our table was in a high-traffic spot. In hindsight, sitting at the counter might have been a better choice for a cozier experience. Service was okay--our server wasn't around much, but since we didn't need anything, it wasn't an issue. Overall, the food was the highlight, and I'd definitely come back for another round. Next time, I'll try to snag a seat at the counter!

This place was great and felt like quality ingredients and genuine people behind the counter delivering solid service. Loved the casual artsy vibe and what they have built. Good food, good people.

Walnut Burger and sweet potatoes fries. My wife said dinner is the best she's had.

The food offerings, and the meal itself, was outstanding. My wife had the walnut burger, and I had the Fork blueberry pancakes with the chicken sausage patty, that was uniquely flavored -- I believe with sage. We would have given this restaurant 5 stars, except for the ambient noise. We ate in the upstairs and we were right next to a speaker with high volume music. Otherwise, the place is great. We meandered next door to their Pizza restaurant and one of their staff gave us a history and tour of the place including the slo-food grocery and deli owned by the same proprietors. If in Sheboygan do rm eat here. We will.

Ok, this place has amazing breakfast. I love pumpkin pancakes and finding good ones are hard. Currently their seasonal pancake is the pumpkin pancakes and if they are in the menu you definitely need to get them. The pancakes are fluffy and probably some of the best pumpkin pancakes I've had. They are also huge so recommend sharing. I shared the pancakes with my son along with the Pair O'Eggs breakfast. The eggs while were just fried over medium were so tasty and well seasoned. Make sure to get a ginger molasses cookie for later. Service was on point and when they found out it was my son's 3rd birthday they sang to him and a couple of other tables joined in; this totally made his day. If you are in the Sheboygan area, make sure to check out Field to Fork Cafe.

This was such a great place to catch a nice breakfast. The service was excellent, the coffee was good but the latte was excellent. Coffee was fun though because they serve them in fun mugs. The feel of the restaurant is calm and welcoming. Highly recommend. I think my favorite was the avocado toast, sounds basic but this was anything but!

In addition to the buffet, we had the option of made-to-order eggs benedict, omelets, and Prime Rib. We each ordered a benedict, which came as a single serving, and we shared a dish of Prime Rib, which came as two 3-4oz slices. Everything was delicious and well-prepared, and our server was great! The Wisconsin Room is one of many beautifully appointed rooms in the American Club, and I highly recommend the experience of dining!

First time here. We were staying at the American Club for the weekend, and eating at the Wisconsin…read moreRoom was a must on our list. Food: The menu offers a nice selection of starters, à la carte options, and full dinners. The ability to add a wide assortment of sides is a great way to customize a meal to fit your tastes. We started with a couple of specialty cocktails, the Whistle Stop Old Fashioned and the Hemingway Daiquiri. Both were nicely made and delicious. We do not normally order bread service, but my wife was famished, so we started with the House Special Duck Fat Parker Rolls. Wow. They were amazing. The crust was dark, crunchy, and full of flavor. They came with honey butter and a bacon jam spread. Next time I might try the Steakhouse Brisket Burger and substitute these rolls for the bun. For our meals, we ordered the Salmon à la carte with a Caesar salad and the Wagyu Short Rib dinner. The salad was nicely made with a light and flavorful dressing and good presentation. The salmon was excellent. It was melt in your mouth tender with a beautiful pan sear, which is a perfect combination. The Wagyu Short Rib was a different experience. This was my first time having this "Denver" cut of short rib. I was expecting a very luxurious, rich texture, but instead it was fairly lean and a bit dry. The outside was nicely charred and had a slightly ashen flavor, which was not unpleasant, just unexpected. On its own, the meat was a disappointment. Paired with the risotto and bordelaise, it improved considerably. Still, it is not something I would likely order again. We took our leftovers home and still had room for dessert, so we shared the Banana Bread Pudding. It was delicious, though the texture was more muffin-like than the dense, creamy style we usually prefer. The rum raisin ice cream was a very nice addition. Service: Like the rest of the service at the American Club, it was very good. The entire evening felt relaxed and well paced. Water and drinks were always attended to, and our server was knowledgeable about the menu and helpful when explaining items. My only small issue was the tone of the service. It was extremely upbeat, almost to the point of feeling a bit scripted or performative. I love enthusiastic and friendly service, but at times it did not feel entirely authentic. This is a minor criticism in what was otherwise a very good experience. Atmosphere: Like the rest of the hotel, the Wisconsin Room is full of character and charm. There is a strong sense of history in the space, especially knowing it was once the cafeteria for early immigrant workers. That adds a humbling and meaningful layer to the experience. The room was still decorated for the holidays, with tasteful greenery and ornaments. We would definitely come back for another meal.
