I used their website which I found easy and user-friendly. I even got a delivery confirmation email, which was great. However, I chose a dozen pink roses and added a pink ribbon for an extra charge to send my mother-in-law who just broke her hip and then had to put her 16 year old kitty down after a long bout with illness. I wanted to send something to cheer her up. When she thanked me and sent me a picture it was a beautiful arrangement of red roses with a pink ribbon. I'm happy the flowers made her happy, but I wish they had contacted me by phone or by email so that I could have chosen a different color, because then I would've chosen white or yellow with a matching ribbon. Even with the red arrangement I would've preferred a matching red ribbon. Red is a little too romantic for my MIL in my opinion.
