I called the next day, and was told that they didn't have the flowers so the delivery never went out. This order was for a grieving widow on the anniversary of her husband's death. All you had to do was call/email and let us know, but instead, they took my money and decided to not deliver and not communicate. When the flowers arrived the next day, there was barely anything in there (just a few flowers - nothing like the picture online). They offered to give me a 25% refund WHICH WAS NEVER APPLIED. They claimed they're trying their best, using the COVID-19 pandemic as the excuse. COVID-19 didn't stop you from taking my money, did it? Unreal.

Sourcing local means you find more unique heirloom varieties that you wouldn't find elsewhere. Walking into the shop you can smell their freshness and can choose from an assortment of mixed bouquets or single stems from a pick-your-own flower bar. I personally love all the plants scattered around the store. Each time I visit I check to see the new plants she adds. My room is starting to look like her shop and I'm not mad!! I also like to shop here for the Holidays. She has gifts, cards, and different botanical inspired products like essential oil based perfumes and lotions.

I called Everlasting Love and the sweet woman who answered the phone couldn't have been any nicer or any more helpful as she was. We discussed what I wanted and she made several suggestions. Finally decided on a dish garden with fresh cut flowers in Fall colors and a little bird in a nest. The flowers arrived and my cousins sent me pictures of the arrangement they received. Everything was gorgeous. My cousins told me it is the most beautiful arrangement they have ever received. I'm so grateful to the artists at Everlasting Love Florists. I placed the order online, scheduled pick up, and moved on with my life. Unfortunately, I received an email about 5 days before I was due to pick up the arrangement essentially advising that my selection was no longer available because the flowers wouldn't be in season the month of December. Huh? They explained that they would do their best but I asked for a refund instead. Apparently there was a website issue that allowed the purchase to go through but shouldn't have. Disappointed and frustrated, I placed a last minute birthday order with a large corporation and tried to put the matter behind me. Well color me surprised when the Flowers & Fancies team sent me an arrangement to apologize for the error. I was shocked, surprised, and necessarily reminded that mistakes happen and it's best to have patience and understanding, especially for local, well meaning businesses. The arrangement provided is gorgeous and makes the one I ordered from a large corporation just doesn't compare. Thank you to Heather and the Flowers & Fancies team for making it right. I look forward to supporting in the future.

I used their website which I found easy and user-friendly. I even got a delivery confirmation email, which was great. However, I chose a dozen pink roses and added a pink ribbon for an extra charge to send my mother-in-law who just broke her hip and then had to put her 16 year old kitty down after a long bout with illness. I wanted to send something to cheer her up. When she thanked me and sent me a picture it was a beautiful arrangement of red roses with a pink ribbon. I'm happy the flowers made her happy, but I wish they had contacted me by phone or by email so that I could have chosen a different color, because then I would've chosen white or yellow with a matching ribbon. Even with the red arrangement I would've preferred a matching red ribbon. Red is a little too romantic for my MIL in my opinion. Overall, I thought they looked good in the picture and they made her happy, so I will likely order from here in the future, but I will call or specify alternate preferences in the comments on my online order next time.
