She said the flowers are beautiful and fresh, the arrangement is very fragrant, it looks exactly as it's depicted on their website. I placed this order during the Christmas holiday season (December 15), one of the busiest times of the year for florists, and yet they were able to deliver to my sister the next day. Their selection of Christmas arrangements and flowers for all other occasions is extensive and impressive. January 01 2026 --- My sister said the arrangement still looks as fresh and as pretty now as it did the day it was delivered to her (December 16), except for the roses, which she removed and threw away, but only a few days ago. They lasted for two weeks, which is an unusually long life span for roses. I had mylar balloons delivered to this sister's husband yesterday from The Flower Boutique and again the arrangement was perfection, even better than I had envisioned. They don't feature balloons on their website (why?) but I called them anyway and I'm glad that I did because they offer a wonderful selection of mylar balloons. These people are very accommodating. I had requested that they call in advance both times to schedule the delivery dates with the recipients and to email me photos of the arrangements. Both requests were honored.

However, I chose a dozen pink roses and added a pink ribbon for an extra charge to send my mother-in-law who just broke her hip and then had to put her 16 year old kitty down after a long bout with illness. I wanted to send something to cheer her up. When she thanked me and sent me a picture it was a beautiful arrangement of red roses with a pink ribbon. I'm happy the flowers made her happy, but I wish they had contacted me by phone or by email so that I could have chosen a different color, because then I would've chosen white or yellow with a matching ribbon. Even with the red arrangement I would've preferred a matching red ribbon. Red is a little too romantic for my MIL in my opinion. No image of the suggested substitute was included in the email. How on earth am I expected to be able to approve something when I haven't a clue what it looks like? The color of the container depicted on their website makes the flowers in the arrangement "pop". Otherwise, the arrangement is nondescript. I immediately requested an image of the suggested substitute, I still haven't received it. So this morning I sent an email to cancel the order and to issue a credit to my credit card if it had been billed already. That was an hour ago, no reply. Because they close at 11:00 AM today (a half hour from now), I called the shop a few minutes ago and reached their answering machine. They don't answer their emails, they don't answer their phone, they don't have in stock what's depicted on their website. They should have a system so that, as the inventory is depleted, it's automatically reordered and always in stock. This place operates very unprofessionally. I will never order from them again and, based upon my experience with them, I advise others to go elsewhere, too.
