Received this beautiful bouquet of flowers Friday afternoon, from Flowers by Evelyn Delivery on time, fresh with a note of care. We have never received flowers from this Westminster shop, but we sure will take the time to check it out. The lavenders roses and the snapdragons with accents of while lilies. Beautiful and serine. Just what I needed post surgery! Thank you! read more

Customer service is awesome- whomever I spoke to on the phone when I was ordering flowers for my daughter's birthday was so helpful and kind! I was happy with the prices, too. Just an all around pleasant experience and the flowers and arrangement were perfect for my girl. They delivered to her school, too, at just the right time! I highly recommend this place! read more

I was able to walk in and order a beautiful little white wedding bouquet for the next day to pick up. When I got there the next morning the bouquet was ready and prepared with a ribbon wrapped around the bouquet and placed in a heart frosted glass with a heart on it and in a carrying container. Perfect! read more

I ordered Mother's Day flowers for my mother who lives in Manchester on Thursday, May 9. The flowers were to be delivered on Saturday. Not only were the flowers not delivered on Saturday. They weren't delivered on Sunday or Monday. The flowers were delivered three days late and two days after Mother's Day. There was no communication by the florist or by FTD who I ordered them through. Very disappointing and I will never use FTD or flowers by Evelyn again. I am still waiting for my sister's flowers to be delivered that we're supposed to be delivered on Monday. I am unsure if flowers by Evelyn picked up that order off of FTD or not. Time will tell in the next review will be written. read more

I placed an order online yesterday (Friday) for delivery on Monday. Because I had instructed no substitutions without my agreement, someone from the shop (who didn't bother to sign his/her name) replied immediately by email to advise me the container for the floral arrangement, as depicted on their website, wasn't available, would I accept such-and-such as a substitute? No image of the suggested substitute was included in the email. How on earth am I expected to be able to approve something when I haven't a clue what it looks like? The color of the container depicted on their website makes the flowers in the arrangement "pop". Otherwise, the arrangement is nondescript. I immediately requested an image of the suggested substitute, I still haven't received it. So this morning I sent an email to cancel the order and to issue a credit to my credit card if it had been billed already. That was an hour ago, no reply. Because they close at 11:00 AM today (a half hour from now), I called the shop a few minutes ago and reached their answering machine. They don't answer their emails, they don't answer their phone, they don't have in stock what's depicted on their website. They should have a system so that, as the inventory is depleted, it's automatically reordered and always in stock. This place operates very unprofessionally. I will never order from them again and, based upon my experience with them, I advise others to go elsewhere, too. read more

These folks always do an amazing job. They have an interesting knack of putting together both flowers and buds making the bouquet last a long time while it continually evolves in front of your eyes. Truly fantastic for a local business. read more

I specifically asked for a small bridesmaid size bouquet for my wedding but they gave me a full size bouquet. More flowers does NOT always mean a happy customer. When you ask for a small bouquet the first thing that comes to your mind when you see your bouquet should not be "wow, thats huge". They told me my bouquet would be the same size as the fake flowers they showed me, but they were definitely larger. They must not have told the florist what I wanted. I also wanted to just flip through a catalog to browse the flowers but they didn't even have that. When I was asking Evelyn questions I felt like a bother to her. read more

I ordered flowers from this place, I told them what I wanted! What I got was nothing like I ordered!! I wanted a dish garden that had flowers in they could keep, what I got I could have gotten out of my garden! But there's cost me much more. Would not order from them again! read more

Inconsistency on quality. Ordered the same Sunflower option for my mother as last year. Wow what a rip off over $70 for what was delivered. Small and lacking anything special. Delivery was a day late. Wanted flowers on a Thursday and showed up on Friday. They can not deliver on the basics. Higher cost and less product. Very sad. Looking for other options now. They also don't answer the phone. read more

I called after noon on a Thursday for a same day delivery of flowers after another flower shop said they couldn't deliver until Monday. Flowers By Evelyn promised delivery, made wonderfully helpful suggestions to get what I wanted, and even helped with the card. The flowers arrived just after 1 PM. Now that is awesome service and they were gorgeous. The recipient was so pleased. Thank you Flowers By Evelyn! read more

Flowers by Evelyn saved the day! 15 min before visitation and the funeral for the mother of a friend began, I get a phone call from an online retailer that I had placed an order with to say that they could not find a florist in Westminster able to deliver the flowers on time -- this after I had paid a significantly higher delivery charge specifically so that the bouquet I had ordered would be delivered on time for the event. After blowing my top at the online retailer, A frantic call to Evelyn ensued, and she could not have been more calm or helpful. She promised to get the item we agreed would be quick and simple to the funeral home in time for visitation, and delivered a superbly lovely and large peace lily well before the funeral service began. Whoever was doing the deliveries was able to get it there within 15 min of placing the order! Thank you, thank you, thank you! read more

Funeral arrangement was absolutely stunning! Most beautiful arrangement I have ever seen. We ordered a planter as well and it was so full and accented with flowers. Their customer service couldn't have been better. Highly recommend this florist for all your flower needs. read more

I called this florist for an arrangement for a recent viewing/funeral and what they did for me was phenomenal. I wanted a dish garden with real flowers included because I wanted something special. I said my price point was $200 and the woman said, "Oh honey, you don't have to spend that much for it to be special." She said she would work something up for me which would be "special" and I paid about $125 including taxes and delivery. At the funeral home I got to see the arrangement and I was thrilled. The dish garden was huge and it had many real fall-colored flowers included in it so it looked very much like a flower arrangement yet a family member could take the garden home. It was perfect! I was extremely pleased and proud of "my" arrangement. They could have taken my $200 and I would never have been the wiser, yet this business has the honesty and integrity to not take advantage of its customers. I highly recommend this florist! read more

Due to a series of unfortunate events, my daughter arrived at her courthouse wedding without her bouquet. Since she was having photos taken right afterward, I drove to Evelyn's, with desperation in my eyes, to see what they might be able to do for us. The first thing they offered was to lend us a silk bouquet. Unfortunately, the flower petals were the same color as the gown and would have blended in. At that point, two florists leapt into action, creating two beautiful Victorian style bouquets -- one for the bride and one for the flower girl--calling out suggestions and questions as as they worked. In the meantime, a lovely lady managed to "talk me off the ledge" and totaled up my very reasonable bill as the florists worked. Within 10 minutes of arriving, I left with two gorgeous bouquets and a vase of water to keep them fresh. As soon as I can figure out how, I will post photos of the flowers, which turned out to be more beautiful than the original bouquet. It has been six days since the wedding and the bouquets are still gorgeous and aromatic. As lovely as the flowers are, the ladies at Evelyn's are more so. This is customer service at its finest. read more
