I recently ordered a blooming dish garden for a male friend. The price was reasonable and I ordered on the internet with no issues, but when I was reviewing my order the following morning, it occurred to me that the blooming flowers pictured were pink and maybe not the best choice for a man's office. I called the florist early to find that the arrangement was already out for delivery (how nice that they were delivered promptly). No worries - the professionals there had adjusted the flowers to something more appropriate. This is just the kind of personal touch that will make them my go-to florist moving forward. read more

Super friendly, helpful staff. The flowers were just lovely - just as pictured. Everything was ready when I came to pick up the flowers. This is now my go-to-florist. Thank you Flower Fashions. read more

Flower Fashions, a locally owned florist, did a great job putting together flowers for my sister in law. Flower Fashions tried to deliver the flowers when they were not home, left a card and cheerfully delivered the flowers when they got back home. My sister in law loved the flowers and great service. read more

WOW! This place is magic! Spoke to Michelle S on the phone when I called first just to make sure this was a real brick and mortar place -- not a sneaky front for a web only warehouse - and I sure got the personal touch. Flower Fashions is the real deal! Michelle S was kind, funny, helpful, and took my order in a snap! (the S must be for Super!) I saw the Verdant Song centerpiece online and wanted it for my dear Library Media Assistant and it was delivered with care in time for Thanksgiving! And it's gorgeous! Look at the picture! Thank you so much for the care, wonderful customer service - and beautiful arrangement. Working with a home town local florist rather than one of those 1800 companies means you have the personal touch, super fresh LOCAL flowers, and a company that is dedicated to serve the community. read more

Flower Fashions - Just gorgeous Thanksgiving Centerpiece for my beloved Library Media Assistant! - Florists Near Me - Frederick, Maryland

I called Flower Fashion because I saw a flower arrangement on their Facebook page and asked if they could replicate that photo. Due to seasonal flowers she did not have some of them but she said she would do her best to make it look as close as possible. I was so impressed with her arrangement and so was my mother which was sent to her for her birthday. They were extremely friendly, helpful and professional who take a lot of pride in their work and it shows. I would definitely use them again. read more

We ordered flowers online and it was seamless. They were delivered next day as requested. We received a call from the recipient and they raved about the beautiful, unique arrangement. That is the best reference that Flower Fashions provided great value for the price. We upgraded the bouquet and are happy we did so. read more

I worked with Michelle to design the centerpiece of my dreams for my wedding dinner table at the Ritz. I couldn't find a picture of what I wanted so we had to piece together what I was envisioning. Words can't express how HAPPY I was with the arrangement. These pictures don't do it justice. It turned out to be the most beautiful arrangement I have ever seen. Everyone was complimenting them. I plan on ordering the same arrangement in the future, it just brought everyone so much joy! So grateful for their amazing work and outstanding customer service. Michelle worked with me almost everyday for 2 weeks to make sure they had it perfect, and it was BEYOND PERFECT. Can't wait to order with them again! read more

Since my last review I have used Flower Fashions to send floral arrangements to a couple of funerals and birthdays (the story of life in two scenes) and I must say the arrangements arrived on time and were perfect. Flower Fashions does deliver and they are very helpful when trying to make a selection no matter the occasion. read more

Found these guys online based on the reviews, live out of state and wanted to find a local florist for a birthday gift. Turns out these are the same florists my sister normally uses and loved them, what a double win! Super flexible and helpful staff in creating a perfect gift, prices very reasonable, and their customer service top notch. Highly recommend, especially if you're not local but want to support local business! Will definitely use again read more

Michelle and team were amazing and helped me with beautiful arrangements for my grandmother's funeral. I highly recommend!

I am actually using my wife's profile to write this because I don't have one. I got my wife an arrangement for her birthday this week and Flower Fashions exceeded my expectations. My wife was elated over how beautiful the arrangement was, and let me say, it was robust, blooming, and very well put together. My wife loves flowers, and Flower Fashions makes it easy to provide her with well-deserved masterpieces. You all do wonderful work, and I am a committed and grateful customer, you deserve my business, and I don't have any issue with recommending your establishment to anyone. Thank you again for making my wife's birthday memorable. I can't wait to see what you come up with for Valentine's Day. OUTSTANDING!!! Brandon Bray read more

After an online flower delivery service cancelled my order at the last minute, I was scrambling, trying to find another way to get a bouquet to my bestie for her birthday. Then I remembered Flower Fashions, and how great their customer service was when I lived in Frederick. Spoke with Michelle, gave her a general idea of what I wanted, and she created a beautiful arrangement. It was WAY easier than ordering online, and delivered within just 2 hours! I'll never order flowers for friends in Frederick from anywhere else. read more

I love shopping with local florists rather than taking the fast route and going through one of those 1800 companies (no shade...just preference). That "mom and pop" family feel make the experience a lot more desirable. I wanted to send a gorgeous bouquet to a special lady in the Walkersville area so I went to my handy dandy Google to see what my options were. At the top of the list was Flower Fashions so I gave them a ring. I was connected with Will who was such a pleasure to talk to. I wanted to find out if they did same day delivery, but due to COVID-19 and resource constraints, the earliest that they could fulfill was next day. Luckily my order was not in a rush so I told him I would call back before they closed. I lost track of time due to a crazy work day so I called back the following morning. Once again Will picked up and we chatted a bit and I was able to place my order. He asked me my budget; I said I wanted to splurge a bit - I want fancy quality flowers, a big arrangement BUT here is what my wallet looks like. He said he could deliver based on my requirements, took my info and the order was processed. I just got the confirmation of delivery email and my dear friend just sent me the nicest thank you message and an image of the arrangement. Thanks for a job well done Will! You have a return customer in me!!!!! read more

I wanted something special - not the usual boring flowers crammed into a sphere that has become norm in the trade. Michelle listened to my request immediately grasping what I was after, and proceeded to create an arrangement for my modest budget that was spectacular. This portion of my review is for the actual arrangement. The arrangements were delivered as promised on the morning of the service. I had the opportunity to see the arrangements beforehand. The flowers were fresh, colorful and in full bloom. My only disappointment was the sprays looked a little smaller then the pictures I saw on their website. Overall, I was happy with my experience with Flower Fashions and would recommend them. read more

I can't really review the product, per se, as I made my order from San Francisco over the phone. What I can review is the high-touch TLC service Flower Fashions delivered. Sue and Michelle took the time to listen to my hopes for a nice sympathy bouquet. They checked with their supplier to find out whether the specific flowers I requested were available, and then called me back to let me know they could fulfill the order and within the budget I requested. Their delivery fee is super reasonable as well. Sympathy flowers hold a certain amount of tension for me - these ladies completely put my mind at ease.. read more

Awful customer service. Certainly wouldn't recommend to anyone. Was trying to set up a surprise delivery of roses to my girlfriend and the employee that assisted me over the phone was unhelpful and unwilling to help me make a last minute gesture to my girlfriend. I'm out of town and have been for some time, and I just wanted to get her something special to remember I'm thinking of her, and it's an honest shame this business did not want to help me. read more

Once again!!! I switched to ordering flowers for my wife from FTD to this local company. FTD is great for things I need to do that are not local, however I wanted to find a source for a more customized experience. This company really fits the bill. 3 times now since Oct I have used them for special occasions and they get 5 stars+ each time. I have called and ordered something specific and asked for advice and they nailed it. I have also just ordered online to see if I get the same treatment and on Valentines Day they nailed it again. Beautiful Roses on V-Day that are still fabulous a week later. I cannot recommend this family owned business any higher. When it's important that is perfect, call these guys. They make it happen every time. Dave B. Frederick, MD read more

I live in upper New York State. My son's brewery was opening this week and I wanted to send an arrangement in a beer mug. When I called the woman I spoke with told me she would get a beer mug for me. I ordered an arrangement from Flower Fashions online last night. I live in Maine and chose this florist because of the positive Yelp reviews. I was not disappointed! This morning I got a call from Em telling me that the delivery address I had provided was incorrect. She was so gracious and helpful and assured me that the arrangement was ready to be delivered as soon as they got the correct address. I found the right address and the flowers were there before noon! My niece tells me that the flowers are beautiful! This is a store that offers great customer service and I am very happy that I chose Flower Fashions! read more

It is always hard when you are out of state to find a florist that is reliable , friendly, and does what you ask. ((This is a privately-owned florist, something I always look for since I have had trouble with the national ones that advertise things like 'local florist delivery'.... but in spite of the tricky wording, they are not a local florist.)) (My first experience using the national one with three letters in the name, A _ _'_, they delivered something to a funeral that wasn't what I saw on line. My family all complimented the flowers, but I was not happy since they were not what was shown on line...similar but not same. I was unable to ever reach anyone to get help with the flowers). I called Flower Fashions and spoke with Michelle and explained what I was looking for to send to a medical facility. She listened and offered suggestions. A visitor to my friend said they were beautiful! I especially needed something long lasting. I ordered at the end of September and was told yesterday by a visitor to my friend's room that they were about done. That is amazing! Two weeks!! She clearly picked flowers that would last, as requested. My 99-year old friend is unable to talk on the phone right now, so having something present with her is my way to let her know she is being thought about. I called Flower Fashions again today and Michelle was able to pull up my previous order, asked if I wanted the same kind of thing again? She suggested fall colors for a change from the last bright-colored arrangement (a perfect suggestion) and placing the order was fast, friendly, and super efficient. This is a top-notch florist. The arrangement was beautiful and the staff could not possibly be nicer or more helpful! Thank you, Michelle!!!! read more

A beautiful birthday arrangement was just as ordered and even prettier than the photo. The flowers were exactly as ordered and were delivered very quickly. They are amazing almost one week after delivery and there are even roses in the arrangement that still look wonderful (not drooping or browning and they stayed nicely closed)! I recently had to arrange for flowers to be delivered to my brother's funeral in Libertytown, Maryland, 50 miles from my home. I was doing this for myself and four other siblings. After finding an arrangement that I liked from an online florist advertising nationwide delivery (one I had used before) I was told they could not deliver those flowers to Libertytown. I then searched on florists servicing Libertytown, and came across Flower Fashions Inc (in Frederick, MD). I read the reviews and it sounded like they were just what I was looking for. I needed flowers to be delivered to a church in Libertytown that I was unfamiliar with and I needed them to be delivered by 9:30 AM on a Saturday. I talked with Michelle who was very helpful and very reassuring. She knew the church and the location and assured me the flowers would be delivered correctly on time. She said she would coordinate directly with the church and the funeral home. Bottom line--the flowers were delivered on time, to the right spot, and they were beautiful. This church had several buildings and lots of doors and it took me a while when I arrived at 9:30 to find the place where I was supposed to be--when I did I found the flowers were already in place! Great reliable, friendly, service at a reasonable price. What more could you ask for from any business. read more
