I have received 2 amazing bouquets of flowers from this nice establishment. The flowers are so fresh and I like that the buds are partially open so that they last longer. I was very disappointed. I ordered a flower arrangement and it is not what I ordered. Instead of calling me and telling me they didn't have what I wanted they took it upon them selfs to give me different rose's and tell me the price was same. This is after i called them to complain. If I had know they didn't have what I wanted I could have changed the order. This was for my 30th anniversary. I will never order from this busines again. I don't spend this much money for flowers and not be satisfied. Truly terrible experience. Not even worth one star. read more

Very disappointed in the funeral arrangement I had sent over this past weekend. The arrangement said 'blooming plants' but because I gave them short notice (it was a FUNERAL - so sorry we couldn't notify you earlier) there was an assortment of plants but no BLOOMS. I called this morning and they said they had had NOTHING to put into the plant that was blooming. THEN DON'T TOUT THE ARRANGEMENT AS BLOOMING!!! My assumption is that since I ordered from Florida, they figured I wouldn't see it and they could send any old crap. Surprise! We drove up for the funeral and were mortified at the plain, run of the mill plant set for 90 bucks. Do not use this florist if you are from out of town. read more

I give this business one star only because I can't leave zero. I went into this florist shop today with my sister and dad to purchase arrangements for my family members funeral. Only to be told that deliveries were already made to the funeral home and they were not going to deliver to this particular funeral home again today. Excuse me, it's less than 20 miles and you can't take our arrangements. Then the lady proceeded to say ,"and were the only florist near that funeral home you could take them yourself."Well more reason you should accommodate your customers. I flew from Florida for this funeral and you're complaining about driving less than 20 miles. Shame on you. By the way we delivered out $180 purchase to the funeral home our self and saw the other arrangements that were delivered earlier , only to see misspelled names. I will not ever visit or even order online from Florida from you. read more

I've purchased many items from CM Bloomers. They go up and beyond my expectations. They will work with you on what supplies they have on hand to inspire and convey love to those receiving them. We needed to send Flowers to our MIL in a WV delivery area and they did NOT look like the Teleflora pictured. The ones from Bloomers were BEAUTIFUL. We realized at and in our space in time right now, cargo/delivery of product(s) and demand means the best thing to do is give the florist a price range along with tax, delivery charge and driver tip and go from there. Not all florists have [in stock] the items pictured so be aware of THEM working to supply you with what YOU'D LIKE to what THEY HAVE. if you don't like what you ordered/purchased/got/received... there are OTHER business's willing to take your order until you troll against them too. Great Flowers! I called on February 15th for Valentine's day flowers for my wife who was actually out of town on Valentine's day. The person on the phone was extremely courteous, helpful and suggestive of a nice arrangement for the occasion. The flowers were delivered to my wife at work later that day and she was very excited. I'm looking at the arrangement now (a day later) and I must say I am very satisfied with the arrangement and service I received. read more
