Paid, $105.43 for an arrangement here, one might believe that they would make a proper card, However, this card was filled with errors and misspellings and missing words. Not worth the money. The arrangement was mediocre at best and not nearly as big as what I was paying for. Would have been better if I paid for superstore flowers and paid half the cost. read more

I needed a last minute floral arrangement for a forgotten birthday surprise. It was a Saturday and delivery was done for the day. I love in a different time zone and it was a little later on the east coast. For a reasonable fee they were still able to do same day delivery for me. The owner and his staff were super sweet, and listened to what I wanted (as I'm very particular) and created a beautiful arrangement, that my aunt loved beyond any expectation I had of her receiving flowers. She joked she was going to sleep with them that night and carry them around the house with her wherever she went. I ordered flowers for my friend's birthday from 1-800 flowers. I am out of state, so I did this online. The order went through and my credit card was charged. They called me a couple of hours later saying that the florist was unable to fulfill the order but they could deliver the next day. I canceled the order and called Blue Mountain Blooms and explained what happened, They saved the day and sent a beautiful bouquet SAME day! My husband ordered me flowers. When I got the blue skies bouquet delivered by Blue Mountain Blooms it was scraggly, it was unbloomed, looked like the rose(buds)? were plucked over, the complimentary flowers looked wilted and the only flower that was bloomed was one Lily. I called flowersfromyou.com and explained what I had received. They endeavored to make it correct. They were polite and even though I offered to send pictures they said no problem ma'am we'll get you a new bouquet sent right away. The next thing I know I get a call from Blue Mountain Blooms and they said that the flowers are fine and they even used more expensive lilies. I looked at the picture that was supposed to be sent to me and what I got and they do not compare in the least! Blue Mountain Blooms said, "Oh, the roses and the other lilies will bloom you just have to wait." I told them that was unacceptable. They didn't care. They did not want to make it right. However, flowersfromyou.com made it right and sent another bouquet. Guess from?! You got it. Blue Mountain Blooms. They did not take the first bouquet they just left the second bouquet. They sent the same crap. So, I decided to make the best of a bad situation and put them together in a larger vase and watered, and used the packet, and watered, and waited, and watered and waited... Here it is a week later and the other lilies never bloomed. The picked over roses never bloomed. The two big lilies have lost all or most of their petals and it's a nasty but accurate representation of the lack of quality and lack of customer service from Blue Mountain Blooms. read more

It was a "Deal of the Day" which means they were able to do what they wanted, but they didn't skimp on flowers or quality, that's for sure! It was very cheerful and well done - plus they called to make sure I received them because I wasn't home when they were delivered! I thought that was great service! Losing my brother was hard enough. My church wanted to lift my spirits by sending a dish garden with fresh cut flowers. Not only did BMB deliver the first basket to the wrong place (so they said) but called the church pastor to report they would again delay delivery of the second attempt. The pastor informed me I was to receive them but they never showed on the day of expected delivery. When the pastor demanded a refund, not long after, did someone show up at my door. No apology, no compassion, (even knowing they were delivering sympathy flowers) just asked if I were so and so, and threw the basket into me complaining how she would get out of my development. Upon inspection the basket was broken, the plants had dead leaves and broken and lost leaves. I pulled out dead stems. The fresh flowers were not even fresh. Most of the petals had been lost and stems broken. My church was hoping to bring some cheer into my life after loosing my younger brother unexpectedly. How can you be in the business of bringing cheer and joy to someone through flowers and not care about the quality of flowers or the demeanor of who delivers them. After a rough week, I ordered some flowers for my desk at work. Ordered through From You Flowers and they contracted with Blue Mountain Blooms to make the arrangement and deliver it. It was supposed to be sent same day, but due to an issue with a new delivery driver she showed up to my office after it was already closed. I contacted Flowers From You and they weren't able to tell me anything about my delivery and didn't even apologize for the order not coming same day. I went ahead and called Blue Mountain Blooms and they apologized profusely over the phone and asked when I'd be at the office so they could make sure I got my order. When it was delivered, the arrangement was beautiful. The driver waited until I got to the reception desk so she could apologize in person, and they had sent over a goody basket with an apology note in it. Talk about making things right.
