Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The flowers didn't arrive until after I had already left the office at 4:30 PM, completely defeating the purpose of having them delivered to me at work. To make matters worse, when my husband saw what was actually delivered compared to what he ordered, he was understandably upset. He spent $83.15 expecting a beautiful arrangement to be delivered during the workday, but what arrived was a very tiny bouquet with several dead flowers that honestly looked like weeds picked from a field with only one large flower at the end of the day. It was nowhere near worth the amount paid, and the quality was absolutely unacceptable. I don't understand why any florist would think a bouquet like this would be acceptable. When my husband called to request a refund, he was told they do not issue refunds.. For a late delivery and an arrangement that fell so far short of expectations, this was incredibly frustrating. It's sad to see any business handle a situation this way rather than take responsibility and make things right for a customer. My husband's thoughtful gesture deserved so much better, and unfortunately, this experience completely took away from what should have been a special anniversary surprise. I would strongly encourage others to think twice before ordering here.

I assume it's because people think they're more of a delivery business -which they primarily are. She was happy to make one so she asked my fruit preference and into the back she went. A few minutes later she emerged with two beautiful parfaits. She bagged them up and I was on my way back to work. With the discount I spent 5.98 for two fresh delicious fruit parfaits. Not a bad afternoon snack!

I finally received an arrangement from my out of town parents for Mother's Day. I was thrilled. It was left outside our front door after 6pm & was a bit lopsided. Regardless, I eagerly opened it to find pretty pineapple, cantaloupe & honeydew flowers. We decided to refrigerate it & enjoy in the morning. The next morning we served it with pancakes we made for our grown children. I was very disappointed. The fruit was not ripe!! The cantaloupe was hard & tasteless, as was the honeydew. The pineapple was a pale yellow color & was also not ripe or flavorful. Let me just say if fruits were my business I would only send fruits that were truly delicious. If your fruit isn't ripe, let the customer know what is ripe & can be sent. The entire experience was truly disappointing. We threw out the entire arrangement. There was nothing to salvage. I will never order from this particular Edible Arrangement shop & maybe not even from any other locations. I would not want anyone to receive the crappy fruit that I did. So much for Mother's Day.
