Maria's flowers was able to make a special arrangement for my aunt's funeral with 24 hrs notice. I made sure to call and speak to them instead of ordering online. The funeral was located in Lebanon, PA. I gave her some creative freedom but asked that she stay away from "bright colors" and instead use soft, feminine colors. I ordered flowers for delivery to my daughter in law for her birthday. I ordered online and the first question was what zip code to deliver to. I completed the order and it was confirmed. Several hours later, when I checked my email for another reason, I saw that there was an email cancellation of the order with no explanation! No text or phone call that I might have noted earlier. I called the shop and the woman was quite abrupt and said they canceled it because they didn't deliver to that town, even though the first question on the ordering program was the zip code for delivery. When I asked why that was not picked up at the start of my order, she rudely told me that was a known problem with the app. When I asked if she had any suggestions on a shop that would deliver there, she just said NO! Can't recommend Maria's flowers enough! By far the best florist in the area, with BEAUTIFUL fresh arrangements, great customer service, and professional service/delivery. The below photo doesn't do the arrangement full justice (taken over FaceTime and low quality image), but was on the phone with my mom when arrangement arrived and she was beyond thrilled with it (and she is a VERY tough critic when it comes to flowers). The owner was extremely sweet and accomodating. My parents wanted a table arrangement for their 50th wedding anniversary. She said she could work within any budget we wanted and because the occasion was so special, she offered to personally deliver the arrangement to the country club on Sunday on her way to church (she doesn't normally have delivery/drivers on Sunday.) Delivery charge was only $7. She was sweet, chatty (but not too chatty) and professional, and the arrangement ended up being lovely. It included the flowers my mother told her she liked (yellow roses, white daisies) and reflected the style she wanted (long and low, classic and elegant.) The store is on the ground floor of a single-family house on Chocolate Ave (Route 422.) Parking is in the rear of the store. Highly recommended - great service and value! read more

My wife and I were visiting from Alaska and so I had contacted Maria's to see if they could help prepare a wrist corsage and have it delivered to the place we were staying, hoping to make the occasion more special (we were only going to be there a few days and did not need a bouquet) for my wife. This place was AWESOME! The owner was very personable and inviting. We ordered a boutonniere for our daughters homecoming date and she added sparkles to it....we didn't even ask for it. Honestly, I am beyond flabbergasted with this shop. I had a friend who just got out of the ICU at the Hershey Med Center and I called this shop mid afternoon on a Saturday. I really didn't want to wait until Monday since this person went through a lot and she told me she would make the arrangement and take it HERSELF on her way home. Less than TWO hours later I get a photo from the wife with a photo showing me what the arrangement looked like and it was PERFECT! Just what I asked for. It was just beautiful. I want to say a huge "Thank You" for doing this and making the day of a person she doesn't even know.
