The outside carries the best variety of concrete statuary and garden art I've seen in Lancaster. All styles, sizes, and for budgets big and small. Inside, their greenhouse and retail space was on the small size and no frills but their plants all appeared healthy and were very reasonably priced. They also carried a variety of indoor and outdoor pots, liners, accessories, gardening supplies, and the like. All of this in addition to their floral delivery service and cash and carry bouquets. There was one lone employee there who was friendly and did her best to be helpful. However she was under educated and basically knew nothing about any of the houseplants I was purchasing as far as shade or full sun, etc. Most of their plants are not labeled with even the basic name so I was making my purchase based on leaf design. She did her best to look up the varieties in her plant book but of the 6 plants I purchased only was able to find two, which provided me minimum information. There were also houseplant containers and baskets already made, and quite lovely, however when another customer wanted to purchase them was told she couldn't because she didn't know how to price. 4 stars because they definitely need to label and provide some information on their plants, educate their employees, and not to put items on the sales floor that isn't for sale.

I had to call again a week later (only one day before the flowers were supposed to be delivered) because she had ended up in the hospital and would obviously not be there to receive the flowers- he was so helpful and even willing to cancel my order and refund me completely! In the future I will certainly be using the boutonniere shoppe everytime I send flowers in the area!!
