My sister loved the gorgeous arrangement in the clear glass vase as she sent me a photo of them. I was so thrilled when I called Neffsville florist at 9:15 AM. and a lovely helpful lady answered. I always love speaking to a live person, and she couldn't have been nicer. Flowers were delivered before the close of business the same day. I would highly recommend this place. read more

We live in NY, 4 hours away and were hesitant to order the arrangement for the funeral home. We ordered online and confirmed by phone. When my husband arrived at the wake, he was very pleased with the quality of the flowers and the whole presentation. It was a great value for the money we spent. Thank you for meeting and exceeding our expectations. read more

Neffsville tried to make a delivery but nobody was at home. They tried the phone number I gave them but said they reached a business. Yes, the number is for both her business and her home. I explained the recipient had had an accident and I wasn't sure where she was, but the phone number is monitored. They thanked me for the info and said they would keep trying. And it wasn't long after that I got a thank you from the recipient with a picture of the bouquet she was sent. Perfect. Once again, Neffsville, you came through with flying colors. Thank you. read more

Very helpful, above and beyond, suggesting a pet friendly planter. Recipients were happy with their selection!

So happy with the planter we ordered. The process was simple, there was no hidden fees. The delivery and product was exactly as promised.

Ordered the flowers online about 9:30 am and they were delivered by 11:30 am and I was told they were beautiful.

We had a very small family wedding but we were treated like royalty. Flowers were all beautiful and fresh and exactly what we visualized! It's nearly a week later and I am still enjoying the vase full I was able to bring home! Thank you for your attention to every detail Neffsville Flower Shoppe! read more

I was looking for a plant to send to my nephew on opening his new business and found a beautiful selection of office appropriate plants from Neffsville Flower Shop. Ordering was very easy, delivery was provided and, most of all, the plant was beautiful and much appreciated!! I had searched on line through other flower shops in the Lancaster area and found the best selection and best price from Neffsville Flower Shop. read more

My aunt has loved every arrangement! Your thoughtfulness in choosing flowers that she can enjoy "longer" or align with a special occasion has been perfect. The sunflowers remind her of her deceased husband (my uncle) and we appreciate them being included. The "specials" make sending a bouquet affordable and can be sent more often. read more

I called to get a bridal shower bouquet delivered the following day, which was within the budget I had to work with. The person who answered the phone had worked there for 24 years, was very knowledgeable, and was so kind. As I am from out of town, I was a bit worried about what would be delivered, but it was amazing - AND - the basket the flowers were in was adorable. The bride-to-be couldn't have been happier! She said the flowers were "Stunning!" Thank you!! read more

I went into the adorable Shoppe, I explained what I needed for a holiday memorial to sit at a family tree that shares ashes of my Brother, Grandma and my Uncle. They wasted no time and had it prepped and ready the next day. My request was hard to explain and they all made me feel cared about and we're super sensitive towards my emotions. When I came to pick up the beautiful garland box of greens, with a perfect seasonal Bow, pine cones , holly and beautiful finishing touches it's even sitting in a heavy duty log, it's perfect, I got emotional ... a tissue was even handed to me. I'll be coming here every year for my holiday memorial greens. read more

Neffsville truly delivered quality flowers to girl I was dating in the Lancaster area. Being in New York City I'm dependent on Yelp reviews for those areas I'm unfamiliar with and Neffsville delivers 5 star quality flowers. The simple arrangement I ordered was fresh and the few roses included were still closed, not withered junk you get from 1800 flowers (LOL). I was a little nervous because ordering flowers online can be like meeting a blind date, you have no clue what you're truly getting until delivery and seeing the product up close. Thank You Neffsville staff for delivering quality! I will definitely use this shop again in the future. There was no false advertising here, what I saw online is exactly what I got delivered. THANK YOU!! read more

They did it again! With a short 10 minute conversation, I was able to order a beautiful flower arrangement for my parent's anniversary! It arrived exactly when they said it would and I have learned to trust Neffsville Flower Shoppe to pick a great variety of seasonal flowers and put them in a beautiful arrangement. read more

I didn't think it was possible to outdo the flowers Neffsville did for my fathers funeral. I took a pottery vase that my mother made and they did an outstanding arrangement in it for Mom's funeral. A week later and I'm still enjoying them. read more

wonderful service. very beautiful arrangements and very fresh. always quality flowers.

I placed an order recently, and after it was delivered(to the front porch), I found out they were out of town for several days. Neffsville picked up the bouquet and redelivered it several days later(a fresh one). The receiver sent me a picture of it, and it was gorgeous. The last flower place I used delivered a very subpar arrangement so I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful this one was. I so appreciate the great customer service provided as well as the beautiful flowers. I will keep Neffsville flowers as my go to flower shop! Thank you. read more

I called from California to order an arrangement for a client of mine that lives in Lancaster. After placing an order online (it was very, very easy to do) I called them to check in and make sure they had the flowers in season to make the arrangement look like a French bouquet. I was overjoyed when my client sent me a picture of the flowers! It was beautiful and so BIG! I would recommend Neffsville Flower Shoppe for all your floral needs. read more

When another flower shop called and told me supply chain issues and would not be able to fill my order I asked them for a recommendation. They gave me your number, I am so they did. Neff's were very understanding; I described the type of arrangement and color pallet needed, they offered the appropriate materials available and necessary, the rest I left to their professional and artistic license. I live in CA and wanted to sent birthday flowers to my sister-in-law in Millersville. I looked at florists online and called Neffsville (had good reviews). I spoke to a florist who was willing to take the time to find out what I wanted in a personalized bouquet. The birthday girl was thrilled with her low-vase arrangement. It is 6 days old, still beautiful and flowers still opening. (PS my sister sent a bouquet from another local florist for the same occasion and it has already faded.) I will be calling Neffsville when I need flowers in Lancaster. read more

Always great flowers, on time, carefully delivered, and cards are correctly typed up. When we order here online, we don't worry.

My daughter ordered from here days before Mother's Day and they totally messed up the order and after my daughter called them they said they couldn't possibly send it out for Mother's Day until the following Wednesday, but they took her money. I am very disappointed as I recommended this florist to her but never again. I told her I could go and pick it up and since it was 12:00 they said they were only open until 1:00 which didn't leave me any time at all plus they told her they didn't have the items she ordered so they couldn't put it together. Not a good way to do business. You'd think they would have called my daughter to talk about the mix up and stay open until at least 5 before Mother's Day. Since I left a review on their site they called my daughter and said now they would not deliver me any flowers. So she got a much needed refund...too bad too sad for this flower shop!!!Never again!!! read more

What a pleasant experience it was to order from Neffsville Flower Shoppe! I needed a last-minute arrangement for a friend and called on a Friday at noon for same-day delivery, thinking there was no chance they would be able to do it. But they did! The woman who answered the phone helped me pick out the perfect arrangement. It was so easy. Make sure to use this florist! My Mother-in-law lives in Lancaster, PA and my husband & I live in Southern CA ... when it came to ordering and sending flowers we had to rely on a referral from some local residents ... while reading up on the florist they recommended ( not great reviews !! ) I happened upon some reviews for Neffsville Flower Shoppe and liked what I read. My husband called and spoke to whoever happened to answer the phone and found them very helpful ... he explained that we were sending to his mother and we wanted something bright, cheerful and a nice size... Once the flowers were received we heard RAVE reviews of how beautiful and substantial the arrangement was... since then we have placed several orders and are always pleased at the positive response the arrangements receive .. 2 weeks ago we were in Lancaster to visit my MIL and decided to get her some flowers on our way to see her and thought it would be nice to go inside Neffsville Flower Shoppe and thank them in person !! When we got there we found a beautiful arrangement to take with us and got to meet a couple of the ladies who work in the shoppe ... we got to thank them in person for being our amazing and reliable Lancaster, PA florist who helps to brighten my mother in laws days with their gorgeous arrangements !! THANK YOU Neffsville Flower Shoppe for always coming thru for us !!! Gene and Denise Lefebvre Torrance, CA read more

Extremely easy online ordering and quick delivery, complete with a follow-up notice to let me know the delivery occurred. Highly recommend!

The phone order process took forever, even though I knew exactly what I wanted. I also had to wait for them to verify the local flavor coupon while I was still on the phone. The arrangements were disappointing. The cube arrangement was not full sided, I couldn't use it as a centerpiece on my table and the tulip arrangement died very quickly. I won't order flowers there again. read more

We're from out of state, and wanted to find a florist who could make some nice table arrangements for a wedding rehearsal dinner we had reserved for our son and future daughter in law. Everything including the custom design was arranged by phone. They were great to deal with. All done exactly as planned. They delivered them to the venue as promised and the arrangements just looked great. We didn't get to see them until we and all the guests showed up. Highly recommend. read more

My sister who lives up-state sent a plant for our business opening Feb 8. The 3 ft dracaena from Neffsville Flower Shoppe arrived with the majority of the leaf ends snipped and a half a dozen yellow or "burned" leaves. Very droopy too. It came with no instructions, but I knew not to put it in direct, bright light. I called to complain and the clerk said the owner would return my call. Never happened. (If I had purchased a plant in this shape from a big box store on sale for $12 bucks I would have been thrilled, but I'm sure my sister paid way more.) The soil was very wet so I haven't watered it. It's now Feb 19, the soil is *still* damp, and eight of the leaves are bright yellow and most of the leaves droop, so we took it out of the office. Do not buy from Neffsville Flower Shoppe! I will call my sister's florist in Wellsboro and suggest they use someone else down here like Royers. Neffsville's high-falutin extra P and E on "Shop" are not helping their quality. read more

Neffsville Flowers is the absolute best and the owner has the biggest heart on the planet !! My father passed recently and Neffsville Flowers provided the flowers for his memorial service. Not only were the flowers bright and fresh, but when they realized my dad had been a veteran, THEY WOULD NOT LET ME PAY FOR THE FLOWERS! Some people say they care about our vets, but Neffsville Flowers put their money where their mouth is. I wish I could give them 5,000 stars, instead of just 5 !! God bless you, Neffsville Flowers read more

I would give them no stars if I could. I received a flower arraignment from them today. It was lopsided, the flowers and the greens were not fresh and the colors looked awful together, very drab. I have no idea who put the arraignment together there but it was the ugliest flower arraignment I have ever seen. I feel like I should apologize to the the people who sent it to me. They certainly did not get what they paid for! Would never recommend them. read more
