I went into the adorable Shoppe, I explained what I needed for a holiday memorial to sit at a family tree that shares ashes of my Brother, Grandma and my Uncle. They wasted no time and had it prepped and ready the next day. My request was hard to explain and they all made me feel cared about and we're super sensitive towards my emotions. My daughter ordered from here days before Mother's Day and they totally messed up the order and after my daughter called them they said they couldn't possibly send it out for Mother's Day until the following Wednesday, but they took her money. I am very disappointed as I recommended this florist to her but never again. I told her I could go and pick it up and since it was 12:00 they said they were only open until 1:00 which didn't leave me any time at all plus they told her they didn't have the items she ordered so they couldn't put it together. Not a good way to do business. You'd think they would have called my daughter to talk about the mix up and stay open until at least 5 before Mother's Day. Since I left a review on their site they called my daughter and said now they would not deliver me any flowers. The phone order process took forever, even though I knew exactly what I wanted. I also had to wait for them to verify the local flavor coupon while I was still on the phone. The arrangements were disappointing. The cube arrangement was not full sided, I couldn't use it as a centerpiece on my table and the tulip arrangement died very quickly. My sister who lives up-state sent a plant for our business opening Feb 8. The 3 ft dracaena from Neffsville Flower Shoppe arrived with the majority of the leaf ends snipped and a half a dozen yellow or "burned" leaves. Very droopy too. It came with no instructions, but I knew not to put it in direct, bright light. I called to complain and the clerk said the owner would return my call. Never happened. (If I had purchased a plant in this shape from a big box store on sale for $12 bucks I would have been thrilled, but I'm sure my sister paid way more.) The soil was very wet so I haven't watered it. It's now Feb 19, the soil is *still* damp, and eight of the leaves are bright yellow and most of the leaves droop, so we took it out of the office. Do not buy from Neffsville Flower Shoppe! I will call my sister's florist in Wellsboro and suggest they use someone else down here like Royers. Neffsville's high-falutin extra P and E on "Shop" are not helping their quality. read more

I would give them no stars if I could. I received a flower arraignment from them today. It was lopsided, the flowers and the greens were not fresh and the colors looked awful together, very drab. I have no idea who put the arraignment together there but it was the ugliest flower arraignment I have ever seen. I feel like I should apologize to the the people who sent it to me.
