Petals With Style provided the flowers for my daughter's wedding this past weekend. Every piece was absolutely beautiful down to the last petal! We received so many compliments about the flowers throughout the event and the days since. The flowers adorning the arbor were stunning and exactly what I envisioned. I can't thank Stacia enough for the amazing job she and her team did! Well worth every penny spent! read more

Stacia and her team did an awesome job at our wedding. We had a number of adjustments due to COVID pushing our wedding date to a year after. We wanted the venue to be highlighted as it is such a beautiful space. Stacia did a beautiful job of curating the bouquets and boutonnieres together for our bridal party. Stacia was so kind to also allow us to reuse an arrangement that was used from the wedding the day prior. It was just by chance that it was still there and we had no issues with it. It was nice to give an arrangement a second use as it was still beautiful and didn't need to end up in the trash. I don't know if anyone else feels the same way that I do, but I do not like eucalyptus in floral arrangements. There are so many other options for foliage and movement. Stacia did just that and left them out. Win! We requested bouquets on the smaller side for myself and my bridesmaids as I don't like the heaviness. The table arrangements were done quite simply, but we found it to be so full. That's the thing with Stacia, she seems to do her utmost to make your vision more than you imagined. Everything was tastefully done and I appreciated her artistry throughout the day. I absolutely adored my bouquet. Thank you again Stacia, you made us feel so special. read more

Snobby and unfriendly. Not willing to work with our small, simple wedding. Unfriendly and unwelcoming during our consultation. Emailed me an estimate with no message (just the attached quote), and they never followed up with us. When I was there for the consultation, I purchased a very overpriced cash and carry bouquet. I'll never return to this business nor would I ever recommend them. read more

As an out-of-town customer, I looked for a florist with great reviews and found Petals With Style highly rated. Arranging a delivery for my daughter's 48th birthday was easily done. Rather than an online order I called, Stacia was very helpful and truly delivered as my daughter was "very happy" to receive such a beautiful arrangement. I have used other big name florists in Lancaster only to be disappointed with the results. I am a customer for life now with Petals With Style. Thank you so much. John L. read more

I started using Petals with Style while in the military to send, my then girlfriend, flowers while I was deployed or unable to make it home. Just received a bouquet of flowers from my daughter for Mothers Day. Beautiful arrangement. Driver had some difficulty finding our apartment, but the store left a voicemail for us to call back. We were able to speak with the driver and was able to direct him to the correct address. Most people don't answer unknown phone numbers, so the voicemail was critical in completing the delivery. Great job. read more

I ordered "Beautiful in Blue" for a dear friend who recently lost his brother. What I ordered and what was delivered weren't even close. I understand some concessions need to be made during this pandemic. It was hardly "blue" and it looked as if a 3rd grader arranged the flowers. I will try to post photos. Extremely disappointed & embarrassed. I wish the florist contacted me to say they could not deliver what was ordered or at least emailed a pic to get my approval prior to delivering. read more

If I could give this place no stars I would. Arrangements may look mediocre, but that organization of the store is atrocious, and the manager is just about the most obnoxious and condescending orange troll I have ever met. Someone sue whoever gave her that horrible spray tan- my god bless her soul she must not own a mirror. Treated employees horribly then complains about having no workers. Can make a bouquet by bossing around her underage staff, because she does not care about their experience. She is so unorganized and unprofessional I would not trust her with any of my events!!!! Tried contacting the front desk on multiple occasions about a concern, and I never received any response since. Stacia had me setting up multiple weddings on my first day with no training! Yikes to those people paying good money they deserve better. read more

I ordered flowers online as a thank you for my mom, and decided to pick a local florist instead of 1-800 flowers or what have you. She has not stopped gushing about them. I picked the "Florist choice" bouquet so I had no idea what to expect, and my mom continues to tell us how it was the best bouquet she's ever gotten. It was super easy to place the order online & I'm so happy they were so wonderful. This will be our go-to florist in the area from now on! read more

My husband and I tied the knot in May of this year at Riverdale Manor in Lancaster, PA and thanks to Petals With Style, it was the most BEAUTIFUL day! Stacia and team are amazing! Everyone was super responsive to every email and phone call I sent their way. The entire staff was super sweet, very thorough and so accommodating! I dropped fabric off the day before the wedding and they were able to wrap all our bouquets with it as a special touch. Day-of drop off was super organized! The flowers themselves were just absolutely stunning and shockingly affordable. All our family and friends still talk about how gorgeous the flowers were. I could go on and on, but in short, Petals is the BEST! Thank you for the most perfect experience! read more

Flowers for my daughters birthday. Ordered online and received confirmation email with order number. Followed up with phone call and asked for confirmation of order. I also asked if arrangement would look like pic and told they would try. Hummmmm...."red flag"! Also confirmed if there would be butterfly's in arrangement and told "YES"! One star: Online order was conformed. One star: Flowers delivered to right address for additional $10.00 local delivery fee and fee for added balloon. One star: Flowers were pretty and daughter was happy. Negative: No butterflies in arrangement. Negative: Obviously the pic and "what was delivered" are clearly not the same so I assumed I ordered flowers from a "stock photo" of which c/not be duplicated by "this" flower shop! Sorry but will not use again!!! read more

I recently attended a wedding that used petals with style and was horrified! The yellow and red flowers appeared to be already well wilted and some of the boutineers weren't even bloomed. I was embarrassed for the bridal party to have such an awful florist! Things like the archway appeared to be put together with floral arrangement done by a child. I do not recommend anyone using this business!!! read more

I live in New York City and needed to have flowers sent to my mother for her birthday. I order through Teleflora where you can select which florist the order goes to, and was happy to see great reviews and a professional website. I was shocked to see what was sent. It looks nothing like the arrangement online. Some flowers were dead/almost dead, there was little to no water in the vase which wasn't wrapped with a leaf, there were no roses, and more importantly, I said in the comments of the order if substitutions were to be made not to use carnations because she hates them. A red carnation to be put in place of a pink rose is unacceptable. I should have been contacted immediately to be informed that they could not complete the order. I will never use this florist again. read more

Petals with Style has come through for me twice now this month with incredibly beautiful floral arrangements that match exactly what I described on the phone that I wanted. They're reasonably price and very responsive with follow-up emails both confirming my order and then confirming the delivery. Most of all, they will forever be my go to florist after the amazing service they provided my sister recently.. Due to a busy birthday, she missed the fact that the delivery was on her front step and didn't find it till the next day. They promptly replaced it (wasn't even their fault) with a brand new fresh arrangement! Amazing! read more

Stacia is a genius! Our wedding was held in Lancaster, PA, however my husband and I lived in Woodbridge, VA during our planning process so meeting in person was not an option, especially during the week. I have no idea how she did it, but simply through emailing back and forth, Stacia was able to create the most gorgeous bouquets, boutonnieres, centerpieces and arrangements to enhance an already beautiful space for our wedding day. She was always responsive and willing to make adjustments throughout the entire planning process. She even accommodated my last minute request to include mine and my husband's first day movie tickets into my bouquet! We received so many compliments on the floral arrangements that day and continue to receive them. You can not go wrong with Petals with Style! read more

I ordered flowers for one of my employees for her 50th Birthday. They arrived on time, however the flowers looked nothing like the bouquet I picked out. The very next day my employee told me the flowers were half dead - what an embarrassment. Fast forward to 3 days later and she just told me she threw them all out except for a few roses. I contacted the business and they said they would send out new ones later this week as the arranger was out of town (no apology ever given). I was trying to give the little guy business instead of the usual .com, but I think I will re-think this for the future. read more

Stacia at Petals with Style is incredible. My husband and I were a COVID couple: we had the beginning stages of a big wedding planned, which included booking Petals with Style as our florist. When COVID made us reconsider our plans, Petals with Style was there with a great suggestion: why not use our deposit towards a bouquet and boutonniere for our elopement? They were so professional, so easy to work with, and their work is STUNNING. I was totally blown away by our arrangements. Could not recommend them more. read more

I have used them twice and have not been disappointed. I won't order from anyone else. The first time I used them my wife was blown away by the arrangement, which makes me look good. Stacia and her team KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK! I had a lot of ideas/visions for the flowers at our wedding and Stacia was able to bring everything to life far beyond my wildest dreams! I wanted pastel flowers with lots of greenery and they were able to make the pastels classy and elegant (I have seen elsewhere how pastels can be obnoxious). Stacia was very flexible in adding and changing floral designs through the entire planning time period up until the week before the wedding! I would have new ideas and changes and she didn't bat an eye and even made them better than I could have imagined! I had very high expectations for all the floral pieces we were having at the wedding and every single one of them was better than I dreamed! I can honestly say that of all my vendors Petals with Style was my favorite and stunned me the most! We had nonstop comments from our guests about how beautiful all the flowers were, I even have friends wanting to hire them for their weddings! I can't express enough how pleased I was with every single detail this florist put together! Stacia was a pleasure to work with and it's no wonder why they're so busy, because their work is STUNNING! read more

I highly recommended Petals with Style - we asked them to create a centerpiece for a birthday dinner and didn't give a ton of artistic direction, just "neutrals and pops of coral" - WOW did they deliver! The centerpiece was gorgeous and over the top in the best possible way. The variety of flowers used, the art and beauty in how it was created, even the vessel it came in - all beautiful and obvious that so much attention to detail was given! This is not your typical florist, this was a work of art and truly brought happiness and joy to the birthday dinner! A great value for what we received. I came to Stacia with a few examples of the type of flowers I wanted for my wedding but with no real knowledge of floral design. I've stopped into this place the last few times after going to Luxe. Well today will be the last time. I walked in there wanting to get some kind of nice fall type arrangement for my house and nobody was in the front. I walked around for awhile and finally spotted a woman in the back hallway. She completely ignored me, not so much as a hello. I continued walking around the front of the store for a few more minutes and still no one came out. You might want to consider being more attentive to passersby. I was ready to spend some money but this place couldn't have cared less. That's okay, there are plenty more flower businesses in the area that would like to have my business. read more
