Stacia and her team did an awesome job at our wedding. We had a number of adjustments due to COVID pushing our wedding date to a year after. We wanted the venue to be highlighted as it is such a beautiful space. Stacia did a beautiful job of curating the bouquets and boutonnieres together for our bridal party. Stacia was so kind to also allow us to reuse an arrangement that was used from the wedding the day prior. It was just by chance that it was still there and we had no issues with it. It was nice to give an arrangement a second use as it was still beautiful and didn't need to end up in the trash. I don't know if anyone else feels the same way that I do, but I do not like eucalyptus in floral arrangements. There are so many other options for foliage and movement. Stacia did just that and left them out. Win! We requested bouquets on the smaller side for myself and my bridesmaids as I don't like the heaviness. The table arrangements were done quite simply, but we found it to be so full. That's the thing with Stacia, she seems to do her utmost to make your vision more than you imagined. Just received a bouquet of flowers from my daughter for Mothers Day. Beautiful arrangement. Driver had some difficulty finding our apartment, but the store left a voicemail for us to call back. We were able to speak with the driver and was able to direct him to the correct address. Most people don't answer unknown phone numbers, so the voicemail was critical in completing the delivery. Arrangements may look mediocre, but that organization of the store is atrocious, and the manager is just about the most obnoxious and condescending orange troll I have ever met. Can make a bouquet by bossing around her underage staff, because she does not care about their experience. She is so unorganized and unprofessional I would not trust her with any of my events!!!! I recently attended a wedding that used petals with style and was horrified! The yellow and red flowers appeared to be already well wilted and some of the boutineers weren't even bloomed. I was embarrassed for the bridal party to have such an awful florist! Things like the archway appeared to be put together with floral arrangement done by a child. I live in New York City and needed to have flowers sent to my mother for her birthday. I order through Teleflora where you can select which florist the order goes to, and was happy to see great reviews and a professional website. I was shocked to see what was sent. It looks nothing like the arrangement online. Some flowers were dead/almost dead, there was little to no water in the vase which wasn't wrapped with a leaf, there were no roses, and more importantly, I said in the comments of the order if substitutions were to be made not to use carnations because she hates them. A red carnation to be put in place of a pink rose is unacceptable. I should have been contacted immediately to be informed that they could not complete the order. The very next day my employee told me the flowers were half dead - what an embarrassment. Fast forward to 3 days later and she just told me she threw them all out except for a few roses. I've stopped into this place the last few times after going to Luxe. Well today will be the last time. I walked in there wanting to get some kind of nice fall type arrangement for my house and nobody was in the front. I walked around for awhile and finally spotted a woman in the back hallway. She completely ignored me, not so much as a hello. I continued walking around the front of the store for a few more minutes and still no one came out. You might want to consider being more attentive to passersby. I was ready to spend some money but this place couldn't have cared less.
