I placed an order online for one of their bouquets and mentioned that it was for a new baby. They reached out to ask if they could add a special touch by using a cute lamb container instead of the usual clear vase -- how considerate! It sounded so cute so I requested a photo if they weren't too busy, and they followed up so efficiently with photos of the beautiful arrangement they created!!! The pictures say everything. The arrangement was so perfect and their customer service certainly exceeded my expectations. I hope we are able to work with them again soon! Thank you so much to your team!

Ok, so I think the flowers are beautiful, and they were delivered timely, and I was very happy to…read moreuse a local florist and not a big company, but I was a little disappointed. I used their website which I found easy and user-friendly. I even got a delivery confirmation email, which was great. However, I chose a dozen pink roses and added a pink ribbon for an extra charge to send my mother-in-law who just broke her hip and then had to put her 16 year old kitty down after a long bout with illness. I wanted to send something to cheer her up. When she thanked me and sent me a picture it was a beautiful arrangement of red roses with a pink ribbon. I'm happy the flowers made her happy, but I wish they had contacted me by phone or by email so that I could have chosen a different color, because then I would've chosen white or yellow with a matching ribbon. Even with the red arrangement I would've preferred a matching red ribbon. Red is a little too romantic for my MIL in my opinion. Overall, I thought they looked good in the picture and they made her happy, so I will likely order from here in the future, but I will call or specify alternate preferences in the comments on my online order next time.

As a houseplant enthusiast, I asked the owner some burning questions while she explained the plant I chose to take home. My question: When you see yellowing leaves on houseplants, it's typically due to overwatering. I use a moisture meter to help me gauge whether my plants need watering. She suggested putting the meter to the very bottom of the pot for accuracy. As a plant enthusiast, I found it hard to walk out of the House of Flowers without making a purchase. The shop offered a very large selection of houseplants, I did purchase a Ficus Audrey in the fig tree family, I already own a ficus fiddle leaf and Ficus Burgundy (rubber plant.
