She said the flowers are beautiful and fresh, the arrangement is very fragrant, it looks exactly as it's depicted on their website. I placed this order during the Christmas holiday season (December 15), one of the busiest times of the year for florists, and yet they were able to deliver to my sister the next day. Their selection of Christmas arrangements and flowers for all other occasions is extensive and impressive. January 01 2026 --- My sister said the arrangement still looks as fresh and as pretty now as it did the day it was delivered to her (December 16), except for the roses, which she removed and threw away, but only a few days ago. They lasted for two weeks, which is an unusually long life span for roses. I had mylar balloons delivered to this sister's husband yesterday from The Flower Boutique and again the arrangement was perfection, even better than I had envisioned. They don't feature balloons on their website (why?) but I called them anyway and I'm glad that I did because they offer a wonderful selection of mylar balloons. These people are very accommodating. I had requested that they call in advance both times to schedule the delivery dates with the recipients and to email me photos of the arrangements. Both requests were honored.

They reached out to ask if they could add a special touch by using a cute lamb container instead of the usual clear vase -- how considerate! It sounded so cute so I requested a photo if they weren't too busy, and they followed up so efficiently with photos of the beautiful arrangement they created!!! The pictures say everything. I attached pictures of both (white background is what was supposed to be sent). My wife spoke with the owner who hung up on her after asking why my wife did not call that day. We are busy and my wife called as soon as she had time to. That was not the issue and we were not even calling to get the money back or replaced, it was to let them know that what was advertised is not what was being sent to people. But the owner hung up on my wife before anything could be resolved. The owner then texted my personal number saying my wife is "...difficult to talk to". Very disrespectful and unprofessional.

However, I chose a dozen pink roses and added a pink ribbon for an extra charge to send my mother-in-law who just broke her hip and then had to put her 16 year old kitty down after a long bout with illness. I wanted to send something to cheer her up. When she thanked me and sent me a picture it was a beautiful arrangement of red roses with a pink ribbon. I'm happy the flowers made her happy, but I wish they had contacted me by phone or by email so that I could have chosen a different color, because then I would've chosen white or yellow with a matching ribbon. Even with the red arrangement I would've preferred a matching red ribbon. Red is a little too romantic for my MIL in my opinion. Overall, I thought they looked good in the picture and they made her happy, so I will likely order from here in the future, but I will call or specify alternate preferences in the comments on my online order next time.
