These folks are a great group of people. Last week, I ordered a Ping 9 Wood and had it shipped to my traveling address. It was accidentally sent to my billing address. After contacting Fiddlers Green Golf Course, they immediately took step to make the situation right. They sent me another 9 wood to my travel address and made arrangements to have the other club returned to them. I play Fiddler's Green every time I'm in Eugene. Its a really nice Par 3 course. The longest hole is maybe 200 yards. The back 9 has ripe blackberries to eat in late summer. We went out on Friday evening for their "all you can play" evening special. Not crowded on a beautiful summer evening. Big golf equipment store. Nice driving range. Modest eats. Lovely short course to practice your approach shots. read more

This place is awesome. I drove 2 hours from downtown Vancouver, WA because they offer free fittings for new equipment. There's a great selection of shafts to try and they use a launch monitor to make sure you get the optimum equipment for your swing. This range almost always plays into a 2+ club wind, so you can't really trust the yardage. If you need new clubs, get fit here. read more

I cant say enough good things about this business. They do business the way it is supposed to be done. Im 33 and live in NY. Covid has hit here hard and one of the only places open for some sanity to get out of quarantine are the golf courses. Unfortunately all the golf shops are basically closed and you are left to only online shopping with no customer support which is what you need for golf equipment. I found fiddlers green while looking for a cigar holder to clip to my golf bag. I corresponded multiple times via email to work out shipping because different parts of the order were shipping at different times. Absolutely top class experience. Not only that, but i told them i was desperately looking for a push cart. They reached back out a month later when they had one for me. In a time where so much quality customer service has disappeared, this business stands out. They will be my go to for anything i need for the future, happy to pay the shipping for the service! I bought the new Nike irons there a week after they came out for over $150 less than the msrp. The irons had a paint problem about 6 months after the purchase and I took them in to see if they were covered under the warranty. They called Nike the next day, and somehow, they were able to get the whole set swapped out for free. The golf course at Fiddler's Green is nothing special, though their driving range is a nice place to practice. What really draws in their customers is the enormous one-stop-shop attached to the course. Golf clothing, shoes, accessories, clubs, etc. Easily the best selection in Eugene for golf clothing, as well as a good place to find athletic clothing in general. Style-wise do keep in mind that this is geared towards an older crowd. read more

I enjoy par 3 golf because while I enjoy walking the course the long courses wear me out. I like Fiddler's Green's par 3 golf, 18 holes. In summer you can eat the blackberries along the back 9. A couple of streams wander though the fairways making you more careful. There is also a nice practice range, cafe, and huge golf shop. I stop in and play a round whenever I'm in Eugene. read more

I simply can not say enough good things about this place. I have been shopping here for 30+ years and today had yet another fantastic experience with different employees than I've worked with before. Hunter was very knowledgeable and helpful in my quest to find a new driver. He was not pushy, didn't rush me but didn't leave me outside with no direction either. He monitored my swing, made suggestions on slight differences in the clubs and helped me to work through what can be an overwhelming process. I then went inside and found some other items and once at the cashier counter I was helped by Taylor and I believe Jessica. I had some gift certificates ranging back a while and they were able to verify all of them, transfer my balance to a store credit and were pleasant and personable throughout the process. Fiddler's Green is a golfer's heaven. It really does not get as good as Fiddler's Green Golf Center. Fiddler's Green is the place you will want to go to get any of the latest and greatest golf gear from clothing, to clubs, to shoes, anything really, you name it they have it. I have been playing golf for eight years and I am a 1-handicap and have played across the country, so I feel like I have some knowledge as well as experience about quality of clubs and service. In this review I will state the experiences I have had while going there and rate Fiddler's on how the service was, the selection, the range. I am from Corvallis, Oregon and when I was a freshman in high school I joined the golf team. I was new to the game so I needed some gear and I knew the pro-shops had high prices and I didn't trust ordering online. I had a really good buddy who was on the team who was a couple years older than me and knew the surrounding area a little better. He told me about this wonderful place in Eugene called Fiddler's or "Fids" as he called it and how I've known to call it. He told me it was only 45 minutes away and it has everything you need to get you started for solid prices, and he was right, a lot of things are on sale there. I went that very weekend after he told me about Fids. The drive was quick and the location is easy to find and get to. It is just off of HWY, 99N. It was perfectly lit and so organized, and so BIG! You could find anything you need in minutes. Bags are in one section, clubs in the other, clothes in one, men on one side, women on the other, and so on. As I browsed the Golf Center I was helped by nearly everyone that worked there, and they did it with a smile and with a genuine want to help you get what you need. I can remember the sweetest old lady who works there, and I am 21 now so she has been there for the seven years I have been going there. She has an interest in her customers. Every time I go in there she asks me how school is going, and it just makes you feel valued. She always asks what I am looking for along with the rest of the staff which really speeds the process up. The only reason your there longer than 20 minutes is because you want to be. I could spend hours in there, just looking and trying all the clubs and putters out. The staff is pretty young and typically good golfers themselves as I have played with a few of them, so when they help you out, you feel like you are making the right decision. The staff wears green shirts so it is easy to pick them out if you have any questions. The service gets 5 out of 5. The selection they have is impeccable. Any time a new club comes out or a new shoe, new anything, chances are Fids has it and at a competitive price. I personally remember seeing a grip I liked in Golf Digest and it said you HAD to order them online. Well, I took my chances at Fids the next week, not even going for that reason, and they had them! I was so shocked and so happy, so I bought one for each one of my clubs. They really appeal to the customer with how wide their selection is. For clubs they have, just to name a few, Nike, Taylormade, Titleist, Ping, and so on. For Putters they have Scotty Cameron, Ping, Odyssey, Nike, not to mention tall putters and short putters. And when you're looking at all this selection, don't be afraid to take them out to the range. That's right, any club in that store is available for you to try out. They have an outside range and an inside putting green. So have it. Selection at Fids is 5 out of 5. The range is no Bandon Dunes range, or maybe not even your local country clubs, but it gets the job done. The range stretches about 300 yards, and has probably about 10 different targets which is actually very nice. Good way to test if you're hitting a club accurately with distance. They have plenty of spots for people to set up, probably about 30 or so, and the mats are in pretty good shape. The balls could use some help, but then again you can hit as many balls as you want with any club for FREE. Go ahead and work on your swing for an hour for all they care. Fids constantly has their staff monitoring the outside area checking on how you like the clubs and will take them back and bring out new one's for you, they may even offer a swing tip or two. They will ask if you need more balls, you do not even need to lift a finger. Range is a 5 out of 5 for spot selection, the amount of balls, and the staff's dedication to the customer. Aesthetics of the range get a 4 out 5. Fids is a great place, and if you have not been then I suggest you do. It is filled with everything you need from clubs to bags and clothes, and head-covers. Fids does everything to perfection whether it be their staff or the selection they provide to their customers. Overall, Fids gets a 5 out of 5. read more

Fiddler's Green Golf Shop is amazing. Not only do they have an amazing selection at serious rock-bottom prices, but the staff is attentive and knowledgeable without being pushy. They really know their equipment. Shipping is fantastic also. I ordered a full set of irons online with 3 day select shipping and the clubs were in my house in under 24 hours!
