Dr. Chan recommended we wait until her adult teeth grow in and at the time to monitor her jaw for every 6 months. So far, after 2-3 appts we've been satisfied. I did not feel that Dr. Chan was trying to tooth and nail me for money. I think we are in the right spot for monitoring for future braces.

We had already completed major dental treatment (including oral surgery) in Florida and only needed braces. However, we were still charged for a full two-year treatment plan costing over $5,000. When I asked if I could pay using an HSA account, I was told that payments could only be deducted directly from my bank each month. After two and half years of treatment, the office claimed that additional treatment was needed and continued to withdraw monthly payments, even though our agreement should have ended half a year ago. When I questioned this, I was told that my dental insurance hadn't covered the full amount and that I had to pay the remainder. This was never communicated to me in advance. When I asked for proof that they had informed me, they could not provide any evidence. Once I raised these concerns, they abruptly canceled all future treatments--regardless of medical necessity. My impression is that while there is only one doctor, Dr. Richard Chan, most of the work is performed by multiple new and less experienced assistants. The overall service quality feels so so, and I found the staff to be unhelpful and unprofessional. In my experience, this clinic does not prioritize patient care or transparency. I recommend proceeding with caution if you want to go.

In just two short weeks of searching for the perfect orthodontic office, I've come to realize just…read morehow lucrative the braces business can be. I'd even go so far as to say I wish I'd chosen dental care as a career path. Before I found Pellegrini Orthodontics, I encountered two other businesses that felt less like professional dental practices and more like back-alley setups - no receptionist, no dental assistant, but they had no qualms about charging $3400 for care. My very first encounter involved a practice that asked for payments via Zelle and Cash App, telling me a 3% charge would apply if I used my debit card. Incredibly, they had a treatment estimate ready for me before they'd even seen my teeth because, according to them, "everything was the same cost." However, once in the office, the orthodontist declared that the down payment was $1200 because he recommends light force braces and he had to send something to a factory. I endured such nightmares more than once during my search for a good orthodontic office. I decided that if my experience with Dr. Pellegrini's office wasn't radically different, I would just give up. I asked for a sign I was in the right place - and was immediately impressed. The moment I stepped into the office, I was treated with kindness and care. They even offered assistance with my young son. From Ruta, the empathetic front desk scheduling clerk who adjusted the air conditioning without being asked, to Amanda, who handed me a laptop to complete paperwork with a genuine smile and even greeted my child. My scheduled appointment time arrived, and Kayla came to take me to the back. I told them my husband and I had appeared on TV during a baseball game on Tuesday, and they eagerly insisted on watching the quick snippet with me. The office atmosphere was warm and inviting - it felt like I was hanging out with family. Once inside the treatment room, Kayla assured me that she would address any of my concerns and took the time to understand what I wanted to fix. Tehanna entered the room and started taking pictures of my teeth. As any mother will tell you, keeping a two-year-old distracted can be a Herculean task, but Kayla was a natural, playing with my son and keeping him entertained while I had my pictures and X-rays taken. When I returned to the treatment room, Kayla discussed what she had observed from the images, listened to my concerns, and gave me a range of treatment options. Dr. Pellegrini then came in, examined all the pictures and X-rays with me, and carried out a physical exam. It was clear that they take their time to create a personalized treatment plan. It didn't feel rushed or impersonal. I was given ample time with the doctor and treatment coordinator to work out a plan for my teeth. Listing all the positives of my experience at Pellegrini Orthodontics would have me here all day. But I will tell you this - Dr. Pellegrini is hands-down the best choice for any orthodontic care. His team takes the time to get to know you, they are kind and considerate, and their passion for their work is palpable. My experience with this office was not just comforting, but also affirming - I was willing to pay any price to work with them. Despite their reasonable pricing, they could have asked for more, and I would have found a way to make it work. In conclusion, I am beyond impressed with the services I received. Had Pellegrini Orthodontics been the first office I visited, I would have remained blissfully ignorant of the darker side of the orthodontic industry. A heartfelt thanks to Dr. Pellegrini and the care team - I cannot wait to start my treatment at your office!

Pellegrini was able to come up with a plan using Invisalign, which I wasn't expecting for how crooked my teeth were. The attention to detail, clarity of instructions, friendliness of all staff, and ultimate care for me was more than I could ask for. Dr. Pellegrini does not settle for anything less than perfect, but it was also a partnership to achieve the final result. It took some time and a few adjustments but my teeth look great, feel great, the bite is wonderful, and I can't imagine what it was like before. Come here with confidence, they're amazing!

I started Invisalign about a year ago. My dad did Invisalign here so he recommended me. I do really like their work, it's definitely quality. I can't say if it's expensive because I don't know what other practices charge, but it felt reasonable to me. They also have good recs if you choose to further your smile with veneers or composite etc. Would definitely recommend!

He has been using the same retainer for over a year and a half, and it is now cracked despite proper care. When I called about replacing it, I was told we had already received one (we hadn't) and that we would need to pay $300. Only after I went in person and asked to speak with the technician did they confirm the truth -- the order never went through last year due to a misunderstanding. Even then, instead of apologizing, the front desk told me they would give us a replacement "for free this time," even though it was clearly their mistake. We've also had previous visits where they forgot to give us last couple of Invisaligns and insisted they had. I'm sharing this so other parents know to double-check everything during their visits. The quality of care is fine, but the office communication and follow-through need major improvement.

Braces are not very pleasant, but this office does a great job making it as painless and fun as possible. Can't say enough about how friendly everyone is. We picked this office after a recommendation from a dental hygienist who was getting treated there herself. We went to 4 other ortho places for quotes. Everyone had a slightly different approach, but Dr. Wagner seemed the most experienced - no nonsense - not out to rob you - really knowledgeable, and what he said made sense! We are SO happy here! The office - they don't have ipads to sign in on and you don't feel like you're stepping into a resort. It's nice to know your money is going toward the treatment and not office fluff.

Our dentist had been telling us to do it for over a year. Making an appointment over the phone was simple. On appointment day, there was a PC for us to check into, with instructions for my son to brush his teeth with supplies provided. He was quickly called back for x-rays and we then met with the Dr for a consultation. He clearly explained why and when teeth need help. He talked me through various 'areas' in my son's x-rays to keep an eye on. He spent quite a bit of time making sure all our questions were answered. I expected him to tell us to get braces or a retainer. My younger son had a teeth grinding problem, and for him I expected to have to by a fancy night guard. Again, Dr. Wagner explained when teeth grinding is a 'real' problem, and at the rate my son's teeth were still falling out and moving around, fitting him for an expensive night guard wasn't the best solution. He gave me some other affordable and reasonable options. Anyway, it was refreshing to have a nice educational conversation about my kids teeth, a plan to keep an eye on them, and not automatically jumping to the expensive solutions. We have been back a couple more times, and the xrays are reviewed to make sure there is nothing we should be doing to make sure they all come out all right.
