Before I found Pellegrini Orthodontics, I encountered two other businesses that felt less like professional dental practices and more like back-alley setups - no receptionist, no dental assistant, but they had no qualms about charging $3400 for care. My very first encounter involved a practice that asked for payments via Zelle and Cash App, telling me a 3% charge would apply if I used my debit card. Incredibly, they had a treatment estimate ready for me before they'd even seen my teeth because, according to them, "everything was the same cost." However, once in the office, the orthodontist declared that the down payment was $1200 because he recommends light force braces and he had to send something to a factory. My scheduled appointment time arrived, and Kayla came to take me to the back. I told them my husband and I had appeared on TV during a baseball game on Tuesday, and they eagerly insisted on watching the quick snippet with me. The office atmosphere was warm and inviting - it felt like I was hanging out with family. Once inside the treatment room, Kayla assured me that she would address any of my concerns and took the time to understand what I wanted to fix. Tehanna entered the room and started taking pictures of my teeth. As any mother will tell you, keeping a two-year-old distracted can be a Herculean task, but Kayla was a natural, playing with my son and keeping him entertained while I had my pictures and X-rays taken. When I returned to the treatment room, Kayla discussed what she had observed from the images, listened to my concerns, and gave me a range of treatment options. It didn't feel rushed or impersonal. I was given ample time with the doctor and treatment coordinator to work out a plan for my teeth. Listing all the positives of my experience at Pellegrini Orthodontics would have me here all day. But I will tell you this - Dr. Pellegrini is hands-down the best choice for any orthodontic care. His team takes the time to get to know you, they are kind and considerate, and their passion for their work is palpable. My experience with this office was not just comforting, but also affirming - I was willing to pay any price to work with them. Despite their reasonable pricing, they could have asked for more, and I would have found a way to make it work. In conclusion, I am beyond impressed with the services I received. Had Pellegrini Orthodontics been the first office I visited, I would have remained blissfully ignorant of the darker side of the orthodontic industry. I had the best experience with Pellegrini Orthodontics. My teeth was in bad shape, lots of crowding and overlapping areas. Pellegrini was able to come up with a plan using Invisalign, which I wasn't expecting for how crooked my teeth were. The attention to detail, clarity of instructions, friendliness of all staff, and ultimate care for me was more than I could ask for. Dr. Pellegrini does not settle for anything less than perfect, but it was also a partnership to achieve the final result. Absolutely love Dr. Pellegrini's establishment! He has been my orthodontist for the last six years. He was there for the initial consult, and I was always shown a visual of what exactly was going to happen to my teeth. The office is warm and inviting, with a video game waiting area, bottled water, and usually some kind of raffle or swag. He also has a "greenie" reward system, where individuals can collect fake money for taking care of their teeth and redeem it later for different prizes. I did a couple brackets with a rubber band and finished my first round of Invisalign in about three years. Went to college and got off my routine for a while, but Dr. Pellegrini was right there to help me fix it, and offered me a no-interest payment plan. He always walked me through my options and asked for my opinions on them, making sure I was comfortable with what was happening. I have a missing tooth due to not having an adult tooth to come in after the baby tooth fell out, which led to my teeth moving and becoming uncentered. Not only did we fix the centering, but Dr. Pellegrini cosmetically adjusted my canine to make my smile the very best it could be. I really appreciate the time and expertise Dr. Pellegrini and his staff spent with my six year old son and me during an initial consult. They took an X-ray and some photos, and went over everything systematically in a way I could understand. My son was at ease because they were clearly well versed at dealing with nervous kids. I was provided with options and information, and I got to take a copy of the photos and X-ray home. What I found exceptional is that Dr. Pellegrini didn't try and "sell" us anything. Instead of saying we need this and we need that, he said that nothing we had needed an urgent fix, and that we should wait and watch, which was my own preference too. That shows a lot of integrity in my opinion, and as soon as my kids are at the age to get started, we will absolutely return to this office because every single person we encountered was professional, kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I don't usually get on these forums and post reviews but this place...they do what they say. Pellegrini Orthodontics gave me a quote and have completely stuck to it even though my teeth seem to be stubborn, and it's taken almost 3 years. I have also had unexpected issues and had to get a tooth pulled but he just kept on track even though it took an extra scan and more time. The staff seem so happy all the time. Very polite and pleasant. He has a great group of people and takes good care of them. I have heard he goes a little over the top occasionally. Just don't see that anymore. Hooray for braces! I called Dr. Pellegrini's office after visiting a very pricey and less personable orthodontist in Queen Anne. I knew from the very first phone call this would be the place for me (and my teeth!). Sharon was kind and understanding. She asked questions for clarity and was patient enough to listen to all of my concerns. She gave reassuring information about the clinic as well as Dr. Pellegirini's history as an orthodontist. She was able to get me in two days after our phone consultation. My in-office consultation was free and included: 360 x-ray, profile photos, close-up photos of my teeth, one on one with Dr. Pellegrini, and cost information from Sharon. Everyone from the receptionist to the tech who took my X-rays and photos, were great to work with. After getting all of the "hard" stuff out of the way, I sat down with the orthodontist, where he went over a very detailed and easy to follow plan of treatment for my braces. He very clear that I should have a very high standard of treatment if I decided to use his practice or go elsewhere! After going over pricing with Sharon, I told them I would reach out to my insurance and go over the details with my husband. I scheduled an appointment for the very next Monday. Getting my teeth molds was easy and my appointment to put wires and brackets was scheduled for two weeks later. The process for getting the actual braces was painless and, because of the technology they use of pre-placing the wires and brackets on the molds, getting them on took about 15-20 minutes. The rest of the hour long appointment was spent with me cleaning and refreshing my mouth and Dr. Pellegrini and his assistant giving me information on caring for my braces and any emergencies I might have. I scheduled my routine adjustment for a month out and was on my way. I am impressed with the level of professional care and expertise this office provides, as well as the clean, modern environment, and family vibes I get from the entire staff! It's been a year since I got my braces off and my teeth are still beautiful ! Dr pellegrini was the only orthodontist I consulted with that said he didn't have to remove 4 of my teeth in order to correct. Every other Dr just wanted to remove 4 of my teeth but he valued those healthy teeth and made space by just doing a little extra work on his part. Since I live out of state and was flying to each appt, they were kind enough to always supply me with extra bands just in case, extra chains (toward the end) and even gifted me with an extra set of essix retainers (I think it's great your treatment comes with essix and hawleys) I'll never forget my experience with pellegrini orthodontics and I always recommend them!!! I have been a patient with Dr. Pellegrini for almost 3 years now. I did a lot of research and picked this office and staff to transform my smile. I have no regrets and am extremely happy I went with them. Not only is the staff friendly, personable, and professional, they know how make you feel comfortable. The office is always and I mean always clean, they offer beverages from juice boxes to coffee and even have a Wii station for their younger patients and siblings during their wait. Inside, each seat has their own TV playing one of the newest Pixar / Disney movie, and they have a very clean teeth brushing station equipped with disposable toothbrushes, floss, and mouthwash. But most importantly they work with any income level and offer payment plans without interest. I personally have no insurance and am paying for my braces all out of pocket and they gave me more then a fair price for what I was being quoted at other orthodontic offices. My braces are now off after only 2.5 years of treatment (i was quoted 4 years at the other places) and i'm stricly on retainers. After my braces removal (which was a breeze!) i was not 100% satisfied with my smile (due to gapping in my molars) but Dr. Pellegrini went above and beyond to fix my issues without hesitation & without having to put my braces back on! Although i am still in the process of closing up the gap, he has done everything and anything to keep me 100% satisfied throughout this entire process. I know Dr. Pellegrini and his staff will give me the beautiful smile I've always wanted without a doubt in my mind. They always go out of their way to answer any and all questions I have no matter how stupid I feel they are. As an adult in my mid 30's I thought it might be too late for braces. When I first had my consultation with Dr Pellegrini, I was immediately impressed with the office and the entire Staff. They all made me feel so comfortable and didn't pressure me into anything. When I was finally ready to get my braces on, of course I was a little anxious but they made me feel at ease right away. The method they use was much faster and not terribly invasive, and it only took about a week for my mouth to adjust. My child was very excited to get braces and was a little anxious about the process. Dr. Pellegrini explained and walked my child through the entire appointment. His back staff made my daughter feel welcome and relax. The dental asst. help coordinate and select matching "band colors" to complement my daughter's individual style. Surprisingly within a short few mins and not to mention pain free my daughter had braces! She was VERY HAPPY even though she had this new appliance in her mouth. Dr. Pellegrini and staff explained their office "greenie bucks " program. By following good oral hygiene and getting good checkups she can earn "greenie bucks" which can be used to purchase gift cards, movie tix, or other paraphernalia. Overall, the experience was positive. Orthodontia has always been perceived as expensive and for some out of reach financially. I believe the function of your teeth and health is priceless. We wasted our times for a wrong scheduling. It should be a fairly simple task to schedule an appointment, however this office is not capable of doing so. The office hours are not accommodating a typical work and school hours to begin with. It gives us no option but to schedule our appointment during our work and school hours. So, we miss our work and school class to show up learning that we have no appointment! I might be a bit overreacted, but there are other orthodontics that're capable of doing this simple task, and now I'm reevaluating whether to continue a service with my second child after this debacle. read more

I wish there were more stars to give. We absolutely love this place. Dr. Pellegrini is awesome and so is the staff. I'm glad I took the time to make one last consultation appointment for my son when we started looking into braces for him. We had already been to 3 orthos, with quotes that were as varied as the recommended treatment, some of which seemed really crazy. By the time I made the appointment here, I was pretty disenchanted with the whole idea of braces in general... the cost, the length of treatment, the pathetic lack of coverage by my dental insurance.... etc, so I probably wasn't that friendly when I arrived. Didn't matter, the staff was awesome. After being given the grand tour, we met with Dr. Pellegrini. Not only was the quoted price for braces and retainer cheaper than everyone else, it was also the least invasive. Then came the clincher, Dr. Pellegrini smiled. I asked him who did his braces. When he responded that he had done them himself, I was in. His teeth are absolutely PERFECT. I want that for my kid! The check-in procedure is easy, and if you have a whole basketball team worth of kids, they'll be entertained by the Wii, the computers, the magazines and the snacks. As a mom, I am always relaxed in the waiting room, and there's a great selection of People magazines so I can get caught up on the smut. They've always been on time, appointments are no problem to make or change, and making our monthly payments is easy breezy (and interest free!) Much like I had hoped, my son's teeth are looking incredible. He's about 4 months from having his braces removed and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. This is my second review for Dr Pellegrini. Both of my daughters have now completed their treatments and our experience was fantastic! Very prompt & friendly staff. Dr Pellegrini and his staff are always on time so we are in and out quickly. We always feel welcome and comfortable. It seems as if they are always improving things they can do for their patients. On my daughters last day they give you a bag of candy in celebration and the entire staff gathered to take a picture with her new smile and then a fun one with props...little things like that put them over the top. My 12 year old daughter just finished up two years of braces with Dr. Pellegrini. We had a great experience and I would highly recommend them. First, as we were shopping around for orthodontists, Dr. Pellegrini's estimate was right in line with most the others. To be honest, it was probably the look of their office, that made me choose them over the others and Dr. Pellegrini struck me as an honest man with a lot of integrity who enjoys what he does. Everyone in the office is nice and accommodating to an extreme. Every visit, Dr. Pellegrini has come into the waiting room to speak to me, even if its just to say hello and tell me everything's fine with my daughter's treatment. Once we called the message line during closed hours to report that something on my daughter's braces had broke or bent and was bothering her, so I hoped to bring her in on their next business day. Dr. Pellegrini called us right back and said he happened to be in the office and heard my message, he offered to see my daughter right then (kind of funny that he added "but I'm in my street clothes"). I think my daughter had already made plans for the day (so it couldn't have been bothering her that much) so we didn't take him up on the offer, but it was a nice offer, and he did schedule her for the next business day. Dr. Pellegrini is very personable, He sees both child and adult patients, the waiting room and office is suitable for patients of any age as it is decorated in a modern contemporary fashion, it has a stocked mini fridge, kurig coffee and snack counter and two computer stations for guests to use, and children's video games are situated so they don't bother the quieter area. read more

At 32 years old, I decided to get braces once again (first round when I was 13 years old, for 2 years), to fix what not wearing retainers did to my smile! Of course I was nervous at the idea of wearing the metal again at my age, but after a few consultations in the area, and lots and lots of research for the best way to go (invisalign, traditional) and best Ortho... Dr. Pellegrini was by far, the absolute best choice for me. And I knew it the minute I walked into the office. At the consultation, I was not pushed into making any rash decisions and was given lots of info to help in my process. From the initial consultation two and a half years ago, I could tell that I would like this place, and I was si right. The entire staff is so knowledgeable, friendly, patient, caring and attentive to your needs. The clear correct treatment was concluded earlier this year. The results are perfect and exactly what I had hoped for. I was concerned because at the removal of the final aligner I still had a stubborn tooth that was crocked. Dr. Pellegrini was equally concerned and rightly refused to accept anything less then 100% straightening. He offered to put on traditional braces for a short time to perfect the alignment which I accepted. Even after the additional correction there was still a little misalignment and he went another step to manually tighten the tooth and secure with a permanent retainer. It's been about 6 months and the teeth have stayed in their original position. Not only does he care about his patients outcomes he also wants to maintain the longevity of the smile. I would have given this office a solid 5 stars based on Dr. Pelligrini's exceptional bedside manner and his awesome dental assistants. They are all very nice, and my daughter loves the way they treat her. The office is beautiful, bottled waters, wi-fi, snacks, etc. It is state of the art in every way, and located relatively close to the freeway. My only complaint is the office manager, I think her name is Ashley. She is cold, unapproachable, less than friendly, and has terrible customer service when it comes to the financial side of the business. I have spoken with her on several occasions and I find her unprofessional and even defensive at times. I would give them a 10 if I could. I really loved going to this orthodontist because Dr Pellegrini really cares about his patients. He treats each patient with the absolute most care and really takes his time to talk with the patients to make sure they choose the best plan for them. I got my braces off about a year ago but I was missing a tooth and needed an implant. I haven't had the time or the money to get the implant and Dr Pellegrini has taken care of everything for me. He truly cares about you as a person and not just as a patient. I would recommend everyone to see him and his very friendly staff. Everytime I go to the office all of the staff greet me and ask how Im doing. I just had an appointment last week but I hadn't been seen in over a yr. Everyone still remembered me and asked how everything was going. I don't feel like a patient there, I feel like when I'm there it's just a big family.
