Incredibly, they had a treatment estimate ready for me before they'd even seen my teeth because, according to them, "everything was the same cost." However, once in the office, the orthodontist declared that the down payment was $1200 because he recommends light force braces and he had to send something to a factory. I told them my husband and I had appeared on TV during a baseball game on Tuesday, and they eagerly insisted on watching the quick snippet with me. The office atmosphere was warm and inviting - it felt like I was hanging out with family. Once inside the treatment room, Kayla assured me that she would address any of my concerns and took the time to understand what I wanted to fix. Growing up teeth alignment wasn't a top priority with respect to the cost, but just had my Invisalign treatment completed. While I no longer had the financial constraints when I had my consultation, I appreciated their flexibility with payment plans early on. Location wise, the office is easy to access and has ample parking. The team is wonderful, everyone is so welcoming, empathetic, and friendly. Every appointment starts within 5 minutes of schedule, yes sometimes early! While there's water, coffee, and tea available for families waiting, they also offer ice cream bars as a treat after every appointment. I really don't have much criticism but they send a reminder 2 business days before appointments to accommodate a 24hr cancellation notice. Some days I'm on top of my texts and other days I'm swamped with work, so an extra reminder could be nice. Another cool thing the team could do would be to supply some retainer cleaners that they recommend so patients could try it out before committing to a larger supply. Invisalign does send a couple packets but there are other options recommended by the team and having that support to clean the first few trays (of Invisalign) would've been a nice to have.

The receptionist is warm and friendly. The doctor described thoroughly my teeth and the problems occurring with my bite and angles of my teeth, more than the previous place I had been to. It felt like this doctor cared more about describing my teeth and showing me how they could be improved instead of trying to push a sale. The day I got my braces on the doctor was so fast! It took maybe an hour to adhere my brackets, place the wire and bite blocks. They gave me a cute bundle of items that have "braces friendly" foods, floss, etc. The receptionist helped organize with my dentist at another practice the best dates for me to come in to have the wires removed so my teeth could be cleaned properly. Overall a great experience! I was recommended treatment for 20 months with standard metal braces. Because I have insurance through delta dental, I was able to get around a $700 discount. Braces are expensive so every little bit saved is a huge help! I highly recommend people go here to get a quote on braces, I have not been disappointed.

When considering orthodontics for my youngest daughter I had concerns that there would be a change in the quality of customer care and expertise that was a trademark of Dr Berglund's practice. These concerns were quickly dismissed as my daughter began her treatment. The staff at his practice has not changed and continue to be amazing and very helpful as they had in the past. Dr. Jue has been a great fit for my 16 year old daughter. He's very outgoing, and connects well with her while also keeping her accountable to do her part as a patient. It's evident that He enjoys what he does and appreciates each of his patients. My daughter's treatment included oral surgery. Dr. Jue took the time to explain, and re-explain what needed to happen with my daughter's care and did a great job notating all the outlined steps that were needed. He also took special care to communicate all aspects of care to the oral surgeon as well as keep my daughter's primary dentist in the communication loop so that there were no missing pieces to the process. This was very reassuring to me as a parent since this level of complexity was not something I had encountered with my older daughter's treatment. I will also add that Dr. Jue and his staff are very quick to respond to needs or concerns when they arise. My daughter's braces had something go wrong and break over the weekend. That looked to us like a terrible proposition to make an eight year old undergo for years, so we paid out-of-pocket to go get a second opinion. My dentist, whom I trust, recommended Dr. Vierra. This doctor stated up front that he uses a conservative approach meaning he will try the least obtrusive, expensive methods of correction first and go on to the more expensive and troublesome methods if these are needed. Our daughter responded well to a simple retainer he fitted and is well on the way to correcting her in-bite. Compared to the 'heroic' trouble we would have had to endure with the first orthodontist, the solution Dr. Vierra tried turned out wonderful. Our girl loves her retainer and says she can't eat without it now.

The mail in aligners do not fit well,…read morelopsided, can cut into gums, the plastic retainers were not high quality, Invisaligners is more expensive. Because you are actually checking in, and doing things like taking updated xrays, most likely will finish the treatment and worth it in the end. Regular braces offers 100% guarantee, no self discipline, it's mindless, thousands less, faster. But, I will say that regular braces make it much harder to floss and brush, and will leave stain for a at least a few months after removal. Invisalign is their specialty it's been around a long while by now and more than likely their recommendation, I have seen other orthodontists that offer regular braces on the back side of teeth, I think the price of that is slightly higher in price than invisalign. $10k-$15k I've been to plenty of dentists this is a big operation, I thought the snacks were a temporary holiday thing, they have a really good reminder system, and usually have quite a few staff working. In the end I found these guys through Yelp so I wanted to highly recommend you check them out, met all of my expectations.

Before the crowns were cemented, I was never asked whether I was happy with their appearance or whether I approved of the color and shape. Now, my natural teeth and the crowns are noticeably different in color, making my teeth look unnatural. On top of that, some of the crowns appear to be poorly fitted, and food constantly gets trapped around them. This is frustrating and raises concerns about the quality of the dental work I received. I have tried to get this issue resolved, but I feel that no one at WEDental is willing to take responsibility or offer a satisfactory solution. The current dentist says he is not responsible because he did not perform the original treatment. While I understand that he was not the dentist who placed the crowns, I have serious questions about what guarantees or accountability a dental practice provides when patients put their trust and money into expensive procedures that turn out poorly. What makes this even more frustrating is that the clinic continues to operate under the same name and at the same location, yet I have been left to deal with the consequences on my own. The current dentist has also not helped me establish contact with Dr. Worrell to address the problem. I feel completely let down as a patient. When we trust a dental practice with our health, our smiles, and a significant amount of money, we expect quality work, honest communication, and some level of accountability when things go wrong. The office did a good job of accommodating early morning and afternoon appointments, which was nice to prevent/mediate missing school for the appointments. The office was warm and comfortable with friendly workers. We (my sister also got her braces done here) were required to check in for our appointments on a computer located at the front desk upon arrival. Seats in the waiting area and the waiting space in general provided a welcoming space to wait. There were rooms off to the side where we started out on our orthodontics journey including being informed I had a bit of an overbite. Chairs for teeth work and check-ups were in an open space, which made it easy for the workers to transition from one person to another. Braces did a good job on aligning my teeth and addressing the overbite. Retainers I got from here have been durable and effective. Over a decade later (today is Saturday 9 September 2023), my bottom retainer is still doing well. One of the perks of getting my upper retainer from here was that we were allowed to bring in a small image if we wanted something on the plate of the retainer that presses against the top of the mouth when wearing it. I brought in a visual of an okapi and that was worked into the bottom of the retainer. Later on, when living in a shared space for college, this custom addition helped prevent other girls from accidentally taking my retainer as they came to identify the one with the okapi as mine.

After thousands in TMJ treatment and most of my teeth sheering off due to misalignment and a resorption (losing a molar) due to the trauma, my teeth are completely destroyed. I was recently told I am headed for a complete reconstruction. My teeth were very straight when I started treatment. My dentist said ortho would help my bite. I would never step foot in this office. I was stone walled and my calls were refused. I am left to dig myself out of this, if it's even possible. It will eventually cost tens of thousands of dollars. I also developed a dry mouth during treatment. The TMJ Dr sent me for a lip biopsy with a Dr who had never done one. My lip nerve was cut and I now also have constant burning. What a nightmare! I suffer constantly from this. I was offered my money back if I signed a release! He knew he damaged me. Run from this place!
