Thus, you have to be careful when grooming them because you could damage their undercoat and fur if you use mechanical trimmers. We picked PPPS because of the positive yelp reviews. We booked our pup for an appointment. PPPS uses text to communicate with you and the communication is excellent. PPPS needed vaccine records and many additional details to make sure it was safe for all the other pups at their location. We dropped off Zoey and spoke with the groomer (Bree). Bree was very aware of how to properly groom an Aussie. We had a brief conversation about what we wanted and believed Zoey was in capable hands. When Zoey was done, we got a text to pick her up. I was greeted upon arrival and Zoey was led out to me right away. Zoey looked fantastic!!! Bree groomed her exactly the way we had discussed. Zoey looked even better than I had hoped. I gave Bree a $20.00 tip. When I brought Zoey home and my wife saw her, my wife loved the grooming. My wife's only complaint was that I should have given Bree a bigger tip. I will fix that the next time we bring Zoey in for a groom.

Dr Russell performed a near full mouth extraction of teeth leaving Canines for chewing then topping off with antibiotic and steroid injection to facilitate healing. Our cat was almost immediately better. There currently is no more foaming or bleeding that had occurred before Dr Russell performed the surgery. Dr Russell really did an exceptional job. Look, if you don't have high risk circumstances then they are moderately good. I think that they do mediocre overall on getting the poop (some do well, some don't). The owner is a doll, and I can't blame her - you can't handhold your workers, especially when there's turnover and its difficult to staff. With that said, if someone keeps forgetting you find someone else, and if you can't you don't add customers. It seems logical to me. ​

The staff that we have encountered at the Carothers location, is so loving toward our fur babies. I wasn't initially sure that the wellness plan was something that we should do for our almost 14 year old dog, but i am so glad that we did. I was a bit confused by the plan when discussing it during my initial phone call, and decided not to sign up at that time. At our first visit, Dr Pace and the staff (at the Carothers location) were able to answer questions, and explain the benefits more clearly as to how we could tailor the plan to include the things that would benefit each of our pets. Going forward we signed up for the plan, and it has been wonderful. If you encounter something that isn't included in the plan, many times those costs are discounted because of your plan.

I received two follow-up calls from Dr. Moser checking on Gus, plus one from the office staff. Today, 3/16, Gus had his follow-up appointment for the removal of stitches from the cyst site. Dr. Lewis removed the stitches and checked the stitches from the tooth extractions. Dr. Moser popped in to also check on hte stitches. The vets are very caring and welcome questions and concerns. Two week ago, we lost our 15 year old corgi. Dr. Lewis performed the euthanasia along with a staff person. We were present for the procedure. Dr. Lewis explained what was happening at every step. The love that Dr. Lewis and the staff person showed to our dog and to us was amazing. I highly recommend My Pets Willness!
