Well, that was just me this past holiday weekend when I needed to hire Leash on Command to help me get my dogs out several times each day over the holiday. The amount of hours I was putting in at work was not going to afford me the time my dogs deserve, but we've got a solution! Leash on Command! The entire operation is fantastic. The site and mobile app make it VERY easy to schedule (or cancel) walks of varying times/dates, etc. But lets get down to the most important part...the walkers. I was assigned two sisters (Catherine and Natalie) that were clutch. They were SO nice. They both immediately gave me a good feeling about my choosing to leave my Jasmine and Sweetie in the hands of a couple of strangers. Strangers they did not feel to be at all. Just so nice and genuine. Both dogs took to the girls instantly! They are out completing their 8th or 9th walk this weekend as I type this, and I know everyone is going to miss everyone until the next appointment is set! Thank you everyone at Leash on Command for offering such an incredible service and we can't wait to call upon you all again very soon!

Seemed really nice and she seemed to really want to build a business and I supported that. I learned the hard way. I had Abby watch my 2 dogs back in 2019 while I was out of state. I had a camera on so I was able to watch (when I had the chance). Throughout the week, my pets were neglected. Did not show up when she was supposed to. Left my pets for hours and hours. I was very upset. Seeing more recent 1-star reviews does not surprise me. Pay attention to the 1-star reviews. They are the most recent very accurate. All of the 5-star reviews are from when the previous owners of Good Mojo owned the business. Abby is not responsible, full of excuses and I would never trust her or her crew with my pets. I highly recommend you do NOT consider this company for your pets.

Sam has done an amazing job with them and understands their unique needs as well or better than I do. I hadn't received a call within a couple of hours so I called and left a message on Friday for a walker beginning Monday. I did not get a call back so I sent a text as advised by the phone voicemail. I received a response a hour and a half later. I received a text asking for my service address to make sure I was in their area. I sent it immediately. Although this was also provided on the long OnBoarding form. No response until the next day, Saturday saying they are "checking for availability". I get a response Sunday NIGHT at 8pm (now remember I needed someone Monday morning) saying they couldn't find anyone. Thank goodness I had already hired someone else, I ended up using Wag. Otherwise, I would've been stuck at that point. I wouldn't recommend them based solely on their lack of timely communication. Why have you fill out that multiple page form if you're not even sure you can provide the service? That was annoying as heck. No other business worked that way.
