Spoiler Alert: It's not! I and my family have been seeing Dr. Kritz for 40+ years, and we have NEVER had a bad experience with him or his staff. Sure, there have been times when his office has been short-staffed and I or my wife had to wait longer than usual on the phone, or in the waiting room, but that's life. Sh**t happens! It certainly doesn't merit a vindictive review. To sum up, I've seen a lot of doctors in my 71 years of life. I schedule all my appts w her by request. She's personable and knowledgeable and has warm bedside manner. Every appt is hit or miss. Some days everyone's on top of things and I'm in and out in less than 30 min. Other days, it seems like everyone's off their game and it takes an hour to get out of there. In the past I've had issues getting my insurance updated. It would take a couple visits or calls to remind them to update my info. There process and system is out dated in comparison to other doctor's my family sees. Such as prescriptions are still manually handed to you instead of directly sent to your pharmacy. The staff is very friendly though and I appreciate Dr. Caro.

I am a very healthy person, but always still get a little anxious going to get a physical. I found Dr. Chan via my insurance portal and called his office directly to schedule an appointment. If you are a new patient, most the pre-screening information is collected on the phone so there are no forms to fill out when you arrive. I arrived about 30-minutes early to my appointment and they took me early. I met with Dr. Chan and he was incredibly gracious, kind, and informative. Knowing I was a new patient, he asked all the right questions to understand my medical history and offered really great advice for my current stage in life. He really spent the time to get to know me and was very patient, personable, and gentle. Great bedside manners and very clear and concise in his advice. I was out the door in about an hour -- very easy process. I'm so glad I found a great office and a new PCP. Hoping I can now be more consistent about coming in to get my annual exams knowing I found a great doctor!
