My wife did tons of research searching for the best PCP for the both of us and we are so thankful…read morethat we found Dr. Susie Kim at UCI Health Tustin. Prior to switching over to UCI Health, we were with Hoag. Both my wife and I say that Dr. Kim is the best doctor we have ever had. You can definitely tell that Dr. Kim genuinely cares about you and takes the time to ask questions and listen to you before giving her medical advice. And every time we visit she remembers the last visit and even the things we last talked about. I speak so highly of Dr. Kim to my family and close friends that even my parents and close friends switched over to Dr. Kim.

Good thing I did because wow, this location is great!!!! My mom was definitely in and out less than 15 minutes if not 10!!!!!! It helps that this facility is small. Parking is so close to where the building is. Checked in for X-ray and we barely sat down, they already came out to call my mom. I walked her in then went outside to wait for her and I didn't even finish my phone call that they already walked her out to me in the garden!! This was totally awesome! if you have been to their Orange location, you would know and appreciate this type of timeliness to the max. I highly recommend you book this location for any of your appointment if you can!!

The doctor only asked us few questions and ordered some labs then scheduled us another visit for physical exam and told us we didn't need to pay again. When we come back, they asked us to pay another $60 without explaining why. We paid again but we received another bill in mail a few days later for more than $300. We asked them to review the billing code to double check if it's correct. They simply replied saying there is nothing wrong with no details. Will not come back again!

She's friendly, playful, and makes my kid feel comfortable, which I really appreciate. Unfortunately, the front desk staff has consistently been the opposite. They often seem more interested in chatting and giggling with each other than acknowledging patients. During our last visit, one employee was training a new hire, and instead of speaking to us directly, she kept saying things like, "Ask them if they..." while standing right in front of us. It came across as dismissive and unprofessional. Another ongoing issue is communication. No matter the situation, I can never seem to get a call back. It's frustrating. The medical care itself has been good, but the front desk could definitely benefit from additional customer service and communication training.

My mother has been a patient of Dr Chang's 4 years . Usually he did a very good job . For whatever…read morereason my mother needed a medication refill and two weeks ago the pharmacy faxed a request and they still have not responded . I have called his office and there is still no response and my mother does not have medication and she has considerable swelling in her ankles and wrists . This is unacceptable and to not have a physician's assistant be able to take care of such matters is unacceptable . I have been inconvenienced and I'm not able to go out of town because he and his office did not do the job they were supposed to . I would take this into consideration if you're looking for a service provider as I wouldn't wish this to happen to anyone and in my opinion it borders on the line of malpractice .

I was considering one of their doctors as my PCP…read more Yes, they are a Concierge Practice. I had never heard of such a thing. What is it? Basically, doctors for the rich. You are required to pay high annual membership fees that your insurance will not cover. This could mean thousands of dollars a year more in healthcare costs above what you are already paying. In exchange they promise to give you a higher level of care. I think this is horrible. Healthcare costs are so ridiculously high as it is and now if we start getting more medical practices like this who will only care for those with lots of money where are the rest of us supposed to go?

It is truly despicable to put such a small bill on someone's credit because they missed knowing…read morethat they had an outstanding balance. This has RUINED my chances at a business loan, a home loan & a car loan. My perfect credit was ruined because of a greedy Doctor that has the nerve to lie and say they tried calling me. I am appalled at such disgusting behavior over less than $100 after going to this doctor for a significant period of time. Not to mention they charged me $171.52 for a routine office visit, they received $108 which left $63.48 outstanding. If I paid cash their office visit fee would have only been $60 so not only did they get almost double from my insurance, it wasn't enough and instead greedily charged me more and then allegedly tried to reach me for more money. No other respectable Doctor I've ever known has done this in my over40 + years. I would reconsider before going to such a dishonest physician. I tried to fix this by paying my bill and asking for their help in resolving this matter regardless of who's fault it was, however, they REFUSE to make things right on their end and they cannot even prove I really owed this amount to boot! Now I have to have my attorney sue them in order to even get anywhere with this unethical practice. I hope I'm not the only person this has happened to so Dr. Crumpton will lose business. That's what's warranted at this point. Maybe then he'll hire staff that can perform ethically.
