The food was was great the hot honey pizza is immaculate and there wings cooked to perfection one of my favorite places in Rochester by far

I heard that this was the best pizza in Chili and was excited to try it out. Our hungry four-year-old grandson eagerly awaited my return with the pizza. To my disappointment and disgust, most of the pieces were horribly burnt on the top and some on the bottom. I find this to be totally unacceptable. I called the restaurant, but they would only exchange it if I returned it and at this point, I wasn't gonna keep a hungry four year-old waiting so we just tried to eat around the burnt parts. I will not be getting pizza from there again. Very disappointed. read more

Our expensive, tiny, burnt pizza with the wrong toppings on it was 30 minutes late, and the front of house staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. read more

Fantastic for a party! Room was private, food came out quickly, staff was attentive, area was very clean and overall reasonably priced.

My husband and I decided to order online and pickup. When my husband arrived at the time given by the establishment, the food was not ready, he had to wait an extra 20 minutes. However, the philly sub was really good the meat was very tender, the chicken wings were over overcooked. The price was entirely too high. Overall good, but not again!! read more

Food- 1st time we came, we loved the pizza, but now its been 5 bad experiences in a row! The pizza has not been getting cooked correctly, the dough is so thin that you can barely pick up the slice because its just oil and slop. We ask for light ricotta on the Luigi and it still comes out with giant piles of it on each slice. Service- always nice servers. Ambiance- clean, bright, modern. *Just found the arcade in the back. *Disappointing that there are no happy hrs specials on drinks. read more

I had the pleasure of having a wonderful conversation with one of the members of your team, whom I thought was a waitress, Carissa, she was running around with grace and then came and just jumped right like I've known her for 15 years, on top of doing some drinks to help the bartender! (who was wonderful and also, just alone and slammed on a Friday night) and serving tables! wonder smile! come to find out she's the GM. makes so much sense why she had all the hats on! just wanted to state how great of a choice she was for you establishment, and I guarantee I'm not the only one that feels that way! ALSO, drinks were great and the pizza was delicious! Friday night around 9pm 1/2/2026 so the staff that cooked out food and the bartender that was working know how wonderful they did as well. (I'm sorry I don't know your names) Will 100% be back! read more

The pizza was great, sandwiches even better! Solid reliable food, in area with not the best options.

Chili Ace location always good. Service and food quality is excellent. Food is always consistent.

We came here because we had a gift card to use. Initially walking into the restaurant is smelled like a garage with fumes.. not sure if it was because they had the patio open or what. It didn't linger at all and was gone before we ate. They had one waitress working at lunch. She had both outside and Inside tables. She did a decent job at keeping up with tables, but service was slower. A second waitress showed up when we were leaving. They didn't have a kids menu but the waitress explained the kids menu. My son ordered cheese pizza. We ordered the lipari pizza. The pizza was excellent but I am fan of garlic based pizza. I have had their red sauce before but I wasn't a fan. Personal preference. Todays pizza was excellent. The menu prices were moderately priced. With inflation everything is expensive now and a pizza for 22 is about the going price now. Worth a visit for wood fired pizza. read more

Your "Ferrari Crash Plate" crashed and burned! Your attempt at the famous Rochester Garbage Plate fell short of the mark. The Mac salad was warm and appeared to have been made to order (at least I hope it had not been sitting out long enough to get to room temperature). In fact it was the same twirly noodle that was used in my wife's Macaroni & Cheese dish. I suspect that you have the noodles already cooked and use them in both dishes as needed. Mac salad should be made ahead of time, refrigerated and given time for the seasonings to meld together. That was not the case. Also, there were too few onions and you were light on the meat sauce. I ate half of the plate in the photo. You'll struggle to see any more than two chopped onion pieces on the uneaten side and can see how the meat sauce was confined to the top of the burger. read more

Ferrari Pizza Bar - Crash Plate with WARM Mac salad. Blah! - Pizza Near Me - Chili, New York

Ferrari's is one of the few sit down restaurants in Chili for dinner and one of the better options. We tried three different pies. I forget the names, but one was artichoke, one had chicken chicken, and one was more traditional with sausage. All were super good and provided a nice variety. We also tried the calamari and that was solid too. Can't speak to the non-pizza options on the menu, but if you're looking for a nicer pizza spot on the west side, this is worth the stop! read more

Good food with lots of options. The only letdown is the noise level in the restaurant that makes it almost impossible to speak with your party. I had hoped the patio would be better, but the music out there was so loud that it wasn't much different. read more

Every time I come here it seems the service and food quality dwindles. I am not sure if it's because they are expanding and not as devoted to the sole location or what. I was here for a quick drink with a friend and ended up being here for 2 hours while I waited around for the poor service. I don't bother to order food knowing I wouldn't experience anything worth the quality or the time. Still the decor is awesome though read more

Nice place. Loud atmosphere even if it is not packed due to the high ceilings I believe. We spilt a pizza and my husband tried their Italian wedding soup. The broth was flavorful but no mini meatballs. The pizza we shared was good but need a bit of something, maybe a hot honey to give it a bit more flavor. We had good service and it is a nice place for wood fired pizza. read more

Bar service is a joke! The bartender (He) is so into talking to the girls and his friends instead of doing his job! The social club is after your off the clock! Our food came out before our drinks! Such a joke and disappointing experience for the price it cost to dine in Chili (over priced)! Not sure we will be back! read more

Decent pizza joint with good quality ingredients and a nice thin crust. We ordered the spinach artichoke dip to start which was good and had large chunks of artichoke in it. The tortilla chips were a little chewy but the dip made up for that. I ordered a speciality pizza with pepperoni, jalapeños and honey which was good but I unfortunately didn't taste any honey on it. My fiancé ordered a make your own pizza with various toppings like chicken, bacon and broccolini which was delicious. The kids chicken tender meal was a little disappointing as the fries were super small/thin and the chicken tenders didn't have much meat. Our server was super friendly and helpful though which was nice. I would come back and try some other things on their menu for sure. read more

Saturday 530ish. Waited for a table, that's understandable. Food took about an hour. Side note- oder a Ferrari burger for 17.99. If you want meat sauce, add $2. Want grilled onions? Add $2. Mushrooms...add $2. Outrageous. read more

Service = POOR Meatball Appetizer = Luke Warm Bruschetta Appetizer = Watery Calamari Appetizer = Good Fried Buffalo Wings = Good Service = SO DARN POOR Don't expect a refill, a box, or the bill in a timely manner. You will have to hunt someone down or go to the bar to obtain them yourself. Basically, service is slow to basically non-existent. Please, please, please - train your young staff! Lastly, they would NOT accept a $25 prepaid Visa gift card as part of payment for the bill. I was told their machines won't take it. Never heard of this in my life! The company we were with though..... very enjoyable! =) read more

The truffle fries are a must!!!!! Nothing too special but a nice lil place for a casual dinner.

Great pizza!! Service could be a little more aware, but overall great food and experience.

Friday night with the girls and stumbled upon this restaurant. They are known for their big selections of pizza. I decided to try to philly steak sandwich. It was a big sandwich served on toasted Martusciello roll. I was a bit disappointed as the sandwich was dry. The french fries were yummy and washed it down with the Lemonade cocktail. This would be a great dinner spot in the warmer months as the have a large outdoor patio. read more

This pizza is phenomenal! As for the service... We had a horrible experience. I will definitely be doing take out next time I visit.

My husband and I came on a Thursday. We were told that their credit card machine was down. That was fine. We went to the ATM to get cash. Then we were escorted to an outside patio table, where we waited for 10 minutes with no server in site. I grew tired of waiting and walked inside to inquire how much longer we would have to wait to be served. It wasn't crowded. There was no reason I could see why we would have to wait so long for a server. We waited a couple more minutes, then got up. Only at that time, a server came to the door to ask if we were leaving. Incompetent. Inconsiderate. And considering allllllllll the pizza joints in this city I would think they would offer better service. Very ghetto. Do not recommend. Do yourself a favor and make your own pizza and save yourself the time and annoyance. read more

I hope to raise this review in the future, because the food was very good. But I got stuck with a new server and it led to an incredibly bad experience. Hopefully my next experience will have better service. read more

I really loved this place when they opened because we live so close by, but have definitely changed my mind. The past few times we've eaten there, the place has been dirty and the service very slow..I don't know if the problem is not enough help or what. One particular time we waited over 20 minutes for our drinks and observed the bartender chatting away and not doing much of anything..The waitress apologized and said she can't say anything to him because he's the manager! Hopefully they will make an effort to improve or they will lose us as customers. read more

Ferraris is an amazing atmosphere with amazing food. All their pizza is made in a wood fired oven next to the bar where you can watch, and no matter what you get, it always comes out amazing. I love the Frankie, and that is my go-to pizza, but other family/friend favorites are the Spicy Ferrari, and the build-your-own pizza. They have an amazing sports bar where you can watch almost any game, and there is a small arcade in the back where the kids can play games until the food is ready. read more

Really cool place to watch the game, they have a nice patio with a fire place. They have a yellow Ferrari hanging up on the inside you can walk under it. They have a wood burning stove for their pizza. I was really wanting pizza but found out the don't do gluten free:/ I ended up getting garlic parm wings which were cooked in the wood burning stove really delicious definitely would get them again. I did get gypped though, I wanted all wings no drums and got the opposite. I was also supposed to get 12 and got 10. Other than that everything was great the service was great really friendly and helpful. And had a good time watching the game. read more

As a person who visits twice a year from Vegas I find that a good wood fired pizza is hard to find there. I normally frequent another woodfired pizza place in the city on East Ave. I have a Rochester bucket list if you will if I'm in town. It consists of places I HAVE TO GO TO. A friend brought me here for lunch last Sunday. I had a pizza with red sauce, mozzarella and ricotta topped with pepperoni. Let's just say for wood fired pizza this may be my new bucket list spot to go. The pizza was so good I didn't want to stop eating it. I might try to find time to go back here before I return home to Vegas. read more

We ordered maybe 45-55 mins ago, the place cleared out, and she came over to tell us it will be out soon. I offered to help. I've never had a pizza that didn't taste at least good. There pizzas were very good and the chicken wings were great BUT, the pizzas were sparse in terms of toppings and everything ordered was way over priced! I know, just my opinion as it appears no one else cares as the place was quite busy. Will you ever see me there again? As this is America and prices are based on what the market will bear, I most likely would do something similar (except maybe add more toppings for gods sake). Btw, the fries were absolutely delicious (but, I still won't ever consider going back). read more

The Fish Tacos were spicier than the Nashville Hot Chicken, which was dry; and, for what we got it was overpriced. We were in town visiting family and thought we'd try it. Overall I was unimpressed and we'll probably not eat here again. read more

This is the second time I have been to Ferrari's. Both times the service and food have been great! Today the service was fantastic! We came in and found out our waitress was not only the bartender, but also, the ONLY server for the ENTIRE restaurant! To be honest, this made us automatically think that the service would be slow and the food would take forever to come out (it was the lunch rush and half the restaurant was as full). Our server ended up being friendly, prompt and at no point made us feel like she was in a hurry (which she obviously was). Our food came out quickly and tasted great! Overall, if this is the service and food we receive when they are undermanned and packed? You should definitely come when they have more time! Happy eating Yelpers! read more
