I would have preferred an entree with beans and rice but my server informed me that the beans were fried in lard; I'm not a fan of lard and there were no other bean options. The chicken burrito was decent and the guacamole was fresh. The fresh guacamole was the best part. I added some of the watery salsa to give the dish more flavor, but it mixed with the watery bland creamy red sauce that was already part of the burrito. It wasn't bad aside from the watery texture but definitely nothing I would crave. It was a fairly quick lunch that cost approximately $7.50 (only water as a beverage) before tip. I have often lamented that I can't get this particular dish back home. The chicken is always tender, and the cheese sauce is always perfect. Nice crispy chips and delicious not too hot salsa complete the experience. About the only thing I haven't done here is have an alcoholic beverage, on my most recent visit my wife had a margarita and indicated it was delicious.
