We have snow that night which makes the experience even greater. You have to call to make reservation for the igloo in advance and pay $150 deposit. This will be applied to your meal, so technically you don't have to pay extra for the igloo like the ones in the city if you order enough. The service was good too. We don't have to leave the igloo at all to ask for service. However the food wasn't that great. The Caesar salad (including the wrap) was so salty! The beef on the sandwich was so dry. The burger and the mac and cheese were okay. So if next year the menu is the same, we probably won't return.

Right at the 60-minute mark, he was quick to offer two options - our wings to go or a table in the dining room. In the end, we had to negotiate an extra hour in the karaoke room since our food took SO long to come out. When paying the check, we were surprised to see a charge for food we never ever received! I'm super disappointed that they tried to take advantage of us, when we were very understanding of their mix up. In my opinion, servers could use a lesson or two in customer service. The fries--personal preference--I don't like skinny fries. As for the bao, the shrimp was too salty. I liked the finishing salt but the flavoring salt was too heavy. Also, it was drizzled with aioli and I couldn't pick it up and eat it like the sandwich it was. Overall, a disappointment. Mediocre food and an elevated price for no reason.
