I'm new to kombucha so this was an exciting treat. They had 8 different flavors on tap and I sampled 3. Chatted with the owner for about minutes about fermentation and had a good look around. It's something that is natural and good for your body a must try for everyine. The take away is that my drink (prickely pear) was light and refreshing, not sour and tart like I was expecting. If kombucha is not your thing they also have different coffees and tea.

Why isn't this place more popular ?? Ive passed by countless times and never noticed it. They offer coffee as well. Lots of snacks inside too. Got to sample all the kombucha flavors and every one was delicious ! 10/10 would visit again

I love me some kombucha! So, when I saw a kombucha place on my side of town I could not wait to stop. In fact, I never seen a place with kombucha on tap. I was giddy. I mentioned the place on a daily basis to my husband. I'm famous for that, especially when we drive past it. Today, I had to take matters into my own hand and make it happen. It's in a strip mall along with Chopstix Asian Diner and some crossfit place. Outside they had a bicycle with plants planted in the basket- very cute. Inside they had kombucha on tap and bottled. I asked the worker what his favorite was and he said prickly pear and offered me a sample. The other flavor was cherry cream. Why did I not sample that one too?! They had two sizes a 12 oz and a 20 oz. Go big or go home. I went with the 20 oz. Ran me about 4.75. It was not served over ice but was nice, cold, and refreshing in a plastic cup with a straw. It had a nice fizz, dare I say effervescent? I did not see any particles floating in this kombucha, which he said was made from white tea. The particles are commonly referred to as scoby or the mother which is the bacteria and yeast. They also served tea and coffee but I paid little attention. I was there for the nectar of the gods. Is it an immortal health elixir, not sure but I sure like to pretend it is. Regardless, it's tasty. There were a few tables set up, but I got my drink to go. They also had cookies like lavender and mesquite as well as kale chips and sweet potato black bean empanadas. Man, I hope they sick around.

Unfortunately, the service felt a bit cold, no one acknowledged me, and the staff didn't seem very welcoming or engaged. I ordered an iced matcha latte, which came unsweetened. No one mentioned that ahead of time or pointed out where the sweeteners were, so I had to look around for them myself. The matcha had a nice flavor, but the texture was a bit grainy, suggesting it might not be the highest quality. Also, the bathrooms are located all the way in the back, and there isn't enough signage to guide you there easily. Overall, it has a lot of charm and a great location, but the customer experience could definitely be improved.

The atmosphere here is modern and airy, cool and comfortable with plenty of different types of seating both indoors and outside. The people working are friendly and on top of it. My poblano cheddar scone was divine (as usual) and it's nice to be asked if I wanted it heated up, which I didn't need since it was fresh from the morning. Last one, she said. I can see why, after tasting it. My friend's vegan lemon cookie was also a stunner, fluffy and melting in my mouth at the same time. Since I had already had my coffee, I ordered the (unsweetened) strawberry green tea, which was a delicious alternative. I will definitely be back, if only for one of their blueberry earl grey scones.

The location has a beautiful southwestern chic vibe. I love the duality of having a coffee shop/bakery and bar/full dinner -- you can visit any time of day depending on what you're craving. Plus they have a cold fridge, small grocery section, and local artist goodies -- all perfect for getting a desert-themed gift or unique treat for someone. They have so many great alcoholic drink options and said they would be adding mocktails soon. I went with a 'tried but true' dirty gin martini and tried the truffle fries and chips (both gluten free). I'm super excited to come back and try their girl dinner. I also want to thank the servers, chef, and owners for being so kind to my group. We had a coloring night where we brought our coloring books and supplies and they didn't bat an eye and made us feel very welcomed especially with all our questions about their menu!
