Went in for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. They got right on it. I have had suspicions they were not rotating my tires, so I used a paint pen to mark the tire weight on the drivers side rear. When they said it was finished I asked did you rotate the tires "of course" they said. I then showed them the the tire weight marks and a picture of the car I had taken before I arrived. They then talked to the tech who said he had rotated the tires, and his story changed. He now said he didn't rotate the tires because the rear tires were about a 9 and the fronts were a 10? You rotate tires to keep the wear even. I now believe I was right all along and they have not been rotating my tires. They also tried to sell me an engine flush saying it had many miles on the oil, only because they wrote the wrong mileage on my March 2025 oil change and roration. A fact backed up by a previous receipt from Ferguson for a warranty service. They basically were dismissive about it including the service manager. How many tires have they ruined doing this? More important how does one even know they actually changed the oil. I don't think they planned on a previous receipt backing up my claim on mileage on oil, also they didn't plan on an over 70 disabled veteran being hip enough to prove they did not do a service he had been assured they did. After the "owner" saw my review on google, he gave me the standard click and paste apology. read more

Scammers? Incompetent? Who knows! The folks at Ferguson Subaru have burned me for the VERY last time. I came to them several months ago about how my power seat on the driver's side was too close to the steering wheel, and how it could only go forward and not back. I trusted them with my car, and when it was returned to me, they quoted me around 1500 to replace the entire motor that powers the chair. Even WORSE: they had moved the seat even further forward "testing" it, and they said they "couldn't move it back." My car is a beat up 2008 Subaru Outback...It's barely worth 1500 on its own. I was working in education at the time, so I did NOT have 1500 to drop on this, and today I am SO GLAD I DIDN'T!! I took my car to another place and they checked it out, told me it was a single piece that was disconnected. I was quoted $250 for the entire job. They even were able to adjust the seat manually for me so I could (for the first time in MONTHS) sit normally. The owner even told me that if it WAS the whole motor, it would have cost $1194 total. There's a few things going on here: 1. They either thought they could scam me into a super expensive repair 2. They didn't really check my complaint about my car 3. They might have thought that if my seat was stuck dangerously close to wheel, I'd give in and pay the money OR 4. They were too incompetent to figure out how to fix it. I had been looking (and pestering‍) the salesman Chester Lohman for close to a year in trying to decide on a new car or if I even wanted one. I was told I needed new brake pads so again - was led to believe that a multipoint inspection was done. When I came to pick up my car it was dead in the parking lot - they jumped it - told me "it was probably the weather". I asked if they checked the battery in my inspection and they said they didn't do an inspection. Then how did you know I needed new brake pads? I drove home and the next day my car was dead. I jumped it, took it to Robertson Tire and they said I needed a new battery. My experiences with Subaru over and over and over again are terrible. You all are nice, but I have not had a good experience with the actual service, ever. I don't feel like you're paying attention, I don't feel like my car is being taken care of. And unless there's a recall I'm not bringing my car in to Subaru service for any reason. read more

Once I got there they then warned me that it smelled like smoke but they had a system to treat and getting out the smell would be no problem. Well it didn't work, after two treatments it still smelled like horribly like smoke. I found a place that guaranteed to get the smoke out but it was between $1,000 to $1,500 for the treatment so I asked them to take that off the price so I could get it treated or take it there themselves. They refused and the whole experience was a waste of time and money and time off work for both my husband and I. So if you are looking for an Outback priced just as high as other used Outbacks but smells like a cheap hotel this is your dealership! read more

I purchased a 2022 Subaru Ascent. I traded it in a few months later for a brand new top of the line 2023 Kia carnival prestige SX. Dropped a lot of money at that place, never been late, etc. I also co-signed a 2013 Subaru Impreza WRX STI for my spouse, never late as well. We scheduled maintenance on the 2013, requested a loaner because we live 2 hours from the dealership. A lady texts us that she is off today. Never said we couldn't get a loaner or gave us additional info. We load up our 8 month old baby, 2 year old and 13 year old and take our car in. They tell us they have no loaners. We also were told we couldn't rent anything because we had previously loaned an ascent (NEVER a HAPPENED) and it was dirty. I've never rented a vehicle from this place. I've BOUGHT 3! We had to leave without our car issue being fixed. Would never purchase another vehicle here or schedule for maintenance. read more

Purchased a new Subaru Impreza. Britnee the sales person was very nice and helpful and Courtney was extremally friendly and informative. The car is very high quality with a roomy cabin, quality materials, and a great price. Britnee brought the car to me so I could drive it then brought my two trade ins back and personally handed me the finance paperwork. The Subaru Impreza looks and feels like a luxury vehicle so much fun to drive. My tall son had a ton of room above his head in the front seat. The AWD is a must for the Oklahoma rain and snow. Got a great loan percent for the financing. They even offer an orientation and gift card to learn how to use the features on the car. The car is solid. Had onstar in case of emergencies. It has took subrau a month just to order the parts for my car! And my insurance paid for the parts and labor 3 weeks prior them ordering them! Ferguson sold me a used car they did not have the title in hand to. When I discovered the issue they tried to shift the responsibility by saying the DMV is just too slow. Plain and simple, they did not have the title ready when they sold me the vehicle. This caused issues with my bank and delayed me being able to tag the vehicle. I have both a 2013 Subaru Legacy and a new 2023 Subaru Outback. From the 1st oil change in 2013 I have dealt with the service department for 10 plus years. IT IS CRAP! I wish I had not bought the 2023 because they're so bad! I have owned the car since April and just had a recall. They screwed up the time (seriously, happens 9 out of 10 times). They never confirmed the appointment, when my wife called at 8:00 a.m. to confirm the 9:30 appointment they told her it was at 9:00. Then they told her she would have to wait with the car for 3 to 4 hours and couldn't give her a loaner for a recall. Then they want to reschedule in the middle of the day and have you wait another three or four hours for a recall that should take very little time. Over the course of the last 3 years I've probably had five different incidences where they did stuff they were not supposed to, didn't notify things that were very obvious safety issues, and are incompetent as well as negligent. read more

Consumers BEWARE!!!!! Went in for a basic oil service, had the front and rear differential service as well. After service was complete, we were leaving and immediately noticed a rattling sound coming from under the hood. I stopped, checked the oil level, looked for anything noticeable and didn't see anything. Over the next week or so, the sound continued so i had the car returned to the service center where they offered to diagnose at no cost. After 3 more hours waiting in the lobby, they decided to keep the car and issue a loaner. They had my car for 9 days with almost zero communication from service despite our multiple attempts. The loaner car provided was unusable due to a leaking rear tire from a previous failed plug attempt. On day 9, they finally made contact to advise the issue was a broken heat shield on my exhaust and they felt that the service center was not liable for the damage. How can a car go into be serviced without this issue, but be returned with the issue and they don't assume some responsibility? They issued a quote for repairs @ $1558.00!!! at least i know they were able to properly identify the issue because the noise is now 10X's louder than it was last week. Keeping in mind, this is the same service center that forgot the oil cap on my wife's car after its 1st oil change after dropping 30k on a new car. At least i topped off the loaner before i dropped it off. They somehow seemed to burn over 1/2 a tank of gas in my car leaving my with barely an 1/8th. The one bright spot in all this was our service writer. Needless to say, i will follow up with other agencies regarding this damage/repair/reporting and reviews and seek my service needs elsewhere. read more

I would like to preface my review by saying I am an automotive technician that has 8 ASE certifications and is also Toyota certified with 3 years of college courses for automotive repair. My wife and I purchased our first car from Ferguson Subaru at the beginning of January 2020. No complaints with the purchasing process. On February 8, 2020, my wife accidentally ran over something on the highway blowing out both passenger side tires and damaging the front suspension. We had the vehicle towed to Ferguson Subaru using their free roadside assistance. The following Monday I called the service department and got my vehicle checked in for service. My service adviser, Vue, told me they wouldn't be able to inspect my vehicle until Wednesday the 12th which was understandable. I patiently waited until Friday the 14th at which point I called Vue. He wasn't at work but someone else helped my wife get into a loaner car. I waited till the end of the day on Monday the 17th but still hadn't heard from anyone so I gave them a call which nobody answered. It's now February 19th, 2020 which is a Wednesday. It was my day off so I decided to stop by the dealership and speak with Vue. He assured me he would call me by 4pm that day which he did. They wrote up a quote for the repairs and sent it over to my insurance. My insurance approved the repair and quoted it as a 2-3 day job. With my background in automotive repair I agreed it should take no longer than 1 week including time to order parts. To my surprise my vehicle wasn't finished until the second week of March. After my vehicle had been there for nearly 7 weeks and virtually no updates later I finally got my car back. When my wife went to pick up the vehicle Vue told her to "try not to run anything over again". The icing on the cake? The vehicle drifted to the right at highway speeds due to an incorrect alignment and there is an intermittent popping noise coming from the front suspension. I've waited until now to share this review because I wanted to wait until we took the vehicle back for an oil change, tire rotation, and to get the other previously mentioned issues taken care of. Today, May 11, 2020, my wife took her car in for servicing. She arrived first thing in the morning with an appointment that was scheduled through Jose on May 8, 2020. She was there for about 2.5 hours and later met up with me for lunch at which time I reviewed the paperwork she was given by Ferguson Subaru. I noticed there was no mention of an oil change or tire rotation and the maintenance reminder had not been reset on the vehicle. I called Jose and asked him if I was missing something and he told me "we didn't change your oil or rotate your tires because you didn't ask us to". I have two problems with that statement: 1) On Friday the 8th when I made the appointment the first thing I told him that needed to be done was the oil change and tire rotation. He later admitted to remembering me saying those services were needed. 2) As a service adviser, it is his job to look at my vehicle and say "Hey, I noticed you're over due on these services, would you like me to take care of them for you?" but instead his response was "you didn't ask for those services". I hoped Subaru would use this prepaid maintenance as an opportunity to redeem themselves from the 7 week nightmare we went through the first time we had a vehicle serviced by them but now I find myself never wanting to return. I'm at the point that I would rather pay for services I could get for free and do them myself before giving Ferguson Subaru any more of my service. read more

I was researching what vehicle we wanted next and the Outback was number 1 on the list. My first visit I made it clear I was just looking and test driving before I decided. The man was friendly enough but he knew very little and couldn't answer my questions. Turns out he was not certified to sell. Next time I went I found about the above. Again, just to look and drive (narrowing down between two choices and decide). I was again up front, not buy today but would be back. He was more informed and made up for the first visit. I went back a week later, financing in hand, ready to buy. I called twice before arriving to make sure the salesman would be around. No return call. Once we got there, I asked for the gentleman. The paged him. 20 minutes later, no person in site. I had him pages again and waited 20 more minutes. 40 minutes, with two kids, we waited in the showroom. Four different salesmen walked past us, not a single word!!!! We finally left. I was furious. I called an hour later to speak to the general manager. Turns out the salesman was not even in. The manager heard both pages but figured 'someone would help me'. I walked in with pre-approval for $40,000 in vehicle and ready to drive out with my new car. Even had the one picked out. Had anyone taken the time, that 40 minutes would have resulted in an easy sell. To bad for horrible service. In a side note, my mother was looking at getting a Forrester a month later. Told her what happened and she didn't even step foot on the lot. She would have paid cash, like she has for her last three. read more

Went to get an oil change a couple of weeks ago but they said it would be 2 hours. The service rep said it would be better if I set up an appointment, so I did. I specifically asked the rep if I would get right in and out at my appointment time and she said yes, they had two techs who worked specifically on cars with appointments. I arrived about 10 minutes before my appointment time and got checked in. When I asked how long it would be, the rep said 1.75-2.0 hours. Setting up an appointment was a total waste of time. I spoke to the service manager, but he was totally worthless and offered no solution. Even though they have an "express" lane and offer "appointments" I do not believe they know the meaning. read more

We did some research before coming in to buy our new Crosstrek. Went for a test drive with Kyle, our sales consultant, a few days before starting coming in to purchase the vehicle. He was very friendly and once I told him I wouldn't be buying that day, I wasn't bothered about making a purchase. I was able to agree on a price, about a week later after doing some research, before stepping into the dealership and was able to negotiate financing. The entire process was pretty painless. Everyone has been very helpful so far. I had my new car about two hours after stepping into the dealership. They also matched Carmax's offer for my trade in. Kyle even called a few days after I bought the car to schedule a service appointment to tint the front two windows that I did not realize had not been tinted as was part of the agreement when I bought the car. After having some bad experiences with car dealerships in the past this one has been pretty good so far. read more

I've purchase two vehicles from Ferguson and was always a fan until recently. I went in for an oil change and the representative told me I needed some repairs. I asked him to write a quote, which I still have, and the total was in the thousands. I replied to a Subaru survey that I didn't feel that the young man either wasn't skilled or wasn't being honest. Ferguson immediately called me and asked me to bring in my vehicle. They said that my "60K" warranty, which I was only a few hundred miles from reaching, would cover what needed to be done, but the oil gasket job would not be covered. The warranty will not pay for it because it isn't bad enough. So, they were willing to charge me an arm and a leg to repair it but refused to when they find I have a warranty. By the way, I have a seven-year 70K mile warranty. They're crooks and we will never purchase another Subaru again. read more

I have to call the service department for updates, and I am always told that my car will be ready that day or the next, it never is. I would not recommend working with this dealership. They have been extremely sketchy and are not helpful or truthful about the services being done or my warranty.
