    2022 Subaru Forester Wilderness.

We couldn't be more pleased with our experience at Ferguson Subaru in Broken Arrow. I had been looking (and pestering‍) the salesman Chester Lohman for close to a year in trying to decide on a new car or if I even wanted one. Stopped by with my wife a couple months ago and we ( especially her) fell in love with a Forester Wilderness they had on the lot. Because we weren't in any hurry, decided to order one. Came in much earlier than estimated. Chester kept us updated during the waiting period. When it arrived, we hurried down to buy . Chester was very professional and took the time to explain the various functions. Sue in the business office explained our options and didn't "push" options we didn't want. She was also very professional and accommodating. We highly recommend this dealership.

The Deals are Hot Right Now! I had a 2013 BRZ which for the money was one fun little sports car! My wife drove it most of the time but, she was getting tired of a three pedal car and wanted and automatic. Subaru, is our favorite for reliability. She had her eye on a 2020 Crosstrek Limited in Crystal White Pearl. Ferguson had a couple of them in stock. I got a good price over the internet. The next morning I met with the salesman Tabor Guinn, a super nice guy and very easy to work with. The manager at Ferguson gave me very reasonable price on my trade in. And, POW! This deal is on! This was probably one of the most hassle free car deals I have done in my life. It took longer for them to prep the car, than it took to work through the paper work to buy it! I am very happy with Ferguson Subaru!! And the sales staff!

Service will not do anything about disintegrating plastic on Premium Leather seats. 2017 OUTBACK 50k miles. They want me to pay over $100 to a third party to glue them back. Update: after filing a better business bureau claim, Ferguson repaired the seats at no cost and provided a loaner vehicle for the duration of the repairs.

Awesome dealership. Customer service was great. Our rep, Malik, kept us informed and up to date on next steps and delivery. With the shortage of cars, it was a great advantage for them to offer $500 down, and then we built a car and received it two months later. Loved the entire experience!

Professional service, but two major safety oversights…read more I have mixed feelings about my recent experience at Purdy Hyundai. I brought my 2024 Hyundai Elantra in for a 30,000-mile service (costing $1,100), but what followed was an incredibly stressful and dangerous afternoon. The Issues: Engine Failure: After leaving, my car blew a cloud of black smoke and lost power while entering the freeway in heavy semi-truck traffic. I had to limp back to the dealership with the engine shaking. It turns out a step was missed during the fuel line cleaning, leaving non-fuel residue in the lines. Undercarriage Failure: After the first "fix," I headed home again. 40 minutes into my drive, the front undercarriage cover fell halfway off and began dragging. I was stranded on a rural stretch of the freeway, 40 minutes from the dealership. The Recovery: Despite these major mechanical oversights, the staff at Purdy Hyundai were exceptionally kind and professional. When I called from the side of the road--exhausted and frustrated--they were apologetic and immediately offered a loaner and a tow. While they didn't have staff available to drive to my rural location that evening, they coordinated through Hyundai AAA to get me off the road quickly. The next morning, they replaced the damaged panel and personally drove my car out to my home (almost an hour away) to deliver it to me. Verdict: The technicians clearly made some significant errors that put me in a dangerous situation. However, the management and service advisors handled the aftermath with grace and high-level accountability. They made it right, even though the experience was a nightmare. I appreciate their kindness, but I hope their service department implements better quality control checks in the future. I thought about giving a star rating of 3, but chose 4 instead because I've taken my car here for all service needs since I bought it, and have had nothing but positive experiences. I also chose to give a score of 4 stars because of the professionalism and accountability from all staff members who helped me. My car is doing much better now, as am I.

Believe me, I looked at numerous dealerships before we bothered traveling to Tulsa to buy a car. Our salesperson, Brandon Tipton, was a pleasure to work with and was upfront from the beginning. Most every dealership I looked at in TX/LA/MS/AR offered great pricing (comparable to Regional) however their advertised price included every single rebate under the sun. Basically, the other dealer's price included a military AND first responder AND recent college grad rebates. What are the odds a buyer would qualify for all three?!? And a couple even snuck in a loyalty discount or HOA President rebate. Again, why advertise a sales price that the average customer cannot take advantage unless you are dishonest? And why would anyone do business with a company that is dishonest out the gate? The paperwork did take longer than we were promised (the dealership was very busy) and it had already been a long day so that one area could be improved but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Regional or Brandon Tipton - in fact we already have! Again, I would make the out-of-state trip back to Tulsa again to spend my money with a reputable, honest dealer.

They finally put a new battery in one of them. And it finally did start when they sold us the car the bumper was glued on with black Loctite or gorilla glue. It had no bumper housing underneath and was held on with zip ties. Their so-called mechanic is a moron. The oil engine dipstick was broken in half when they sold us the car and when I checked the oil when we got home, I noticed that it was too short and let them know and they said well. We checked the oil before we sold it so you must have broken it off. They sell nothing but lemons, knowing that people need a reliable vehicle and they intentionally do it. They butter them up just enough to get them sold, and then once they're sold, they throw their hands in the air and say too bad so sad. This place is a joke. They knew that we needed a vehicle and it went through them before and we had no other option but to buy this vehicle because it was the only one that would start. Not only did the vehicles we had to choose from not start. There were several on the lot they were trying to move that did not start. It was during cold weather and their mechanic was not even smart enough to know that when it's cold out, you need to go out and and leave it running for a little while every day. She is a moron who should not have a job as a mechanic. Please do not buy a vehicle from Car Mart especially this one you will be saving yourself thousands of dollars in damages repairs and a whole lot of headaches. Brad tries to pretend like he's so helpful and wants to get you a good reliable car when he knows that he's selling nothing but junk.

I was extremely…read moreunhappy due to the 7-day return policy, I was told there is nothing that can be done besides pay even MORE money, $90 to get it diagnosed, then have to pay a $75 deductible to have it fixed by Car-Mart. A 7-day return policy for Car-Mart cars is not even remotely enough time to determine if the car is a good fit, let alone a good car at all. So, had no choice and got that fixed after already paying a bunch of money to get the car in the first place. Fast forward to early 2024, the battery starts messing up. I bought a new battery and it seemed to be alright. Then, a month or so later it stops working again and realize the cables were loose to the battery. So, then fixed that. Again, won't start so I'm thinking it's the battery.. get a new battery because of the warranty. Anyways, here I am again on my way to work this morning and my car won't start. Not the battery this time I don't think, because it's had 2 batteries and the cables tightened. So, what is causing the battery to be drained? I'm not sure. I called the Car-Mart in Broken Arrow (where I got the car) and they are the absolute rudest employees I've ever dealt with. I would say even more put out to help and worse than the tag offices. Which is NOT how they were when trying to sell me a car. I was told by the receptionist that if it is the alternator or possibly the starter it is not covered under the 3-year service warranty. I called at 9:30am this morning and would be told I would get a call back. I have yet to hear anything from anyone. I would absolutely NEVER recommend a car from Car-Mart. I feel absolutely taken advantage of from someone who struggles living paycheck to paycheck, and always pays on time. Every time. I pay WAY too much money for a 2015 car that is constantly not working. It is absolutely appalling how you all conduct your business. I was warned about Car-Mart and still gave them a chance. Here is your sign to not get a car from here. An email was sent to customer service. It has now been a month of constantly playing phone tag with the manager. I have requested a designated time for us to talk and they are refusing to do that.

Still, I had already shipped two cars in, so we decided to try again--and I'm glad we did. This time I worked with Maegan, and she completely turned the experience around. She was kind, professional, and actually treated me like a customer. I wasn't a fan of the automated text responses (those bots got confusing), but Maegan always helped clear things up quickly and made the process feel more personal. She assisted me with test driving the vehicles, navigating the trade-in process, and even using the 10-day return policy. I really liked both cars I shipped in, but ended up going with the Toyota in the end. It arrived later which is why I bought my first and ended up returning the car and getting the later. There were some hiccups with slow computers and what looked like system changes, which could easily frustrate anyone--but Maegan stayed patient and was incredibly helpful through it all. I was in need of a car so I could visit my wife who was hospitalized with major health issues. I located one I liked, so he and I took it for a test drive. After we returned to the Quality Value car lot, I asked if he had the title for this particular car. He looked through his desk and was unable to locate the title. He said he would need to speak with his manager and would get back to me. A few days later I received a phone call and was asked to participate in a three way phone call with his manager. I made the call and asked the manager when he thought they would have a marketable title in hand. He said he should have the title within a week from DMV and that the title would have their Qualified Value Auto Sales listed as the owner. It was in really good shape for the year. It was clearly garage kept, and it was also the exact model and year I had been searching for. 2. I was told by the two salesmen who work there, that the jeep was just recently serviced with all new fluids, new shocks, coils, front a rear diff fluids, etc. 3. It was claimed to be a one owner locally owned vehicle (however there were actually two owners because the owner of the car lot registered it and drove it for 6 months, even though I was told they just got a jeep 2 weeks prior to me coming in) 4. These jeeps have become hard to find, and if you can find one in original form, in good condition, they are worth more than book value states. I did my due diligence and checked the jeep inside and out, and visited the lot more than one time going over the jeep. I discovered the AC did not work, and they claimed it has always worked. I took it for a test drive and everything seemed fine. I asked for a detailed list of all the things completed when it was serviced, and they backtracked and said they couldn't remember what all was done. When I came in to buy it, one salesman said the price was firm and impossible to improve on, however the other salesmen had already told me he would take 500$ off the asking price. They honored the 500$ off. I drive the jeep home and felt very pleased about my decision. Today is March 16th. 4 days have gone by, and 50 miles since I left. I have a huge puddle of coolant in my garage. I have traced it to the water pump. However Thin is 150$ fix and a weekend of my time. So not a deal breaker as it's an old jeep and likely the original water pump. However, the rear end has developed a bad whine. I took it to a local shop and they pulled the diff covers off. They determined the gear oil is completely burned and destroyed, as are the gears in the rear end. So after 4 days it has become unable to drive and the cost for new ring and pinion gears, oil, bearings, etc, is around 1,500$. Obviously this is very upsetting. I reached out to the salesman I worked with. I explained the situation and asked if there was anything they could do. Hoping they would offer the customer service to either have the mechanics that "just serviced" the jeep, repair this. Offer to cover a repair from my mechanic, or at least offer to split something. They did not. They told me all cars are sold as is and told me they could forward me the as is paperwork again if I lost it. They completely ran away from any costumer service once they had my money in their hands. I will not work with these guys again and if you have the ability to buy from another small local dealer here in tulsa I would highly suggest it. I'm reasonable and I understand it's an older jeep and of course it's not perfect. That's where the AC leak and water pump leak fall into. However, when I pay double book value, for a jeep, I kind of expect the to not have to add a few thousand more on top of it to make it drivable. Even if this was preventable, I still expect a dealership that prides themselves on customer service, to step if and offer some sort of help. Not tell me to kick rocks.
