Looked at their Blafk F450 for sale 2017 in good shape. Absolutely near enough as to make no difference bald tires dont let them lie to you otherwise. Still no wiggle room. Quoted me the OTD price which changed, never really broke the numbers down as to how they got where they did. Every financing app I used said one price but there's was 100 dollars more. First quoted 15% (mid 700 credit score, 6 figure income I might add) second was 11.5%. Presented the 15% like it was a gift. Thats $27k over the life of the loan bud. Only the uneducated would take that. Kyler(sp?) was nice, after applying for financing the 2 to 3 hours between texts was annoying. Didn't really feel valued and when my requests to help make the deal were met with " we can find a cheaper truck". Buddy I can buy the truck, I just refuse to overspend on a 9year old truck. Bought car and there was a problem with the head unit. They assured me they would fix it and gave me a 'we owe'. They had my car for 4 weeks, but only ordered the part the day before it was 'fixed'. They ended up taking it to a different place without telling me and installed a completely different head unit that isn't compatible with the vehicle without asking me. The speakers aren't working, the cd player is gone, screen is 2 inches smaller, and most importantly the safety features I bought the vehicle for no longer work. I've tried calling and messaging and have been told the general sales manager is supposed to call us, but still haven't heard anything days later. I was very patient throughout the whole process, but there have been so many issues that I haven't even listed here. I would not recommend buying a vehicle here. I brought my Rogue here for an oil change, which was supposed to include a tire rotation. The waiting area was extremely noisy and they were blasting Christian music, which made it very difficult for me to work. After the change was complete, they went over the inspection and told me I needed new tires (mine are 13 months old), spark plugs (done 2 months ago) and new brakes (had them done 15 months ago). I said, so you didn't actually inspect my car, you're just saying I need stuff I that I don't. The advisor's response was that it was based on mileage. Then I went and got in my car and noticed the front driver's side side was still low as I was driving. This meant that not only did they not rotate my tires, which was supposed to be included, but they didn't actually check the tire pressures or put air in. I called and told them how unhappy I was that I had driven 40 minutes roundtrip and they hadn't even completed what I had paid for. They apologized and blamed it on the service advisors being new, and asked me to bring it back. When I brought it back for the tire rotation, I arrived exactly on time for my appointment. They had me pull forward, helped two people who had pulled in behind me and left me sitting there for 10 minutes until I called and complained. I told her that this was my second bad experience at this dealership and she seemed unconcerned. When my car was done, I asked if they actually topped of my fluids this time and he lied to my face and said yes. So I popped the hood to discover the wiper fluid tank was less than 2/3 full. This will be the last time I take my Rogue to Nelson, and possibly the last time I take it to any Nissan dealership, based on two poor customer service experiences and being flat-out lied to by the advisors so they could try to make money off me by having unnecessary work done to my vehicle. read more

Terrible service! Ordered a part from them. Just a little $30 part. Ordered it at 12pm Monday and paid an extra $40 to have it overnight shipping to have it the following day. I get the tracking number and check it and see that it is two day delivery and won't be here in the time I needed. I called to talk Rob Richmond and ask for my shipping fee refunded and he said "too bad they didn't get it out in time for it to be over night but they did do it "overnight" the following day. Sales manager was extremely rude when dealing with the sale of a used truck, took a bus from OKC and they were going to make me sleep in a hotel before giving me $1.00 off the price... Very rude and inconsiderate. Service dept drilled crooked holes on the front bumper when not needed, vehicle had oil leaks, bad steering wobble, wheel weight broken off inside left front tire/rim & U-Joint failed right after purchase, which the ad did not state any issues. Salesman was a nice guy but that was the only positive about the whole transaction. They will say and do just about anything to get you in the door and not take care of you when you get there. Came up here after I heard that KKOJ was doing a live event today. Nissan is paying your TTL today only until 6pm. They also have an offer to stop payment for 90 days. T The showroom is huge and very clean. They have a huge lot both a new area and a used area with lots of awesome cars to chose from. The service area was nice and large and the waiting room inside is very accommodating with a tv to watch, coffee and vending machines. I like that the test drive allows you more area to drive the vehicle you're looking at then some places that take you up and down a road. I recommend you come down and check them out!! read more

Not even worth 1 star rating! Dropped car off to service department. They had it for 10 days! We were never contacted with updates .. WE had to call numerous times to find out what was happening! Our service person never returned phone calls and was difficult to get in touch with. Since it was in for so long we asked that they check a noise that was coming from the back. Was told they'd check into it. NOPE!! Picked it up today there was nothing written down so therefore it wasn't looked at. Said they would be willing to keep it to check it out ! NO WAY! I love this place. They have redone everything from the way they sell cars to the way they handle the service department. Everything is transparent and upfront, there's no haggling or anything, it's a very refreshing change to see in the car industry. Usually at other dealerships everything is veiled behind smoke and mirrors, moving numbers around to make a customer feel like they are getting a good deal but in reality they are being taken to the cleaners. The customer service at this place is amazing. I bought a used car from them and the process was so simple and laid back! I've never purchased a car on my own before but I've visited plenty of dealerships. Here, there was no pressure to buy at all! My sales person Vlad was super excited for me to get the car and the finance manager worked very hard on my deal! The car was also priced about 5,000 under blue book. Perhaps the most impressive part of my experience happened a week after I purchased the car. I noticed my breaks were squeaky so I called Vlad who told me to bring the car in and let service look at it. Service checked it out and made an appointment for me to bring it in a couple of days later. When I brought the car in, they replaced my rear brakes and changed some brake pads (at no charge) while I waited. It took a little over an hour which was no problem because they have such a comfortable waiting area! I had my laptop so I was able to knock out a good amount of work while I waited. WIN. The service team was so helpful! They even washed my car for me. read more

After a few oil changes, I figured it was time to update this review to give a full picture of their service department as well. This most recent time, my husband had a 3:30 appointment and arrived 10 minutes early. The service tech took the car and said it would be done shortly. After waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes, my husband glanced outside and saw that the car had not moved. He asked what was going on, and the tech told him that someone had quit today, so they were far behind. They were finishing one car and then had another to do before ours, and that our Z would be done around 5-5:30. Had he told us this upfront, we would have rescheduled rather than wait for 2 hours for an oil change. Also, this is AFTER calling 3 times to confirm the appointment and having the phone ring and ring and ring in the service department and no one ever answer. What a joke. read more

Do NOT take your vehicle here to be fixed. First time I called and service department wouldn't answer their phone so I called back and spoke to the operator and she tried and still no answer. She took down my number to have them call me back and they never did. I finally got an appointment for my vehicle that is under 2 years old and I have an extended warranty. A fan in my air conditioning that wasn't working. They said it would cost me out of pocket $120. Just for them to find the problem if they find debris. Of course there will be debris. Apparently Nissan doesn't stand behind what they tell you when you buy the extended warranty at time of purchase. They told us no matter what the issue they would take care of it no questions asked. Words from our dealer. So now I have a vehicle less than two years old without heat or air. Thanks Nissan and Jason. Way to take care of your customers. read more

We drove here from NWA to look at a car we found online. There were a few cosmetic issues they refused to fix and would not budge on the price. After agreeing to purchase the car after about a 15 minute test drive we spent over THREE HOURS at the dealership. They chose the financing that they felt was "best" however they didn't present us with other options. We sign all of the paper work and at the very end thinking we're getting ready to drive away they said "the car hasn't completed service yet" so you can't take it home. They told us it was a cracked taillight that had already been fixed so yay you can take it home! We asked for proof that all other services had been completed and they then came back and said oh wait it's a cracked fog light AND the AC needs charged. It felt incredibly shady and now I just hope to god that all that needs to be done and there isn't more to fix since all of this was disclosed to us AFTER we signed paper work. Also they claim the car had already been detailed however there was food splattered on the dome light still and in the console. My experience here was okay until the very end and we left feeling like we made a horrible decision. They said they will expedite our service and hopefully have it done Monday. We had the transmission replaced with a new one on our 09 Nissan in 2017. This was a new transmission since they cannot rebuild Nissan transmissions. In 2019, 22 months after this was replaced the new transmission went out. It had 22,000 miles on it. The cost of the transmission was $3,800.00.Nelson and Nissan would not do anything to help pay for this defective transmission. David Thompson said he would give us a break on the labor and it come to $3.00 less than what we paid before. We will never set foot on Nelson's lot or buy a car from them again. read more

Unfortunately, Nelson's screw-ups would take days to catalog, so I'll just give you some highlights (this has all been going on since I bought the car two and a half weeks ago)... They promised they'd fix two small door dings and a broken key fob when I bought the car. They had my car all day on TWO separate occasions and still, the dents remain. I was told I'd have to take the broken fob to another dealership (nice customer service, eh?) to be fixed. Exasperated, I told them to completely forget everything, that I'd be by after work to pick up the car. When I got there... wait for it... they couldn't find my car. Lol. After sitting in an extremely ugly orange chair for half an hour, I was handed my keys and I got the hell out of there before they could jack something else up. Do not have time to go thru all the details but the main two reasons I will never purchase another vehicle from them is that we never could get a return call from the service department to schedule it being looked at for a popping noise underneath. We ended up taking it to the Muskogee dealership even though we bought it at nelsons in BA. The main reason was when we went to sign the paper work the finance guy was flat out rude and full of $*!!. Did not want the extra warranty on a brand new car. He was a total smart a$$ telling us it was just a price of a pizza.
