    DO. NOT RECOMMEND They sell lemon cars driving off the lot the light in the car turned on and cost more than the car it's self.

    Whilst the staff here was very kind, when I test drove this car I noticed the tire pressure light was on. My mom and I asked about it and they assured us that It was the sensor and that they had checked over the tires. I have had to fill the air up in two tires a few times in the last two days. This morning I found a nail in one tire, and a screw in the other, after I pulled over from driving down the road. After calling JT and telling them this, they blew me off and told me to take it to a tire place. I fixed both tires with my parents, and the tire pressure sensor went off. I am very unsettled and upset with the mi-information as it could have caused myself or others harm.

We got to Friendship Auto at 6:15pm and we received assistance from a wonderful guy named Charlie. Even though we came late, Charlie never seemed annoyed or frustrated. We wanted to make the best decision, so we requested to test drive several vehicles and we ended up being at Friendship Auto well after closing time. I was so amazed at how the people at Friendship Auto was so courteous and went above and beyond my expectations. The price is right too!!! I will be returning to Friendship Auto in the future for my car buying needs.

We initially tried to have a local shop look into the Speedy Lift (which we saw online), but they didn't think it work based on their past experience with installs of this product on Tesla Model X. My husband found YouTube videos by Mobility One showing the exact solution that we needed (Speedy Lift by Adapt Solutions & the Asento seat lift). He reached out to William to get more information, and I must say that this process went very smoothly. We are in CA, William is in Oklahoma. We shipped the car to him, and he was able to complete the install in less than a week. It took longer to ship the car than to get William's part done! We loved the product, and William and his team are professional, skilled, and easy to communicate with. Also, my mom also is super impressed with how easy the lift is to use, and she is thankful that she can now have more autonomy when going out and doing her errands. I highly recommend going to Mobility One for ADA accessibility needs, whether it is for the same product or another, he will get the job done and help you find a solution that works for you.

They finally put a new battery in one of them. And it finally did start when they sold us the car the bumper was glued on with black Loctite or gorilla glue. It had no bumper housing underneath and was held on with zip ties. Their so-called mechanic is a moron. The oil engine dipstick was broken in half when they sold us the car and when I checked the oil when we got home, I noticed that it was too short and let them know and they said well. We checked the oil before we sold it so you must have broken it off. They sell nothing but lemons, knowing that people need a reliable vehicle and they intentionally do it. They butter them up just enough to get them sold, and then once they're sold, they throw their hands in the air and say too bad so sad. This place is a joke. They knew that we needed a vehicle and it went through them before and we had no other option but to buy this vehicle because it was the only one that would start. Not only did the vehicles we had to choose from not start. There were several on the lot they were trying to move that did not start. It was during cold weather and their mechanic was not even smart enough to know that when it's cold out, you need to go out and and leave it running for a little while every day. She is a moron who should not have a job as a mechanic. Please do not buy a vehicle from Car Mart especially this one you will be saving yourself thousands of dollars in damages repairs and a whole lot of headaches. Brad tries to pretend like he's so helpful and wants to get you a good reliable car when he knows that he's selling nothing but junk.

I was extremely…read moreunhappy due to the 7-day return policy, I was told there is nothing that can be done besides pay even MORE money, $90 to get it diagnosed, then have to pay a $75 deductible to have it fixed by Car-Mart. A 7-day return policy for Car-Mart cars is not even remotely enough time to determine if the car is a good fit, let alone a good car at all. So, had no choice and got that fixed after already paying a bunch of money to get the car in the first place. Fast forward to early 2024, the battery starts messing up. I bought a new battery and it seemed to be alright. Then, a month or so later it stops working again and realize the cables were loose to the battery. So, then fixed that. Again, won't start so I'm thinking it's the battery.. get a new battery because of the warranty. Anyways, here I am again on my way to work this morning and my car won't start. Not the battery this time I don't think, because it's had 2 batteries and the cables tightened. So, what is causing the battery to be drained? I'm not sure. I called the Car-Mart in Broken Arrow (where I got the car) and they are the absolute rudest employees I've ever dealt with. I would say even more put out to help and worse than the tag offices. Which is NOT how they were when trying to sell me a car. I was told by the receptionist that if it is the alternator or possibly the starter it is not covered under the 3-year service warranty. I called at 9:30am this morning and would be told I would get a call back. I have yet to hear anything from anyone. I would absolutely NEVER recommend a car from Car-Mart. I feel absolutely taken advantage of from someone who struggles living paycheck to paycheck, and always pays on time. Every time. I pay WAY too much money for a 2015 car that is constantly not working. It is absolutely appalling how you all conduct your business. I was warned about Car-Mart and still gave them a chance. Here is your sign to not get a car from here. An email was sent to customer service. It has now been a month of constantly playing phone tag with the manager. I have requested a designated time for us to talk and they are refusing to do that.
