They finally put a new battery in one of them. And it finally did start when they sold us the car the bumper was glued on with black Loctite or gorilla glue. It had no bumper housing underneath and was held on with zip ties. Their so-called mechanic is a moron. The oil engine dipstick was broken in half when they sold us the car and when I checked the oil when we got home, I noticed that it was too short and let them know and they said well. We checked the oil before we sold it so you must have broken it off. They sell nothing but lemons, knowing that people need a reliable vehicle and they intentionally do it. They butter them up just enough to get them sold, and then once they're sold, they throw their hands in the air and say too bad so sad. This place is a joke. They knew that we needed a vehicle and it went through them before and we had no other option but to buy this vehicle because it was the only one that would start. Not only did the vehicles we had to choose from not start. There were several on the lot they were trying to move that did not start. It was during cold weather and their mechanic was not even smart enough to know that when it's cold out, you need to go out and and leave it running for a little while every day. She is a moron who should not have a job as a mechanic. Please do not buy a vehicle from Car Mart especially this one you will be saving yourself thousands of dollars in damages repairs and a whole lot of headaches. Brad tries to pretend like he's so helpful and wants to get you a good reliable car when he knows that he's selling nothing but junk.

Well, I'm done with this place. My transmission went out eight weeks ago. Now, it was out of…read morewarranty and they did offer to pay half of the repairs, so I was extremely grateful for that. They didn't have to do that. But it took over four weeks to get a salvage transmission and install it. Only to find out it was junk also. So they said they were looking for another one. Well, after giving them two more weeks to find one, I FOUND ONE IN TWO HOURS!!! I called them (I won't say who I talked to) and gave him the info of where he could find it and a contact name and number. He got it two days later. It then sat on the shop's floor for two more weeks. I had enough. I got all my stuff out of it, took my license plates off, and told them I was done. As I said in a previous review, RUN!!! Don't walk away from this company. It should be called CAR FART OF AMERICA!!! All you get here is gas from your eventual ulcer.
