I will never go here again. I needed all fixtures and hardware for a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. I walked in and not one employee acknowledged me, asked to help or anything. I stood around for 25 minutes because I was in immediate need of these items. I'll go somewhere that shows basic decency and manners....anywhere else is better than this place. read more

I contacted Rheem again and they too said Todd Pipe & Supply was wrong. :/ Finally ended up purchasing a new water heater from a local reputable company. $3,300 cost simply because Todd Pipe & Supply will not honor the manufacturer warranty on their products.
