I asked her where that one was and she said "what do you mean?"....I said-you told me that it shows there is one available-I want to buy it, where is it? She said oh you can't buy it, it is a display. Ok.... So I then ask her how long it would take to get one if I order it? her reply was "What do you mean" Me - I am not sure how to rephrase that-your item is out of stock, I want to order one. She told me that they do not take orders... So I ask-so your company is advertising a product that is not in stock in your store, or any other store and I cannot order it-she said yes. So I asked to speam with a supervisor-perhaps that person can help me figure out how to purchase the item they are advertising. After 5 minutes on hold, another person comes on line, and after going through all the same information, he also tells me there are "not any available within at least a 100 mile radius", I ask if he can perhaps suggest a comparable pump? While still on the phone with him, I go back to the website hoping he will offer a suggestion, and the link for the pump I called about shows that it is in stock 5 miles away and ask him why it is showing they have them if there aren't any in a "100 mile radius" he says "let me check....uhhh oh...yes they show that there are 3 in stock". Are you kidding me?? So apparently BOTH of these people were too lazy to actually check and see if there any in stock anywhere else? They need to do some serious customer service training here-these associates do NOT care about customers or sales.

I've spent…read moreright around 11K for sinks and faucets for 8 bathrooms, and I must say that the rep was very nice and very helpful and very knowledgeable, he did is part the best way Possible, but here is my problem with this place: they don't stock up anything, everything gets shipped from different locations so I started receiving at home bits and pieces of my orders over the next couple of weeks. The product did not arrive in retail packaging so it was really tough to know which was what. I had to take everything back to the showroom and my rep set down and wrote on each and every single piece what it was. Turned out that I've ended up ordering a few things wrong and needed to return them...Now, returning items is even a bigger headache..,you have to get a shipping label from them and start shipping different things back to their different locations. That was not acceptable to me so I returned the product back to the showroom and ask my rep to take care of the returns for me. It took over 3 weeks for me to receive the refunds which was pretty upsetting. In the meantime, I've checked with a different national distributor the prices on everything I've purchased and it turned out that I've paid about $2000 too much in comparison to what it would have cost me had I've purchased the same product from them. Needless to say: Very bad system, extremely over priced, and I will not be buying here again.

Rheem authorized a free replacement and instructed me to return the defective water heater to this store. The store, even with Rheem authorization, said they would not honor the exchange. They told me to contact their rep from Rheem, Mega Western. Which I did. Mega Western said that Todd Pipe & Supply was wrong, they need to take it back. I contacted Rheem again and they too said Todd Pipe & Supply was wrong. :/ Finally ended up purchasing a new water heater from a local reputable company. $3,300 cost simply because Todd Pipe & Supply will not honor the manufacturer warranty on their products. Too much hassle for them?

I took my Kirby vacuum here to get the transmission lever fixed after my cleaning company tore it…read moreoff. John and Susan were very friendly on the phone and were able to take me in same day. He gave me a reasonable estimate on the phone, which included a tune up and free chrome polish. When I arrived I was greeted warmly and he explained everything to me. He noticed my sliders were a bit loose so offered to fix those as well. I have read the other reviews on here about him being pushy, and I cannot say enough that I never felt pressured by any sales tactics. John left it up to me to decide what I would like to do. This is a mom and pop shop that his dad started over 60 years ago, and you can feel the family vibe when you enter. I loved my experience here, as it reminded me of my family. John knew that I had been repairing my vacuum myself at home, and offered to have me watch the repair if I was interested in learning, which I found so amazing. Unfortunately I couldn't stay to watch so returned at the anticipated completion time. My Kirby never looked or ran so good! It was done on time, and John gave me a free vacuum belt and a few hepa filter vacuum bags to take home. I will be taking my vacuum here from now on. Please consider taking your Kirby here for service! You won't regret it. Other vacuum shops were charging much more just for the transmission lever than what I paid for new slides, lever, tune up and chrome polish!!
