Fred did a spectacular job replacing my clunky over the range microwave/hood with a sleek new hood…read more The job turned out to be more complicated than expected because of several issues - some extensive cutting through my cabinets to make room for the new hood, no studs in my wall where they needed to be, a pipe being behind the wall where the screws needed to go, the vent on my new hood not matching the one in my house. I think a lot of people who are less experienced than Fred might have given up or would not have been able to complete the work. Fred is so creative and was able to come up with an elegant solution to each of the problems that came up during the job. He is very communicative and was clear at every step along the way. Because of these issues, the job took longer than expected but Fred made sure that it was completely correctly regardless! Not only that, he went above and beyond. He pointed out that the stop gap on my sink should face towards the sink in case of overflows, and even helped me out to take apart an ice machine bucket that I had been struggling with for weeks due to a stripped screw. I would highly recommend Fred for any job that you have. He is not only creative and experienced at what he does, but is also very friendly, kind, and honest. My job occurred during covid times, and he made sure to wear gloves and a mask as he worked as well. If you have a job, definitely reach out to him! There's almost nothing he cannot do :)

Josh and Jake are a two-man dynamic duo. They efficient, intelligent, very honest and polite. They totally "remade" our small, inefficient bathroom. They tore it down to the studs, moved a window to create a beautiful shower, and turned the room into a functional work of art. And they did it on budget! We hit a snag because my hubby wanted cultured marble for the shower and Josh does tile (as in our beautiful heated floor). We chose a lower bid, (our mistake) and the guys didn't know how to cut the shower window and niche properly. When Josh saw the poor quality work he got right on the phone and let them know (in no uncertain terms), their work would have to be redone! It was all fixed to our satisfaction. Jake was here when they came back to supervise. Josh and Jake do top quality work and don't put up with subcontractor folly. But they graciously bear with clients who sometimes "overreact." They listened and made it right.... One more thing to mention. If you plan on booking these guys do it way in advance. They don't advertise. They don't have to. .
